s3: in the process of sizing the fabric, the circular diversion mechanism 8 sucks feed liquid from one side of the suction port 82 through an internal circulating pump, so that slurry circularly flows on one side of the fabric, a negative pressure area is generated on one side of the fabric under the diversion action of the diversion slotted hole 73, fine particles in the slurry can penetrate or enter fiber gaps of the fabric and are attached to the surface of the fabric, the fabric vertically moves in a transmission manner, and the unwinding roller 2 and the winding roller 4 perform vertical homogenization operation in the fabric transmission process, so that slurry particles are deposited on the surface of the fabric and slide down and fall off through gravity after being attached;
s4: in the process of the slurry circulating motion, the slurry enters from the inlet end of the high-pressure jet pump 9 and the port of the suction port 82 and is jetted out through the pumping action, the circulating motion is generated in the circulating homogenizing pool 3, the slurry is subjected to continuous motion stirring, and the slurry is prevented from being layered.

the homogenizing spraying mechanism (7) comprises two homogenizing spraying plates (71), the two homogenizing spraying plates (71) are symmetrically and reversely arranged, a plurality of spraying ports (72) and guide slot holes (73) are formed in the surfaces of the homogenizing spraying plates (71) and are uniformly distributed, and the inner cavities of the homogenizing spraying plates (71) are communicated with the outlet end of the high-pressure spraying pump (9);

s2: starting a power supply of the device, driving the fabric to perform uniform transmission motion by rotating and winding the winding roller (4), performing homogenate operation by penetrating through the circulating homogenate pool (3) and the heat fixing mechanism (5), and spraying the slurry to the surface of the moving fabric through a surface material spraying port (72) of a homogenate spraying plate (71) under the action of a high-pressure spray pump (9) to perform fabric sizing operation;
s3: in the process of sizing the fabric, the circulating flow guide mechanism (8) sucks the feed liquid from one side of the suction port (82) through an internal circulating pump, so that the slurry circularly flows on one side of the fabric, and a negative pressure area is generated on one side of the fabric under the flow guide effect of the flow guide groove holes (73), so that fine particles in the slurry can pass through or enter fiber gaps of the fabric and are attached to the surface of the fabric;
s4: in the process of the slurry circulating motion, the slurry enters from the inlet end of the high-pressure jet pump (9) and the port of the suction port (82) and is sprayed out through the pumping action, the circulating motion is generated in the circulating homogenizing pool (3), the slurry is continuously stirred in a moving mode, and the slurry is prevented from being layered.
8. The use method of the homogenizing device for the production and processing of chemical fiber fabric textile lining is characterized in that in the step S2, during the rotating winding process of the winding roller (4), the lining guide roller (63) keeps the continuous tension of the lining in the transmission process through the drawing action of the stretching rod (64), the surface wrinkles of the lining are eliminated through the drawing action of the lining, and the gap between the weft threads of the lining is drawn and expanded.
