Due to the characteristics of the girder manufacturing of the high-speed rail large box girder: after pouring, the processes of demolding, maintaining, lifting beams, storing beams, transporting, erecting and the like are needed, wherein the processes of demolding, maintaining and lifting beams are very easy to generate scraps, attachments, corrosion and other pollution on the surface of the template, and the objects are not good for appearance and can also generate adverse effects on the next prefabrication of the beam body, such as strength, demolding speed, surface quality and the like. Therefore, the templates of the large box girder of the high-speed rail must be cleaned for recycling.
So far, most of the templates of the bridge are manually cleaned, and the height, the width and the span are large, and the appearance is irregular, so that great difficulty is caused to the cleaning work. The cleaning work has the defects of high labor intensity, low safety and long construction time, and can cause damage to the template and even secondary pollution. The same difficulties exist in re-spraying the mold plate surface with release agent after cleaning. Therefore, a device for cleaning the internal mold template of the large box girder of the high-speed rail is urgently needed to solve the above-mentioned problems.
