With this arrangement, the problem of an excessively poor structural strength of the pocket member 1 caused by the simultaneous formation of a plurality of holes in the first top plate 11 and the first side plate 12 of the first groove 13 can be avoided as much as possible.
In some embodiments, the first portions 111 and the second portions 121 are arranged along the length direction of the first groove 13, and each first portion 111 is arranged side by side with one second portion 121. With such an arrangement, the processing parameters of the first portions 111 and the second portions 121 on the slot member 1 can be uniformly set, so that the slot member 1 can be processed more easily.
Referring to fig. 2-4, in some embodiments, the end of the first side panel 12 distal from the first top panel 11 is bent into the first groove 13 to form a first snap-in portion 15. Illustratively, the clamping member 2 is a long bar-shaped material, and the first bottom plate 211 and the two second side plates 221 may be an integral structure; alternatively, the first bottom plate 211 and the two second side plates 221 may be connected together by welding or bolts. The second clamping part 22 can be formed by punching, and the processing procedure is simple and the structure is reliable.
When the first portions 111 and the second portions 121 are alternately distributed along the length direction of the first groove 13, the length of the clamping members 2 is greater than or equal to the distance between two edges of the adjacent first portions 111 and second portions 121 away from each other along the length direction of the first groove 13, so as to ensure that when the two clamping members 2 abut against each other, the first clamping portions 22 of the two clamping members 2 are simultaneously inserted between the first portions 111 and the second portions 121 and abut against at least one first portion 111 and at least one second portion 121, respectively, thereby ensuring that the ceiling decorative panel 200 is more firmly installed.

Illustratively, the first top panel 11 corresponds to the second panel, and the two first side panels 11 correspond to the first panel and the third panel, respectively.
S5: at least one first portion 111 is bent such that its free end is located in the first recess 13.
Illustratively, at least one first portion 111 is bent by two punching operations through a die, so that a free end of the first portion 111 is bent into the first groove 13 to form a first bent portion 1111.
S6: at least one of the second portions 121 is bent so that its free end is located in the first recess 13, so that the free end of the second portion 121 and the free end of the first portion 111 form a first snap-fit structure 14.
Illustratively, at least one second portion 121 is pressed and bent twice through a die, so that the free end of the second portion 121 is bent into the first groove 13 and forms a second bent portion 1211.
According to the processing method of the clamping groove member provided by the embodiment of the invention, the clamping groove member 1 with the integrated structure can be conveniently and quickly processed through cutting and bending for many times, and compared with the clamping groove member 1 formed by welding or threaded connection, the clamping groove member 1 processed by the processing method has better elasticity, and is easier and more convenient to clamp and disassemble the clamping groove member 1 and the clamping piece 2. Meanwhile, the processing method has simple procedures and is easy to operate.
The clamping groove member 1 processed by the processing method is used in the ceiling decorative panel mounting structure 100 of the above embodiment, and can also produce the same technical effect, so that the same technical problem is solved, and the details are not repeated here.
Referring to fig. 3 and 7, in some embodiments, the method of machining the pocket member further comprises: at least two mounting holes are formed in the first top plate 11 by punching.
With this arrangement, at least two mounting holes can be formed in the manufactured pocket member 1, and the mounting holes are formed for connecting to the suspension rod 3.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the method of machining the pocket member further comprises: the end of the first side plate 12 away from the first top plate 11 is bent into the first groove 13 to form a first clamping portion 15.
For example, the first clamping portion 15 may be formed by roll rolling.
By the design, two first clamping portions 15 can be formed on the manufactured card slot component 1, and the formed first clamping portions 15 are used for being clamped with the third clamping portions 24 on the clamping piece 2.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 7, some embodiments of the present invention provide a ceiling mounting method using the ceiling trim panel mounting structure 100 of any of the above embodiments, the method including:
s100: the trough member 1 is fixed to the roof.
Illustratively, the mounting structure 100 for a ceiling decorative panel further includes hanger rods 3, mounting holes are formed in the first top plate 11 of the channel member 1, one end of each of the at least two hanger rods 3 passes through the mounting hole in the first top plate 11 and is fixed by a nut, and the other end of each of the at least two hanger rods is connected to the roof.
Illustratively, the first top plate 11 of the slot member 1 is provided with a mounting hole, and at least two expansion bolts pass through the mounting hole and then are connected with the roof, so that the slot member 1 can be fixed on the roof.
Illustratively, step S100 is repeated until all the slot members 1 are fixed on the roof, and when the slot members 1 are fixed, the opening of the first groove 13 of the slot member 1 faces away from the roof; meanwhile, all the clamping groove members 1 are adjusted to be parallel to each other and to be in the same horizontal plane, so that the surfaces of all the ceiling decorative boards 200 facing the ground are in the same plane, and the distance between every two adjacent clamping groove members 1 is adapted to the width of the ceiling decorative board 200.
S200: the clamping piece 2 is arranged on the ceiling decorative plate.

Referring to fig. 1, it should be noted that the first ceiling decorative panel 200 and the second ceiling decorative panel 200 according to the present invention are not absolute, and for example, in every three ceiling decorative panels 200 sequentially spliced, the ceiling decorative panel 200 located in the middle is the second ceiling decorative panel of the first two adjacent ceiling decorative panels 200, and is also the first ceiling decorative panel of the second two adjacent ceiling decorative panels 200; or, among the three ceiling decorative panels 200 spliced in sequence, the ceiling decorative panel 200 positioned in the middle is not only the first ceiling decorative panel in the first two adjacent ceiling decorative panels 200, but also the second ceiling decorative panel in the last two adjacent ceiling decorative panels 200, and so on in installation.
Illustratively, step S200 is repeated, and one clip member 2 is mounted on each of the two long ends of the ceiling decorative panel 200 facing the building ceiling.
S300: the ceiling decorative plate provided with the clamping piece 2 is close to the clamping groove component 1 and is clamped and fixed on the clamping groove component 1 through the clamping piece 2.

According to the ceiling mounting method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the mounting structure 100 of the ceiling decorative panel is the mounting structure 100 of the ceiling decorative panel in any one of the embodiments, so that the same technical effect can be achieved, and the same technical problem can be solved. And will not be described in detail herein.

the first side plate comprises at least one second part, the free end of the second part is bent into the first groove, and the free end of the second part is farther away from the first top plate than the fixed end of the second part;
the free end of the second part and the free end of the first part form a first clamping structure.
2. The card slot member of claim 1, wherein a free end of the first portion is bent away from the first top plate to form a first bend;
the free end of the second portion is bent toward a side close to the first top plate to form a second bent portion.
3. The card slot member of claim 1, wherein the first portion and the second portion alternate along a length of the first groove.
4. The card slot member of claim 1,
the first portions and the second portions are arranged along the length direction of the first groove, and each first portion and one second portion are arranged side by side.
5. The card slot member of claim 1,
the end part, far away from the first top plate, of the first side plate is bent towards the first groove to form a first clamping part.
6. A ceiling decorative panel mounting structure, comprising:
a card slot member as set forth in any one of claims 1-5;

bending the rectangular sheet to form a groove-shaped member comprising a first groove enclosed by a first top plate and two first side plates; wherein the at least one first portion is located on the first top panel, and a free end of the at least one first portion is closer to a first one of the first side panels than a fixed end thereof; the at least one second portion is located on a first one of the first side panels, the at least one second portion having a free end that is farther from the first top panel than a fixed end thereof;
bending the at least one first part to enable the free end of the at least one first part to be located in the first groove;
and bending the at least one second part to enable the free end of the second part to be positioned in the first groove, so that the free end of the first part and the free end of the second part form a first clamping structure.
11. The method of processing a card slot member of claim 10, further comprising:
and bending the end part of the first side plate far away from the first top plate towards the inside of the first groove to form a first clamping part.
12. A ceiling installation method using the ceiling decorative panel installation structure of any one of claims 6 to 9, the method comprising:
securing the slot member to a roof;
installing the clamping piece on the ceiling decorative plate;
the ceiling decorative plate provided with the clamping pieces is close to the clamping groove members, and the clamping pieces are clamped and fixed on the clamping groove members.
