Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a filtering and settling well for restaurant sewage comprises a well chamber 100, a well cover 200 and a filtering barrel 300 which is movable in the well chamber. The water inlet pipe 101 is arranged on the wall of the upper part of the well chamber 100, the overflow pipe 102 is arranged on the wall of the well chamber 100 opposite to the water inlet pipe 101, the overflow pipe 102 is lower than the water inlet pipe 101, the drain pipe 103 is arranged on the wall of the lower part of the well chamber 100, the drain pipe 103 is communicated with the overflow pipe 102, two vertical sliding chutes 104 are arranged on the inner wall of the upper part of the well chamber 100, the well cover 200 is arranged at the upper end of the well chamber 100, the hole 201 is arranged on the well cover 200, the baffle 203 with the through hole 202 is arranged below the well cover 200, two ends of the baffle 203 can be respectively arranged in the sliding chutes 104, the supporting rod 204 is fixed with a lantern ring 205, the vertical rod 206 passes through the lantern ring 205, two blocks 207 and 208 are arranged on the vertical rod 206, the blocks 207 and 208 are respectively arranged at the upper and lower sides of the lantern ring 205, the lower end of the vertical rod 206 is provided with a floating ball 209, the baffle 203 is arranged between the water inlet pipe 101 and the overflow pipe 102, the filtering holes 301 are arranged on the four peripheral walls and the bottom of the filtering barrel 300, the upper end of the filter tub 300 is lower than the lower end of the baffle 203. The top edge of the filter barrel 300 is closely provided with a sealing ring 302, and the sealing ring 302 is closely contacted with the inner wall of the well chamber 100.
The following describes the use of the present invention in detail.
After the wastewater enters the inlet pipe 101, the wastewater rushes towards the baffle 203 and slides down into the filter barrel 300 along with the baffle 203. The free water flows through the filtering holes 301, flows into a gap between the outer wall of the filtering barrel 300 and the inner wall of the well chamber 100, then enters the drain pipe 103, and flows into the sewage piping system. Large particles of solid matter are trapped inside the filter vat 300 by the filter holes 301. When the solid matters are deposited more, only a small amount of filtrate will flow out of the filter vat 300 through the filter holes 301 covered by the filtrate, and most of the filtrate will flow out through the filter holes 301 of the filter vat 300 which are not covered by the solid matters.
Referring to fig. 3, after the solid matter deposited in the filtering barrel 300 covers all the filtering holes 301, the solid particles in the influent sewage are continuously trapped by the deposited solid matter, and the upper part sewage is blocked by the deposited solid matter and slowly permeates through the deposited solid matter and the filtering holes 301 under the action of gravity. When more and more solid matters are deposited on the upper part of the filter vat 300, the sewage is not ready to be discharged out of the filter vat 300, the water level rises and exceeds the floating ball 209, so that the floating ball 209 floats upwards, the floating ball 209 pushes the vertical rod 206 upwards to move, the upper stop block 207 which is close to the lantern ring 205 originally moves upwards, the lower stop block 208 also moves upwards, until the lower stop block 208 is close to the lantern ring 205, the floating ball 209 does not rise any more, and at the moment, the top of the vertical rod 206 passes through the opening 201 on the well cover 200.
The user rises well lid 200 through observing the top of montant 206, in time opens well lid 200, through the hoisting member of bail or lifting rope class on the filter vat 300, takes out filter vat 300, pours and properly handles the material in the filter vat 300 to wash the filtration pore 301 on the filter vat 300, guarantee filtration pore 301's unblocked. The filter vat 300 is placed back into the well 100 and the well lid 200 is closed back for the next use.
When the user does not observe in time that the top of the vertical rod 206 has risen, see fig. 4, more and more solid matter is deposited in the filter basket 300 and in the upper part of the well. When the inflow is big, upper portion water level sharply rises in the well chamber 100, surpasss the top of filter vat 300, because sealing washer 302 and well chamber 100 inner wall and the equal in close contact with in filter vat 300 upper end, sewage can not or a small amount of follow sealing washer 302 and pass through, but the aquatic large granule material can not pass through here and get into well chamber 100 bottom, has effectively avoided well chamber 100 to draw and the problem of jam clear afterwards. The water level rises and exceeds the lower end of the baffle plate 203, and at this time, the sewage flows to the overflow pipe 102 through the perforation 202 on the baffle plate 203 and then enters the drain pipe 103 through the overflow pipe 102, and the solid matters can not pass through the perforation 202 and can be trapped, so that the sewage can be discharged in time. At this moment, as long as the user finds in time that the montant 206 has already risen out well lid 200 and in time clears up, just there is not sewage to overflow away from well lid 200, causes the pollution.
When the user still does not find in time that the vertical rod 206 has been lifted out of the well lid 200, the space in the well 100 between the inlet pipe 101 and the baffle 203 is gradually filled with solid matter, and the number of perforations 202 through which water can flow decreases. When the sewage has not time to flow from the water-permeable through hole 202 to the overflow pipe 102, the liquid level in the well chamber 100 rises and overflows from the well lid.
The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby, so: all equivalent changes made according to the structure, shape and principle of the invention are covered by the protection scope of the invention.
