Abstract
本发明公开了一种增强细胞代谢焕肌美颜瓶及制备方法,所述美颜瓶包括瓶体和内壁涂层。内壁涂层表面的物理结构具有荷叶效应,装入水后可以提高水的含氧量,促进皮肤的新陈代谢;所用成分中含有大量的人体所必需的微量元素和常量元素,通过增强细胞代谢焕肌美颜瓶注入自来水,喷至皮肤表层,促进皮肤细胞分化和胶原合成来提高肌肤弹力,提高细胞活力,实现细胞迅速增殖;同时,可以调节神经系统和各器官的功能,促进皮肤血液循环,达到由内到外美颜护肤的目的。

本发明涉及化妆包装技术领域,更具体的说是涉及一种增强细胞代谢焕肌美颜瓶及制备方法。
背景技术
化妆品瓶是一种盛装化妆品膏、霜、液、水、粉等的容器,随着科技进步以及人们对美的追求,人们不仅对瓶子的外观要求越来越高,而且在人们崇尚自然科技的时候,力求在化妆品容器中使用天然矿物原料,将容器内化妆品的品质进行提升,达到由内而外焕颜美容的功效。
因此,如何提供一种可以提升化妆品品质的化妆品瓶是本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种增强细胞代谢焕肌美颜瓶及制备方法,不仅具有良好祛斑、减皱、提神醒肤、丰盈皮肤和补水的效果,而且能从由内而外起到焕颜美容的目的。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种增强细胞代谢焕肌美颜瓶,所述美颜瓶包括瓶体和内壁涂层;其中瓶体包括如下重量份数的原料:PP料或PET料102~123份、偏硅酸盐矿粉2~5份、微晶灰岩1~3份、几丁聚糖3~5份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1~3份、纳米氧化锌2~6份、纳米二氧化钛3~5份;内壁涂层包括如下重量份数的原料:疏水型二氧化硅气凝胶30~50份、偏硅酸盐矿粉3~8份、微晶灰岩2~6份、几丁聚糖3~5份、去离子水20~30份、六偏磷酸钠0.5~1.5份、纤维素0.5~1.5份、硅丙乳液1~3份、乙醇1~3份。
优选的,疏水型二氧化硅气凝胶粒径为30目。
优选的,对偏硅酸盐矿粉进行研磨,偏硅酸盐矿粉粒径为300目。
优选的,对微晶灰岩进行研磨,微晶灰岩粒径为350目。

本发明还提供了一种增强细胞代谢焕肌美颜瓶的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、纳米氧化锌、纳米二氧化钛放置于反应容器中,搅拌均匀后,再将PP料或PET料加入其中进行搅拌,直至均匀为止,混合料体制备完毕;
(2)首先将步骤(1)制备的混合料体加入到吹塑机料斗内,调整转速至50转每分钟,并将温度调至120~180℃;然后将设计好的模具安装到位,开动吹塑机并调整吹气压力0.8MPa,冷却定型即可制备获得瓶体;
(3)将疏水型二氧化硅气凝胶、乙醇加入反应釜高速搅拌分散,加入一半量的去离子水加热至60℃搅拌2小时,得到疏水型二氧化硅气凝胶稳定分散液;
(4)把偏硅酸盐矿粉、微晶灰岩、几丁聚糖、六偏磷酸钠、纤维素和另外一半量的去离子水,在2000r/min的转速下高速搅拌后,将搅拌后的浆液泵入研磨机中研磨20分钟,再加入疏水型二氧化硅气凝胶稳定分散液、硅丙乳液,300r/min搅拌40分钟后喷涂在瓶体内壁,干燥后即得所述增强细胞代谢焕肌美颜瓶。
在上述一种增强细胞代谢焕肌美颜瓶中,原料中偏硅酸盐矿粉选用天然偏硅酸盐矿粉,偏硅酸盐矿粉是一种含硼且成分复杂的硅酸盐矿物,含有硅、钙、铝、铁、镁、钠、锂、钾、硼等50多种元素,成分组成见表1。由于偏硅酸盐矿在成矿过程中,受到温度、压力、氧逸度、含水量、熔体总成分等岩浆演化条件的制约,偏硅酸盐矿粉的具体化学成分含量多少具有较大的差别。

偏硅酸盐矿粉具有保健功能,促进人体新陈代谢,排出血管内垃圾;调节中枢神经系统和植物神经系统,调节大脑皮层的功能,对心脏节律和血液循环,特别对微循环良好的改善作用;调节植物神经系统的平衡,有美白皮肤的效果,延缓皮肤的衰老松驰。
本发明原料中的微晶灰岩一种天然稀有无机矿物质,具有多种矿物元素。微晶灰岩在科学界被誉为“21世纪神赠予的最后礼物”,是疾病的天敌,治疗肿瘤和促进产生抗癌因子,微晶灰岩保健机理:促进血液循环,消除肿痛,血压调整,排除体内毒素,抵抗外来射线、预防癌症,抗衰老、减轻疲劳,以及自律神经失调等慢性病症,可使皮肤细胞增殖,扩张毛细血管,改善肌肤微循环、增强细胞的新陈代谢,从内而外起到焕颜美容的功效。
本发明原料中的几丁聚糖对细胞无排斥力,具有修复细胞之功效,并能减缓过敏性肌肤,且几丁聚糖具有抗氧化的能力,可以活化细胞,防止细胞老化,促进细胞新陈代谢。几丁聚糖可分解体内的产物葡萄糖胺,能刺激迷走神经,副交感神经兴奋,使血管扩张,因此会改善腰背酸痛。几丁聚糖具有很强的抗菌力,促进肉芽生长和皮肤再生的效能,可用于制造人工皮肤。用几丁聚糖制成人工皮肤不会发生人体排斥反应带来的一系列问题。这种人工皮肤和身体亲和力强,可被人体吸收,可使皮肤愈合良好。它还有促使细胞活化的作用,可大量产生胶原纤维,不会留下伤疤。几丁聚糖中亦含有高效保湿成份,它的β葡聚糖也能有效使肌肤含水保湿。
本发明原料中的天然偏硅酸盐矿粉、微晶灰岩、几丁聚糖含有大量的人体所必需的微量元素、常量元素,通过促进细胞分化和胶原合成来提高肌肤弹力;一方面将大分子营养原料转变成小分子,能使肌肤顺利吸收;另一方面增加细胞活力,促进新细胞迅速增殖,实现美颜的效果;并且还能促进肌肤角质层的新陈代谢和面部毛细血管循环,使肌肤变得更加光泽饱满,长期使用可以达到祛斑、减皱、提神醒肤、丰盈肌肤、补水的效果,从内而外起到焕颜美容的功效。
本发明中瓶内涂层具有荷叶效应的物理结构,水刚刚浸入瓶子的时候,由于水的表面张力并不会与瓶子内壁立即完全接触,从而可以保留水与瓶子内壁之间的空间存留空气。当水长时间与空气接触后,同时,水会浸入瓶子的内壁,部分空气进入水中,从而提高水中的含氧量。当水与皮肤接触后,可以促进皮肤细胞对氧气的吸收,增强呼吸作用,提高新陈代谢速率,从而提高皮肤弹性和皮肤细胞的活性。

本发明实施例公开了一种增强细胞代谢焕肌美颜瓶及其制备方法,原料中的天然偏硅酸盐矿粉、微晶灰岩、几丁聚糖含有大量的人体所必需的微量元素、常量元素,通过促进细胞分化和胶原合成来提高肌肤弹力,实现紧致肌肤的目的;并且还可以通过促进肌肤角质层的新陈代谢,使病变、老化的细胞代谢出来,促进面部毛细血管循环,使肌肤变得更加光泽饱满,同时有效促进肌肤再生,长期使用可以达到祛斑、减皱、提神醒肤、丰盈肌肤、及时补水的效果。

一种增强细胞代谢焕肌美颜瓶,所述美颜瓶包括瓶体和内壁涂层;其中瓶体包括如下重量份数的原料:PET料102份、偏硅酸盐矿粉2份、微晶灰岩1份、几丁聚糖3份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1份、纳米氧化锌2份、纳米二氧化钛3份;内壁涂层包括如下重量份数的原料:疏水型二氧化硅气凝胶30份、偏硅酸盐矿粉3份、微晶灰岩2份、几丁聚糖3份、去离子水20份、六偏磷酸钠0.5份、纤维素0.5份、硅丙乳液1份、乙醇1份。

为了验证本发明的效果,将水分别注入上述对比例和实施例获得的美颜瓶中,常温下分别放置24小时,对瓶中水的含氧量碘量法进行检测的如下数据:

对使用本发明实施例2制得的所述美颜瓶进行功效检测。
试验对象和方法:
年龄在30-60岁之间的健康女性100人,皮肤较粗糙或细纹者较多。
使用方法:洁肤后,存放于所述美颜瓶内不少于24小时的水喷至面部,保持润湿30分钟,然后擦拭干净。每周使用3次,连续使用15周。
使用期间经持续观察,可改善面部皮肤的干燥度,提高皮肤弹性和光泽度,可减少皮肤细小皱纹。
Claims (6)
1.一种增强细胞代谢焕肌美颜瓶,其特征在于,所述美颜瓶包括瓶体和内壁涂层;其中瓶体包括如下重量份数的原料:PP料或PET料102~123份、偏硅酸盐矿粉2~5份、微晶灰岩1~3份、几丁聚糖3~5份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1~3份、纳米氧化锌2~6份、纳米二氧化钛3~5份;内壁涂层包括如下重量份数的原料:疏水型二氧化硅气凝胶30~50份、偏硅酸盐矿粉3~8份、微晶灰岩2~6份、几丁聚糖3~5份、去离子水20~30份、六偏磷酸钠0.5~1.5份、纤维素0.5~1.5份、硅丙乳液1~3份、乙醇1~3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种增强细胞代谢焕肌美颜瓶,其特征在于,疏水型二氧化硅气凝胶粒径为30目。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种增强细胞代谢焕肌美颜瓶,其特征在于,对偏硅酸盐矿粉进行研磨,偏硅酸盐矿粉粒径为300目。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种增强细胞代谢焕肌美颜瓶,其特征在于,对微晶灰岩进行研磨,微晶灰岩粒径为350目。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种增强细胞代谢焕肌美颜瓶,其特征在于,偏硅酸盐矿粉为硅灰石矿粉、角闪石矿粉、辉石矿粉中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种增强细胞代谢焕肌美颜瓶的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、纳米氧化锌、纳米二氧化钛放置于反应容器中,搅拌均匀后,再将PP料或PET料加入其中进行搅拌,直至均匀为止,混合料体制备完毕;
(2)首先将步骤(1)制备的混合料体加入到吹塑机料斗内,调整转速至50转每分钟,并将温度调至120~180℃;然后将设计好的模具安装到位,开动吹塑机并调整吹气压力0.8MPa,冷却定型即可制备获得瓶体;
(3)将疏水型二氧化硅气凝胶、乙醇加入反应釜高速搅拌分散,加入一半量的去离子水加热至60℃搅拌2小时,得到疏水型二氧化硅气凝胶稳定分散液;
(4)把偏硅酸盐矿粉、微晶灰岩、几丁聚糖、六偏磷酸钠、纤维素和另外一半量的去离子水,在2000r/min的转速下高速搅拌后,将搅拌后的浆液泵入研磨机中研磨20分钟,再加入疏水型二氧化硅气凝胶稳定分散液、硅丙乳液,300r/min搅拌40分钟后喷涂在瓶体内壁,干燥后即得所述增强细胞代谢焕肌美颜瓶。
