The step motor is rigidly connected with a weighing management layer to which the storage platform belongs, and the weighing management layer and the placement layer are just completely overlapped after the step motor advances for N steps. And simultaneously, starting an RFID identification program and a weighing program of the storage areas with the pressure signals according to whether each storage area has the pressure signals.
And when the synchronous motor drives the weighing management layer to coincide with the placing layer, the synchronous motor stops working. At the moment, the RFID module reads hazardous chemical substance information contained in the RFID tag on the hazardous chemical substance reagent bottle according to the standard flow. In this embodiment, the information in the hazardous chemical reagent bottle is written by the administrator in the dedicated system when the hazardous chemical is put into storage. The hazardous chemical information comprises information such as name, batch, source, warehousing time, packaging bottle number, packaging bottle weight, warehousing weight, management grade, storage life and the like.
As shown in fig. 3, in the weighing management layer, a weighing mechanism and an RFID hazardous chemical identification module are arranged in each storage area. In this embodiment, the weighing mechanism and the RFID hazardous chemical identification module are integrated into one STM32F407VG Digital Signal Computing (DSC) chip.
When the DSC chip finishes reading the identity information of the hazardous chemical substance, the obtained identity information and weight information of the hazardous chemical substance are transmitted to the console after the weighing work of the storage area in which the hazardous chemical substance is placed is finished, and the identity information and the weight information of the hazardous chemical substance are transmitted to the display screen to be displayed through the console. Meanwhile, identity information and weight information of the dangerous chemicals acquired in the storage at this time are stored in the storage card.
And after the control console times for 5 seconds, the control console drives the storage platform which is ascended earlier to descend to the original position, and weighing and warehousing of the hazardous chemical substances are completed.
As shown in fig. 4, the standby power supply in this embodiment is controlled by using one LM2931T chip, and the main power supply and the standby power supply are grounded.
