The optical axis bolt polishing device as claimed in claim 2, wherein a bottom middle portion of the screw rod (3.2) and a top middle portion of the screw head (3.1) are provided with first positioning grooves (3.11) corresponding to the first positioning columns (18), lower portions of two sides of the screw head (3.1) are provided with second positioning grooves (3.12) corresponding to the second positioning columns (19), the two first positioning columns (18) are respectively and correspondingly inserted into the first positioning grooves (3.11), and the second positioning columns (19) are correspondingly inserted into the second positioning grooves (3.12), so that the bolts (3) can be fixed by the left clamping block (9) and the right clamping plate (13).

The optical axis bolt polishing device of claim 1, characterized in that, the right side of first cylinder (15) is fixed with the cylinder mounting panel, the right side of cylinder mounting panel and the left side of left grip block (9) are all fixedly connected with pivot (20), the outer end transmission of pivot (20) is connected with driving motor (21), two driving motor (21) respectively fixed mounting on left riser (5) and right riser (6).
5. An optical axis bolt polishing device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that a water spray pipe (22) is further fixed to the bottom of the top plate (8), and a plurality of spray heads (23) are connected to the bottom end of the water spray pipe (22).
6. An optical axis bolt polishing device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that a vertical channel (1.1) is provided on the work bench (1), and the bottom end of the vertical channel (1.1) is connected to a sewage tank (4) through a pipeline.
7. An optical axis bolt polishing device as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that a left sloping plate (24) and a right sloping plate (25) are fixedly connected between the lower portions of the left and right risers (5, 6) and the top end of the vertical channel (1.1), respectively.

An optical axis bolt polishing device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the polishing mechanism (2) is mounted in the middle of the bottom end of the top plate (8) and comprises a first polishing block, a polishing driving mechanism, a moving driving mechanism and a lifting driving mechanism.

The optical axis bolt polishing device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a second polishing block (26), wherein a right middle portion of the second polishing block (26) is provided with a third positioning slot corresponding to the first positioning column (18), the first positioning column (18) of the right clamping block is correspondingly inserted into the third positioning slot, and the second polishing block (26) and the right clamping block are connected together through a fixing screw.
10. An optical axis bolt polishing method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized by comprising the following specific steps:
s1, screw polishing: inserting a first positioning column (18) on a second telescopic rod (17) into a first positioning groove (3.11) on a screw head (3.1), starting a second air cylinder (16), adjusting the position of a bolt (3) until second positioning columns (19) of an upper adjusting bolt (3) and a lower adjusting bolt (3) are respectively and correspondingly inserted into a second positioning groove (3.12) on the screw head (3.1), and screwing the upper adjusting bolt (3) and the lower adjusting bolt (3) to two pressing plates (12) to fix the screw head (3.1); a first air cylinder (15) is started, the right clamping plate (13) moves leftwards to a first positioning column (18) on the right clamping plate (13) and is inserted into a first positioning groove (3.11) of the screw (3.2), and the bolt (3) can be fixed by the left clamping block (9) and the right clamping plate (13); the position of the first polishing block is adjusted by the movable driving mechanism and the lifting driving mechanism, and the two driving motors (21) and the polishing driving mechanism are started, so that the polishing treatment of the screw (3.2) can be carried out;
s2, polishing the screw head: inserting a first positioning column (18) on a second telescopic rod (17) into a first positioning groove (3.11) on the screw rod (3.2), screwing out a second positioning column (19) in the pressing plate (12), and screwing an upper adjusting bolt (3) and a lower adjusting bolt (3) until the two pressing plates (12) fix the screw rod (3.2); and (3) mounting a second polishing block (26) on the right clamping plate through a fixing screw, starting the first air cylinder (15), adjusting the position of the second polishing block (26), and starting the driving motor (21) to perform polishing treatment on the screw head (3.1).
