The invention discloses a construction method for closing a post-sedimentation casting strip in advance, which comprises the following steps: s1, after the top plates on two sides of the settled post-cast strip are constructed, symmetrically pouring water retaining ridges at positions 130-180 mm away from a construction joint on two sides of the post-cast strip, wherein the water retaining ridges are provided with tongue-and-grooves and are used as supports for placing prefabricated cover plates of the post-cast strip; s2, after the water retaining bank is maintained for 7 days, prefabricated cover plates prefabricated in advance are sequentially placed on a rabbet of the water retaining bank, and the prefabricated cover plates cover the settled post-pouring strip; s3, sealing gaps between the prefabricated cover plates and gaps between the water retaining ridges and the prefabricated cover plates tightly by using sealing factice; s4, arranging steel sleeves of DN125 every 6-8 m on the paved row of prefabricated cover plates, wherein one end of each steel sleeve penetrates through the prefabricated cover plate; and S5, constructing the prefabricated cover plate, the water retaining ridge and the waterproof layer and the protective layer on the steel sleeve according to the garage roof waterproof method, and normally backfilling soil. The invention realizes the advanced sealing measure of the post-cast strip, can carry out engineering construction such as top plate backfill, outdoor pipe network and the like in advance, and shortens the construction period.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of construction of post-cast strips of constructional engineering, and particularly relates to a construction method for closing a settlement post-cast strip in advance.
Background
The arrangement of the post-sedimentation pouring belt is to solve the sedimentation difference between a main building of a high-rise building and a skirt house or an underground garage, reduce the influence of differential sedimentation between foundations on the foundations and an upper structure, and pour the main structure after the sedimentation is basically stable. In actual construction, the roof sealing of a building main body and observation after the masonry of brick masonry are finished are required for a period of time, and a post-cast strip can be sealed after the settlement is basically stable, so that the post-cast strip can be left for a long time, particularly for high-rise buildings, and the retention time can be up to one year or even longer.
The existence of the post-cast strip causes a plurality of adverse effects, such as rainwater flowing into a basement from the post-cast strip, rusting of reserved steel bars, incapability of backfilling a top plate of the garage, incapability of communicating construction transportation roads, incapability of intervening outdoor construction in advance, prolonged construction period and the like. When soil needs to be backfilled in advance or a construction transportation channel needs to be arranged, corresponding measures need to be taken for the post-sedimentation pouring belt, such as steel plate paving, or methods that low-grade concrete is locally adopted for pouring, and chiseling is carried out at the later stage. However, these methods have some quality and safety risks, and cannot fundamentally solve the problem that the post-cast strip affects subsequent construction such as outdoor backfill and the like.
Although a patent No. CN201820460073 discloses a 'basement post-cast strip advanced sealing structure', the structure is complex, the operation is troublesome during construction, and the construction process is complicated; and the patent is only suitable for sealing the outer wall of the basement. The invention is suitable for closing the top plate of the basement in advance, and the concrete pouring and closing modes of the top plate and the basement are essentially different.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a construction method for closing a post-sedimentation casting strip in advance, which aims to overcome the defects of the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following scheme: a construction method for closing a post-cast strip in advance by settlement comprises the following steps:
s1, after the roof construction on two sides of a settled post-cast strip is finished, symmetrically pouring water retaining ridges at positions 130-180 mm away from a construction joint on two sides of the post-cast strip, wherein the inner sides of the water retaining ridges are provided with tongue-and-grooves and are used as supports for placing prefabricated cover plates of the post-cast strip;

s4, arranging steel sleeves of DN125 every 6-8 m on the paved row of prefabricated cover plates, wherein one end of each steel sleeve penetrates through the prefabricated cover plate;
and S5, constructing the prefabricated cover plate, the water retaining ridge and the waterproof layer and the protective layer on the steel sleeve according to the garage roof waterproof method, and normally backfilling soil.
Preferably, the water retaining ridge is of an L-shaped structure, and the thickness of the end provided with the rabbet is 50 mm.
Preferably, a waterproof chamfer is arranged at one end of the water retaining bank far away from the post-sedimentation pouring belt.
Preferably, two ends of the prefabricated cover plate are provided with cover plate handles.
On the premise of not changing the technical requirements of the existing design, the invention furthest reduces the adverse effect of the settled post-cast strip on the construction, realizes the advanced sealing measure of the post-cast strip, ensures the smoothness of the construction road, can carry out engineering construction such as top plate backfill, outdoor pipe network and the like in advance and shortens the construction period.

s2, after the water retaining bank 2 is maintained for 7 days, the prefabricated cover plates 1 prefabricated in advance are sequentially placed on the rabbet of the water retaining bank 2, and the prefabricated cover plates 1 cover the post-sedimentation pouring belt; a waterproof chamfer 3 is arranged at one end of the water retaining bank 2 far away from the post-sedimentation pouring strip; two ends of the prefabricated cover plate 1 are provided with cover plate handles 8;
s3, sealing gaps between the prefabricated cover plates 1 and gaps between the water retaining ridges and the prefabricated cover plates 1 tightly by using sealing factice 7;
s4, arranging steel sleeves 5 of DN125 every 7m on the paved row of prefabricated cover plates 1, and enabling one ends of the steel sleeves 5 to penetrate through the prefabricated cover plates; the steel sleeve 5 is used for concrete pouring and air exhaust, and the concrete can adopt micro-expansion self-compaction concrete with a first grade;
s5, constructing the prefabricated cover plate 1, the water retaining ridge 2 and the waterproof layer and the protective layer 6 on the steel sleeve 5 according to the garage roof waterproof method, and then normally backfilling soil.
According to a further optimized scheme, the water retaining ridge 2 is of an L-shaped structure, and the thickness of the end provided with the rabbet is 50mm, so that the filling density during subsequent sealing of the post-sedimentation pouring belt can be guaranteed, and the thickness meets the design requirement, as shown in fig. 3.

s3, sealing gaps between the prefabricated cover plates (1) and gaps between the water retaining ridges and the prefabricated cover plates (1) tightly by using sealing factice (7);
s4, arranging steel sleeves (5) of DN125 every 6-8 m on the paved row of prefabricated cover plates (1), and enabling one ends of the steel sleeves (5) to penetrate through the prefabricated cover plates;
s5, constructing the prefabricated cover plate (1), the water retaining ridge (2) and the waterproof layer and the protective layer (6) on the steel sleeve (5) according to the garage roof waterproof method, and then normally backfilling soil.
