Abstract
The invention discloses a method for preparing environment-friendly dried flowers by using pistachio nut shells, and belongs to the technical field of dried flower preparation. Specifically disclosed is: (1) drying the pistachio nut shells at 65-85 ℃, cooling to room temperature, and then soaking in the treatment liquid A; (2) drying and sticking the soaked pistachio nut shells into a dried flower product; (3) and (3) carrying out spray fumigation on the dried flower product by using the treatment liquid B under a protective atmosphere. the treating fluid B is prepared by adding 1 to 1.2 weight percent of disodium stannous citrate, 0.10 to 0.50 weight percent of sodium isoascorbate and 10 to 35 weight percent of glycerin into water and uniformly mixing.

(2) drying the washed pistachio nut shells at 65 ℃ for 10min, cooling to room temperature (25 ℃) within 10 seconds, and soaking the pistachio nut shells in the treatment liquid A for 25 min;

(4) sticking the pistachio nut shells treated in the step (3) into a dried flower product;
(5) and (3) carrying out spray fumigation on the dried flower product by using the treatment liquid B in the nitrogen atmosphere, controlling the flow rate of the treatment liquid B in the fumigation to be 2mL/min, controlling the mass ratio of the treatment liquid B to the pistachio nut shells dried in the step (3) to be 8:100, and standing in nitrogen for 0.5h after the spray is finished.
The treating fluid A comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.8 part of citric acid, 2.2 parts of L-cysteine, 0.14 part of cobalt chloride, 0.02 part of strontium hydroxide, 0.3 part of sodium sulfate and 90 parts of deionized water;
the treating fluid B is prepared by adding 1 wt% of disodium stannous citrate, 0.10 wt% of sodium isoascorbate and 10 wt% of glycerol into water and mixing uniformly.
Example 2
A method for preparing environment-friendly dried flowers by using pistachio nut shells comprises the following steps:
(1) selecting a pistachio nut shell with a complete shell, and cleaning the pistachio nut shell with deionized water;
(2) drying the washed pistachio nut shells at 85 ℃ for 20min, cooling to room temperature (25 ℃) within 15 seconds, and soaking the pistachio nut shells in the treatment liquid A for 10 min;
(3) taking out the pistachio nut shells after soaking, and drying the pistachio nut shells by nitrogen;
(4) sticking the pistachio nut shells treated in the step (3) into a dried flower product;
(5) and (3) carrying out spray fumigation on the dried flower product by using the treatment liquid B in a nitrogen atmosphere, controlling the flow rate of the treatment liquid B at 3mL/min during fumigation, controlling the mass ratio of the treatment liquid B to the pistachio nut shells dried in the step (3) to be 5:100, and standing in nitrogen for 1h after spraying is finished.
The treating fluid A comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1.0 part of citric acid, 2.4 parts of L-cysteine, 0.16 part of cobalt chloride, 0.04 part of strontium hydroxide, 0.4 part of sodium sulfate and 100 parts of deionized water;
the treating fluid B is prepared by adding 1.2 wt% of disodium stannous citrate, 0.50 wt% of sodium isoascorbate and 35 wt% of glycerol into water and mixing uniformly.
Example 3
A method for preparing environment-friendly dried flowers by using pistachio nut shells comprises the following steps:
(1) selecting a pistachio nut shell with a complete shell, and cleaning the pistachio nut shell with deionized water;
(2) drying the washed pistachio nut shells at 75 ℃ for 15min, cooling to room temperature (25 ℃) within 12 seconds, and soaking the pistachio nut shells in the treatment liquid A for 15 min;
(3) taking out the pistachio nut shells after soaking, and drying the pistachio nut shells by nitrogen;
(4) sticking the pistachio nut shells treated in the step (3) into a dried flower product;
(5) and (3) carrying out spray fumigation on the dried flower product by using the treatment liquid B under the argon atmosphere, controlling the flow rate of the treatment liquid B to be 2mL/min during fumigation, controlling the mass ratio of the treatment liquid B to the pistachio nut shells dried in the step (3) to be 6:100, and standing in argon for 0.6h after spraying is finished.
The treating fluid A comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.9 part of citric acid, 2.3 parts of L-cysteine, 0.15 part of cobalt chloride, 0.03 part of strontium hydroxide, 0.3 part of sodium sulfate and 95 parts of deionized water;
the treating fluid B is prepared by adding 1.1 wt% of disodium stannous citrate, 0.4 wt% of sodium isoascorbate and 15 wt% of glycerin into water and mixing uniformly.
Example 4
A method for preparing environment-friendly dried flowers by using pistachio nut shells comprises the following steps:
(1) selecting a pistachio nut shell with a complete shell, and cleaning the pistachio nut shell with deionized water;
(2) drying the washed pistachio nut shells at 70 ℃ for 18min, cooling to room temperature (25 ℃) within 13 seconds, and soaking the pistachio nut shells in the treatment liquid A for 20 min;
(3) taking out the pistachio nut shells after soaking, and drying the pistachio nut shells by nitrogen;
(4) sticking the pistachio nut shells treated in the step (3) into a dried flower product;
(5) and (3) carrying out spray fumigation on the dried flower product by using the treatment liquid B under the argon atmosphere, controlling the flow rate of the treatment liquid B at 3mL/min during fumigation, controlling the mass ratio of the treatment liquid B to the pistachio nut shells dried in the step (3) to be 7:100, and standing in argon for 0.7h after spraying is finished.
The treating fluid A comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1.0 part of citric acid, 2.2 parts of L-cysteine, 0.14 part of cobalt chloride, 0.02 part of strontium hydroxide, 0.4 part of sodium sulfate and 100 parts of deionized water;
the treating fluid B is prepared by adding 1 wt% of disodium stannous citrate, 0.1 wt% of sodium isoascorbate and 20 wt% of glycerin into water and mixing uniformly.
Control group 1
Cleaning the pistachio nut shells, and soaking the pistachio nut shells for 10min by using 10 wt% of hydrogen peroxide water; drying, and preparing the pistachio nut shell into a dried flower product.
Control group 2
Cleaning pistachio nut shells, and soaking the pistachio nut shells for 10min by using 0.5 wt% of sodium sulfite aqueous solution; drying, and preparing the pistachio nut shell into a dried flower product.
The whiteness and sensory results of the dried pistachio nut products of examples 1-4 and control 1-2 are shown in Table 1, and the whiteness values were measured using a paper whiteness meter.

As can be seen from table 1, the dried flower products of pistachio nuts prepared in examples 1 to 4 of the present application are superior to the hydrogen peroxide-treated dried flower product of control 1 and significantly superior to the sodium sulfite-treated dried flower product of control 2 in terms of whiteness and sensory effect, probably because the surface layer of the pistachio nut shells contains cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin, quinone conjugate pigments and the like, and the irreversible addition reaction of sulfurous acid with carbonyl unsaturated compounds in the surface layer of the pistachio nut shells occurs, so that the conjugation effect of the unsaturated system is enhanced, and the absorption spectrum of the compound shifts to the long-wave direction to show yellow.
The dried pistachio nut flower products of examples 1-4 and control groups 1-2 were scored, 10 specially trained sensory evaluators were selected and scored according to the scoring criteria of table 2, and the average score results are shown in table 3.
