after detection is finished, acid rain flows into the treatment box 31 through the water delivery hole 231, the push rod 332 is in contact with the rotating plate 32 in an initial state, the rotating plate 32 is driven to rotate in the rotating process of the support rod 23, and the curvature of the top of the convex block 321 is maximum, so that the convex block 321 gradually extrudes the push rod 332 in the rotating process, the push rod 332 pushes the piston 331 to move rightwards, sodium bicarbonate solution in the liquid storage box 33 is pressed into the treatment box 31 through the water delivery pipe 34, and the sodium bicarbonate has alkalinity and can perform a neutralization reaction with the acid rain, so that the acidity of the acid rain is treated; the rotating plate 32 continues to rotate, the extrusion action on the push rod 332 is gradually released, the piston 331 gradually recovers to the original position under the action of the spring, the sodium bicarbonate solution is stopped being conveyed to the processing box 31, and the liquid conveying pipe 34 is provided with a one-way valve which can prevent the liquid from being sucked backwards; when the next monitoring period is carried out, the motor 22 drives the support rod 23 to rotate reversely, so that the continuous winding of all pipelines connected to the treatment box 31 is avoided;
the supporting rod 23 drives the processing box 31 to synchronously rotate in the rotating process, the acid rain and the sodium bicarbonate solution in the processing box 31 are shaken in the rotating process, so that the mixing is promoted, the reaction process is accelerated, meanwhile, the first connecting rod 312 rotates under the action of centrifugal force, the disturbance piece 314 is driven to stir the mixed solution, the acid rain and the sodium bicarbonate solution are more uniformly mixed, and the working efficiency of the processing procedure is further improved;
because the disturbance piece 314 is eccentrically arranged, the disturbance piece 314 irregularly rotates under the action of water flow in the rotation process of the first supporting rod 311, so that the mixed liquid is stirred in different directions, the mixed liquid is more fully mixed, and the reaction is further accelerated;
in addition, in operation, after sodium bicarbonate reacts with acid rain for a period of time, the valve on the hose 315 is opened, and the treated liquid flows into the purified water tank 317 through the hose 315 and is temporarily stored therein; after the acid rain in the water collecting tank 18 is detected completely, the infusion pump 319 is started, liquid in the water purifying tank 317 is pumped into the water purifying pipe 318 and sprayed out from the spray head 316, the water collecting tank 18 which finishes the output of the acid rain sample is rotated to the position below the spray head 316 in the rotating process so as to be washed and cleaned, and the washed water flows out from the clean water pipe after the detection is finished, so that the corrosion of the acid rain to the device is relieved;
the wide-mouth mask 122 can increase the water collecting area, and the filter screen 123 can remove winged insects and leaves in rainwater, so that blockage is prevented, and the service life of the device is prolonged.
The front, the back, the left, the right, the upper and the lower are all based on figure 1 in the attached drawings of the specification, according to the standard of the observation angle of a person, the side of the device facing an observer is defined as the front, the left side of the observer is defined as the left, and the like.

An atmospheric environment monitoring and quality control data analysis system comprises a water collection module (1) and a driving module (2); the method is characterized in that: the water collecting module (1) comprises a base (11), a rain cover (12), a water collecting tank (13), a first support (14), a second support (15), a water outlet hole (16) and a detection groove (17); a water collecting tank (13) is arranged above the base (11), and the water collecting tank (13) is rotatably connected with the base (11) through a first support (14); the top of the water collecting tank (13) is provided with four water collecting grooves (18) which are distributed at equal intervals; a detection groove (17) is formed below the water collecting groove (18), and the detection groove (17) is communicated with the water collecting groove (18) through a water outlet hole (16); a water seepage film (161) is arranged in the water outlet hole (16); an acid rain detector (171) is arranged in the detection groove (17); the bottom of the detection tank (17) is connected with a clean water pipe (172), and the clean water pipe (172) is communicated with the outside; a rain cover (12) is arranged above the water collecting tank (13), and the rain cover (12) is fixedly connected with the base (11) through a second bracket (15); the top of the rain cover (12) is provided with a water inlet hole (121), and the shape of the water inlet hole (121) is matched with that of the water collecting tank (18);
the driving module (2) comprises a rectangular groove (21), a motor (22) and a supporting rod (23); a rectangular groove (21) is formed in the base (11); a motor (22) is arranged in the rectangular groove (21), and the motor (22) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the rectangular groove (21) through a motor bracket; the output end of the motor (22) is fixedly connected with a support rod (23), and one end of the support rod (23) far away from the motor (22) is fixedly connected with the middle position of the bottom of the water collecting tank (13); a water conveying hole (231) is formed in the supporting rod (23), and the water conveying hole (231) is communicated with the detection groove (17).
