Description

Externally-applied soaking cold compress liquid for burns and scalds and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of burn and scald treatment, in particular to an external soaking cold compress liquid for burn and scald and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The scald is the damage to skin and mechanism caused by high temperature, strong light, heat radiation and the like caused by external factors, and the causes of the scald comprise flame, hot iron, boiling oil, boiled water, soup, electric arc, chemical substances and the like. The clinical manifestations vary according to the degree of injury and the size of the area, and mild patients have red, swollen, hot, painful or blistering skin as the main symptoms; the severe cases can go deep into the muscles and bones and cause general changes such as shock and infection. The treatment and nursing after the scald are particularly critical, and the main principle is to repair the autologous skin as much as possible, reduce infection, accelerate the healing speed and reduce the generation of skin necrosis. If the treatment is not carried out in time, the malignant phenomena of skin rot and suppuration and the like can be caused, and even sequela such as scars and the like can appear in the later period.
At present, the treatment medicines and the treatment methods mainly adopt western medicine as main treatment medicines and treatment measures. Western medicine advocates the treatment of wound inflammation diminishing, antibiosis and pain relieving, then cleans necrotic cells, then binds up, advocates the treatment of wound without advocating the application of medicine to the wound, and mainly uses internal medicine, so the method cannot actually achieve good treatment effect, and the treatment cost is extremely high, and in addition, western medicine may contain hormone and is often accompanied with side effects. Some traditional Chinese medicine scald ointment has good effect, but in the using process, secretion of a wound surface needs to be scraped for many times, so that a patient is painful, and the infection chance is increased. Moreover, the medicines for treating burns and scalds sold on the market can not effectively relieve pain and pain for both mild burns and scalds and severe burns and scalds, can not effectively diminish inflammation and sterilize, can easily cause repeated bubbles at the burned and scalded parts, and have slow recovery time and painful recovery process. The ideal scald medicine needs to have good broad-spectrum antibacterial effect, is not easy to generate drug resistance, has the effects of promoting epithelial cell growth, keeping moist microenvironment of a wound surface and the like, and also has the characteristics of analgesia, pain relief, rapid tissue regeneration, convenience in use and the like.
In conclusion, the problem to be solved by the technical personnel in the field is how to provide a medicament for treating scald, which has good curative effect, convenient use and good experience of patients.

The medicinal mechanism of the invention is as follows: the externally applied soaking cold compress liquid for burns and scalds combines Chinese and Western medicines, adopts a method for treating both symptoms and root causes, selects Chinese herbal medicine raw materials of disinfection and hemostasis, inflammation diminishing and swelling diminishing, wind and heat dispelling, hot and hot pressure fire and gas releasing, blood circulation promoting and blood stasis removing, sterilization and heat clearing and the like, and is mixed with self-made ganoderma lucidum water and western medicine chlorhexidine acetate (the western medicine chlorhexidine acetate mainly has the effects of sterilization and virus elimination) according to a certain amount to prepare liquid medicine. Wherein, the medicinal mechanism of the ganoderma lucidum water is as follows: (1) the immunity is enhanced because the invasion of virus and bacteria must be strictly prevented in the process of wound healing, otherwise, the wound is inflamed and is difficult to heal. The ganoderma lucidum water can fast phagocytize virus and bacteria, inhibit the growth of the bacteria and help wounds to diminish inflammation and relieve pain, namely the effect of diminishing inflammation and relieving pain is achieved. (2) The ganoderma lucidum water is rich in various nutrients and can help wound healing. The cultured ganoderma lucidum water is scientifically tested, is rich in more than 40 nutrient substances such as amino acid, protein and the like, and can increase the cell activity, enable a human body to generate anti-infection capacity, improve the cell metabolism function and accelerate the wound healing. Moreover, the nutrient substances in the ganoderma lucidum water can further improve the immunity and the resistance of the human body, and after the body is strong, the blood platelets in the blood can be increased, thereby helping the wound healing. The raw materials are mixed together to achieve the best treatment effect, and can play an auxiliary role.

The application method of the externally used soaking cold compress liquid for burns and scalds is divided into two methods, namely cold compress and soaking:
1. cold compress: for the injured part which is inconvenient to soak, the medical gauze can be used for soaking the liquid medicine for cold compress of the injured part, the liquid medicine is changed back and forth and then applied to the injured part, and the injured part is slowly changed from red to white without any pain. The time for applying the liquid medicine is determined according to the degree of injury. Generally, mild burns and scalds are about 2 hours, severe burns and scalds are 6 to 7 hours, and the red and swollen bubbles of the parts which are already red and swollen and foamed can disappear after the cold compress time reaches 3 hours.
2. Soaking: for the injured part which is convenient to soak, the soaking treatment can be selected, and the soaking effect is better than the cold compress effect. When the liquid medicine is used, part of the liquid medicine is taken out, the injured part of the liquid medicine is completely soaked in the liquid medicine, and the liquid medicine is changed every half an hour until the injured part is slowly changed from red to white without any pain feeling. The soaking time can be determined according to the injury degree, and generally, the soaking time for mild scald is about 2 hours, and the soaking time for severe scald is about 5 hours.
Clinical experiments are as follows:
(1) the cases are as follows: the number of patients with scald is 100. Among them, 60 cases of first degree scald, 20 cases of superficial second degree scald and 20 cases of deep second degree scald.
(2) Grouping: the above cases were divided into two groups (test group and control group), with no significant difference in age, sex, degree of scald between the two groups, and each group was equally divided into three groups according to the degree of scald (see table 1 below).
Test groups, the burn and scald liquids of the examples 1 to 3 are respectively used for direct cold compress or soaking the wound; the control group was applied with a commercially available ointment for scald, and used according to the instructions.
(3) Evaluation criteria: according to the scald curative effect standard of the Chinese medical society:
and (3) curing: the wound pain disappears after the treatment, the exudation is obviously reduced, the first degree scald starts to scab the next day, the superficial second degree scald heals within 7 days, and the deep second degree scald heals within 2 weeks.
The effect is shown: pain is obviously relieved on the day of medication, exudation is reduced, and first degree scald starts to scab the next day, superficial second degree scald forms scab within 7 days, and deep second degree scald forms scab within 2 weeks.
And (4) invalidation: the above standard is not met.
(4) The treatment results are as follows: (see Table 1 below)
