Abstract

一种915MHz子宫颈癌微波腔内辐射器,其辐射器端头呈半圆体型,由铜箔片将半圆体表面分成四部分,即内环对称两半圆,外环呈对称两半圆,且各自垂直独立;辐射器的同轴电缆内导体与一外半圆环焊接,外导体与另一外半圆环焊接,内、外导体间由绝缘导穿过内半圆环对称线。本发明的特殊设计,能使微波发射点位于辐射器末端,且热型分布均匀、反射功率较低,能准确、有效将微波传送入肿瘤,达到有效治疗目的。

Description

915兆赫兹子宫颈瘤微波腔内辐射器
本发明涉及一种腔内辐射器。
目前,利用微波对肿瘤或非肿瘤的加热治疗,其方式有外照射、腔内照射和组织间插植,前两种为无创伤式治疗且操作简便,很受医师们欢迎;但微波对组织穿透力有限,且不易很好地聚焦,故远未达到实际临床治疗效果。例如腔内辐射器,如附图1所示,其由外导体11、缘绝层9和内导体7组成,一般可采用同轴电缆;外导体11和内导体7呈直体状,微波发射由伸出部分的内导体7辐射出去。可见,辐射热型分布很不理想,并不是由辐射器末端向前辐射出微波。而一般肿瘤位于体腔的末端或盲端,如子宫颈癌、鼻咽癌等,这种辐射器就不能把微波准确、有效地传送入肿瘤中去,且不能减少对非肿瘤组织的过热状况。
本发明的目的是针对上述问题,提出一种915兆赫兹子宫颈癌微波腔内辐射器,它能准确给肿瘤传送微波能量引起肿瘤发热达到治疗目的。
本发明由辐射器接头、辐射器支杆和辐射端头组成;辐射器采用同轴电缆为传导材料,包括外导体、缘绝层和内导体,其特征在于辐射器端头呈半圆体型,由铜箔片将半圆体表面分成四块,半圆体的内环呈对称两个半圆,外环呈对称两个半圆环,各自垂直独立;同轴电缆紧贴半圆体,前段内导体与一外半圆环铜箔片焊接,后段外导体与另一外半圆环铜箔片焊接,中部由绝缘层穿过对称内半圆环的中间。
现结合附图对本发明做进一步详述:

如附图2所示,本发明接头1、支杆3和半圆体型端头5组成,辐射器采用同轴电缆为传导材料,端头5的平面图如附图3所示,铜箔片将半圆体面分成四块,中间呈对称两半圆8,上、下呈对称半圆环6、10,各自独立,同轴电缆紧贴半圆体,其内导体7与上半圆环铜箔片焊接,其外导体11与下半圆环铜箔片焊接,由包裹内导体7的绝缘层9穿过对称两半圆铜箔片8中间。辐射器端头5与支杆3之间采用有机玻璃4作为支承体,接头端采用铝2固定作为支承体,1为同轴电缆接头。辐射器的中端为支架结构起支撑电缆作用,同轴电缆的输入接头采用金属材料。
本发明的设计能使微波能量的最大辐射点位于辐射器最末端,且铜箔片的特殊分布使热量分布均匀、反射功率降至最低。
辐射器自成一体,利用915MHz的微波源,通过50欧姆的同轴电缆连接即可工作。实验结果性能稳定且重复性极强。

Claims (3)

1,一种915MHz子宫颈癌微波腔内辐射器,由辐射器接头、支杆和端头组成,其特征在于辐射器端头呈半圆体型,由铜箔片将半圆体表面分成四部份,内环呈对称两个半圆环,外环呈对称两个半圆环,且内、外环对称线呈垂直状态;辐射器的同轴电缆内导体与一外圆环铜箔片焊接,外导体与另一外圆环铜箔片焊接,中间带绝缘层的电缆穿过内圆环对称线。
2,根据权利要求1所述的915MHz子宫颈癌微波腔内辐射器,其特征在于所述的辐射器支杆到辐射器端头间固定有有机玻璃。
3,根据权利要求1所述的915MHz子宫颈癌微波腔内辐射器,其特征在于所述的辐射器的接头端部采用了固定支承体。
