A locking device 7 is arranged between the clamping plate 6 and the sliding plate 4, and the relative position between the clamping plate 6 and the sliding plate 4 can be locked and unlocked through the locking device 7. The clamping plate 6 is reasonable in structure, can be matched with the rotation adjustment of the clamping plate 6, can lock the position after the rotation adjustment, is more stable in supporting and is convenient to lock. The second locking hole is in threaded connection with the second locking screw 14 in a matched mode, and the arc-shaped groove 15 is used for the second locking screw 14 to pass through.
Wherein, the clamping plate 6 is provided with mounting holes 16 for mounting and arranging the supporting clamping components 17. The supporting and clamping member 17 is conveniently installed. The supporting and holding member 17 is a fixed block or a rolling bearing.
