Abstract
本发明提供本发明提供一种氮杂冠醚类季铵盐杀菌除臭剂及其制备方法,S1、将N‑丁基二乙醇胺溶解在1,4‑二氧六环中,加热,再加入氢氧化钠、二氯乙基醚或者1,2‑二(2‑氯乙氧基)乙烷;加热回流反应,趁热过滤,将滤液旋干,用水与二氯甲烷萃取,将有机相旋干,得到黄色油状物产物;S2、取黄色油状物产物加入溶剂中,加入1‑溴十八烷搅拌,加热回流反应;旋干溶剂,加入正己烷洗涤得到白色固体,再用丙酮重结晶得到纯产物。该兼顾季铵盐的微生物性能的同时,可以高效除臭,并且对人体无害。

技术领域
本发明涉及废气处理技术领域,尤其涉及一种氮杂冠醚类季铵盐杀菌除臭剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会的快速发展,污水、生活垃圾、畜禽养殖业等产生的恶臭导致的环境污染和人体健康问题愈显突出,采用除臭剂除臭为除臭主要途径,近几年、除臭剂广泛用于许多领域,深入人们生产生活各个领域,多效能的除臭剂不断涌现,国内对除臭剂的需求量也不断提高,目前除臭剂除臭方法主要有四种:第一种通过掩蔽的方法,即用香料进行以感官为主的除臭。第二种是物理方法,即采用吸附材料如活性炭吸附除臭。第三种是生物除臭,用抑菌剂、抗菌剂抑制微生物繁殖。第四种是化学法即利用化合物与臭气物质发生氧化、还原、等反应将臭气物质转化为没有臭味的物质以达到除臭目的。目前生物除臭与化学除臭因其除臭彻底,并且从根本解决臭源而倍受青睐。目前国内化学除臭剂按其成分大体可以分为无机类化学除臭剂和有机类化学除臭剂,无机类化学除臭剂主要是铁、钠等金属盐类或金属氧化物。有机类则更加广泛,目前有醛类化合物除臭剂、脂类化合物除臭剂、表面活性剂除臭剂、壳聚糖除臭剂以及环氧化物除臭剂等等。我们提供的除臭剂将生物除臭与化学除臭性能结合起来,既杀灭微生物的同时也将臭源气体转化成没有臭味的物质,达到更深层次除味。
发明内容
本发明提供一种氮杂冠醚类季铵盐杀菌除臭剂,该杀菌剂含有R-O-R’结构,基团上氧原子与恶臭物主要物质形成多个分子间氢键而除臭,除臭的效果更加显著。,同时它具有季铵盐的杀菌性能,可以有效杀灭臭源的微生物,兼具杀菌和除臭效果。相较于传统的化学除臭剂具有更强除臭性并且除臭更加彻底,起到杀菌除臭双重作用。一种氮杂冠醚类季铵盐杀菌除臭剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将N-丁基二乙醇胺溶解在1,4-二氧六环中,加热,再加入氢氧化钠,二氯乙基醚或者1,2-二(2-氯乙氧基)乙烷;加热回流反应,趁热过滤,将滤液旋干,用水与二氯甲烷萃取,将有机相旋干,得到黄色油状物产物;
S2、取黄色油状物产物加入溶剂中,加入1-溴十八烷搅拌,加热回流反应;旋干溶剂,加入正己烷洗涤得到白色固体,再用丙酮重结晶得到纯产物。
原料的用量按照以下比例配比:N-丁基二乙醇胺,1.0eq;氢氧化钠,3.0eq;二氯乙基醚或者1,2-二(2-氯乙氧基)乙烷,1.1eq。
反应条件为:
S1中,N-丁基二乙醇胺溶解在1,4-二氧六环中,加热至85℃;加热回流反应条件为,升温至85℃,回流反应30h;
S2中,黄色油状物产物加入溶剂中,加热至45℃;加热回流反应条件为,升温至85℃,回流加热24h。
S2中溶剂为乙腈。
本发明还包括一种氮杂冠醚类季铵盐杀菌除臭剂,采用上述的制备方法所得。
本发明提供一种氮杂冠醚类季铵盐杀菌除臭剂及其制备方法,除臭剂具有去除臭源作用,兼顾季铵盐的微生物性能的同时,可以高效除臭,并且对人体无害。

结合实施例说明本发明的具体技术方案。
实施例1
S1、将N-丁基二乙醇胺(1.0eq)于1,4-二氧六环中,加热至85℃,后将氢氧化钠(3.0eq),再加入二氯乙基醚(1.1eq)升温至85℃,回流反应30h,趁热过滤,将滤液旋干,用水与二氯甲烷萃取,将有机相旋干,得到黄色油状物产物。
S2、取上述产物加入乙腈试剂中,加热至45℃,加入1-溴十八烷搅拌,升温至85℃,回流加热24h。旋干溶剂,加入正己烷洗涤得到白色固体,后用丙酮重结晶得到纯产物。

杀菌效果实验:
根据GB/T 38502-2020消毒剂实验室杀菌效果检验方法,杀菌可以达99.999%。
除臭效果实验数据见表1。

实施例2的除臭剂的除臭效果明显好于实施例1,由于实施例2中除臭剂中R-O-R’结构更多,可以形成更多的氢键,除臭效果因此更好。

1.一种氮杂冠醚类季铵盐杀菌除臭剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、将N-丁基二乙醇胺溶解在1,4-二氧六环中,加热,再加入氢氧化钠,二氯乙基醚或者1,2-二(2-氯乙氧基)乙烷;加热回流反应,趁热过滤,将滤液旋干,用水与二氯甲烷萃取,将有机相旋干,得到黄色油状物产物;
S2、取黄色油状物产物加入溶剂中,加入1-溴十八烷搅拌,加热回流反应;旋干溶剂,加入正己烷洗涤得到白色固体,再用丙酮重结晶得到纯产物,即为所述氮杂冠醚类季铵盐杀菌除臭剂;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种氮杂冠醚类季铵盐杀菌除臭剂的制备方法,其特征在于,原料的用量按照以下比例配比:N-丁基二乙醇胺,1.0eq;氢氧化钠,3.0eq;二氯乙基醚或者1,2-二(2-氯乙氧基)乙烷,1.1eq。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种氮杂冠醚类季铵盐杀菌除臭剂的制备方法,其特征在于,反应条件为:
S1中,N-丁基二乙醇胺溶解在1,4-二氧六环中,加热至85℃;加热回流反应条件为,升温至85℃,回流反应30h;
S2中,黄色油状物产物加入溶剂中,加热至45℃;加热回流反应条件为,升温至85℃,回流加热24h。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种氮杂冠醚类季铵盐杀菌除臭剂的制备方法,其特征在于,S2中溶剂为乙腈。
5.一种氮杂冠醚类季铵盐杀菌除臭剂,其特征在于,采用权利要求1到4任一项所述的制备方法所得。
