Description

Artificial nail back film and method for applying same to nail treatment
Technical Field
The invention relates to an artificial nail, in particular to an artificial nail back film and a nail treatment method applying the same.
Background
The artificial nail is commonly called as a false piece, is a common nail-beautifying material in the current nail-beautifying market, the artificial nail can be produced in batch in a factory, the surface of the artificial nail can be reprocessed into various rich patterns and patterns, and the nail-beautifying process can be completed only by installing the artificial nail finished product on the nail in the nail-beautifying process, compared with other solid-state nail-beautifying products, such as a nail-beautifying film, the artificial nail has low requirements on the shape of a processing object per se, is thick in texture, is not easy to scratch, and has long pattern retention time; compared with the non-solid nail art, i.e. the non-solid gel, nail polish, crystal powder and other materials are used for making patterns and shapes on site, the nail art treatment process can be greatly shortened.
However, the traditional mode of directly mounting the artificial nail on the human nail by using the glue has the defects of complex steps, strong pain and secondary damage to the human nail in the process of removing due to strong adhesive force of the glue, difficult direct stripping and the need of removing by means of a glue remover and the like.
Therefore, various methods for sticking the artificial nail by adopting double-sided adhesive or jelly glue (sometimes also called crystal double-sided adhesive) are appeared in the market at present, specifically, the artificial nail is stuck on the human nail by adopting double-sided adhesive jelly glue or double-sided adhesive paper, when the artificial nail is removed, the artificial nail can be peeled off from the nail conveniently, the artificial nail can be reused, but the sticking modes are not firm, the artificial nail is easy to separate because of insufficient sticking in the use process, the maintenance time is generally 1-5 days, and the jelly glue and the adhesive paper have certain thickness, so that the aesthetic property and the sticking degree of the artificial nail are affected.
The existing market also has a false sheet with a self-adhesive layer on the back, and the false sheet can be directly adhered to the nails, and is easy to peel off when the false sheet is removed, but the false sheet is easy to separate in the use process, and the maintenance time is short.
Therefore, in the improvement scheme proposed in the patent document disclosed by the patent document, namely, the false nail (patent number 201822017456.5) which can be quickly attached and is not easy to fall off, the tongue piece is added on the back of the false nail, the stress pivot point is changed, and the stability of the false nail in use is improved, but the scheme does not fundamentally solve the problem that the adhesion of the false nail is lower, and the false nail is easy to separate in use.
Another published patent document, "an artificial nail capable of being quickly attached and keeping lasting" (patent No. 201721175284.3), proposes another improvement scheme, in which the complete attachment to the nail is achieved by providing an air vent on the adhesive layer on the back of the artificial nail, but this scheme does not fundamentally solve the problem of lower adhesion of the artificial nail.
The solutions described in the above two published patent documents do not fundamentally solve the problem of adhesiveness, the adhesiveness of the self-adhesive is generally smaller than that of glue, the holding time is limited, and the adhesiveness is reduced after the artificial nail is repeatedly used for many times.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly solves the technical problems of improving the cohesiveness of the artificial nails and realizing the repeated utilization of the artificial nails, thereby optimizing the nail-beautifying treatment process, improving the nail-beautifying treatment efficiency and reducing the nail-beautifying cost.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the artificial nail back film, which is made by cutting a precoated film with the thickness ranging from 0.016mm to 0.1mm according to a certain specification, wherein the non-glued surface is a non-sticky surface.

Further, the back film is specifically a BOPP precoated film with the thickness of 0.03 mm.
Further, the non-adhesive side of the back film has a structure that facilitates peeling.
Furthermore, the structure convenient for stripping and the back film are integrally formed, and the materials are the same.
Further, the structure convenient for stripping is that the non-adhesive surface of the back film is 5mm to 10mm away from the rear end of the back film and the central axis of the length direction of the back film is used as the front end of the symmetry axis.
Further preferably, the front end may be sized to be 5mm to 15mm long, 0.5-5mm wide and within 0.01mm thick.
Further, the structure convenient to peel is a front end vertical thickening area which is formed by overlapping the central axis of the back film in the length direction and is 5mm to 10mm away from the non-adhesive surface of the back film.
Further preferably, the front end vertical thickening area can be set to be 0.5 mm-5 mm in width, 5mm-15mm in length and 0.01mm in thickness.
Furthermore, the structure convenient to peel is that the middle position of the non-adhesive surface of the back film is provided with a strip-shaped thickening area penetrating through the central axis in the length direction of the back film, and the length of the strip-shaped thickening area is consistent with that of the back film.
Further preferably, the width of the strip-shaped thickening area is 0.5 mm-5 mm, and the thickness is in the range of 0.01 mm.
A method for applying the artificial nail back film nail-beautifying treatment comprises the following treatment processes of cleaning the nail surface by polishing and removing dead skin; the method comprises the treatment of attaching a protective film to the surface of the nail to isolate and protect the surface of the nail, the protection treatment of attaching the artificial nail back film to the back of the artificial nail to protect the artificial nail, and the bonding treatment of bonding and fixing the artificial nail on the protective film by glue.
Further, the method for applying the artificial nail back film nail treatment may further include a cleaning treatment after the bonding treatment;
further, the nail surface isolation protection treatment specifically comprises: comparing the nail protection film with the nail size, selecting a nail protection film with proper width, tearing off the nail protection film from the front end, and aligning the rear end with the radian of the bottom of the nail; pressing the nail protection film on the nail, and then horizontally pushing the nail protection film to be stuck on the nail; trimming the length and shape of the nail protection film to enable the edge of the nail protection film to be flush with the edge of the nail, and forming a treatment layer consisting of the nail and the nail protection film;
further, the artificial nail back protection treatment specifically comprises: selecting an artificial nail with proper size and preference, comparing the sizes of the artificial nails, and selecting a back film with proper width; the adhesive surface of the back film is adhered to the back of the artificial nail, the back film can completely cover the back of the artificial nail so as to completely protect the artificial nail, then the back film is adhered smoothly and firmly, and then the part exceeding the range of the artificial nail after the back film is adhered is trimmed or polished.
Further, the bonding treatment specifically includes: dripping the glue on the surface layer of the treatment layer, and lightly and uniformly coating the glue; placing the artificial nail patch with the bottom edge of the artificial nail patch aligned with the bottom edge of the nail protection film; the artificial nail patch is adhered to the treatment layer and can keep an adhesion state for a long time, at this time, the adhesion force between the back adhesive film and the glue solidification layer is larger than the adhesion force between the back adhesive film and the artificial nail body, and the adhesion force between the glue solidification layer and the protection film is larger than the adhesion force between the protection film and the nail, so that the back adhesive film is adhered to the back adhesive film rear end of the treatment layer, the glue solidification layer and the protection film form an inseparable adhesive layer, and the adhesive film and the artificial nail 1 and the adhesive film 4 and the protection film 5 are adhered tightly to form a high vacuum state under certain adhesive conditions, and the adhesive layer and the artificial nail are not easy to fall off unless the needle-shaped object and the like are adopted to break the vacuum degree of the back adhesive film or the protection film, and then the back adhesive film or the protection film can be easily torn off.
Further, before the bonding treatment, a layer of thin cotton is placed on the surface of the nail protection film, and glue is soaked on the thin cotton, so that the rapid flowing of the glue on the nail protection film and dripping of the glue can be prevented; the thin cotton can generate more friction force, so that the firmness is enhanced; in addition, the thin cotton part can fill the gap between the false nail and the nail caused by different radians, so that the adhesion is firmer and the joint is realized; in the process of taking down, the nail care product also plays a role of buffering, and avoids damage to the nail by the nail care product.
Further preferably, the cotton is rectangular block shaped artificial fiber or cotton block.
Further preferably, the thin cotton is rounded rectangular, and the size is slightly smaller than the nail face.
The beneficial effects are that:
1. the bonding is carried out by adopting the glue, the bonding time is long, and the protection of the nail protection film can isolate the glue from the nail, so that the damage of the glue to the nail is prevented;
2. the back film structure is added, so that the glue and the artificial nails can be isolated, the artificial nails can be reused for a plurality of times, and the nail beautifying cost is saved;
3. the thin cotton structure is added, so that more friction force can be generated, and the firmness is enhanced; in addition, the thin cotton part can fill the gap between the false nail and the nail caused by different radians, so that the adhesion is firmer and the joint is realized; in the process of taking down, the nail care product also plays a role of buffering, and avoids damage to the nail by the nail care product.
4. The back film, the glue and the nail protection film form an inseparable bonding layer after the nail treatment, so that when the nail is removed, the back film is driven to the back end only by stripping the front end of the back film, thereby stripping the bonding layer integrally at one time, the stripping treatment process is simple and convenient, and the time for removing and replacing the later stage of the nail treatment is greatly saved.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 10, an artificial nail back film and a method of performing nail treatment using the same according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail.
In the following embodiments, the artificial nail 1 may be a artificial nail with a pattern and a design, which are commonly used in the market, and may be other artificial nail structures with a protective function.
[ example 1 ]
An artificial nail back film 2 is made by cutting a precoating film with the thickness ranging from 0.016mm to 0.1mm according to a certain specification, wherein the precoating film can be a waterproof PE precoating film, a waterproof PU precoating film, a BOPP precoating film or other precoating films with the thickness ranging from 0.016mm to 0.1 mm;
the precoating film herein preferably has a thickness in the range of 0.016mm to 0.06mm, for example, a BOPP precoating film having a thickness of 0.03mm which is commercially available.
The specification of the back film 2 can be uniform and larger, slightly larger than that of the conventional artificial nails, and can also be matched for production according to the artificial nails with different specifications and sizes, namely, when the back film 2 is attached to the back of the artificial nail 1, the back of the artificial nail 1 can be completely covered, the width is unequal from 5mm to 30mm, the length is unequal from 5mm to 30mm, and the artificial nails 1 with different sizes are compared and selected for use;
the back film 2 is divided into an A surface and a B surface, the B surface is an adhesive surface and is adhered to one surface of the false sheet, the A surface is a peeling surface and a glue bonding surface, in order to facilitate peeling of the back film 2 from the artificial nail 1, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a film thickening area is arranged on the A surface of the back film to form a structure 23 facilitating peeling, the film thickening area can be a front end transverse thickening area 231 which is 5mm to 10mm away from the rear end of the back film and takes the central axis of the length direction of the back film as a symmetrical axis, and can be a front end vertical thickening area 232 which is 5mm to 10mm away from the rear end of the back film and overlaps with the central axis of the length direction of the back film, so as to form a structure 23 facilitating peeling, and the two thickening areas are arranged in the middle of the front end 22 of the A surface of the back film, so designed has the advantage that the back film can be prevented from being completely worn during trimming;
as shown in fig. 1, the front end lateral thickening 231 has the following dimensions: the length is 5mm to 15mm, the width is 0.5 to 5mm, and the thickness is more proper within 0.01 mm; as shown in FIG. 2, the front end vertical thickening area 232 may be set to have a width of 0.5 mm-5 mm, a length of 5mm-15mm, and a thickness within a range of 0.01mm, without affecting the aesthetic appearance.
In order to reduce the industrial production cost, during the thickening processing, the front end transverse and vertical thickening areas which do not extend to the edge of the back film on the back film can be formed only by secondary processing during the processing production of the back film 2, so the scheme also designs another structure 23 convenient to strip, namely, a strip thickening area 233 which penetrates along the central axis of the length direction of the back film as shown in fig. 3 is arranged at the middle position of the back film of the surface A, the length of the penetrating strip thickening area 233 is consistent with the length of the back film 2, the width is 0.5 mm-5 mm, the thickness is within the range of 0.01mm, the bonding process of the subsequent artificial nail 1 is not influenced, the appearance is not influenced, the structural design not only can reduce the production cost of the back film 2, but also is suitable for the back film with the specification of the unified specification, namely, the width of 30mm with the maximum value, the length of the back film is 30mm, and the edge of the back film is trimmed anyway, so the structure 23 convenient to strip is formed.
The three structural designs which are convenient for stripping can facilitate the stripping of the back film 2 from the artificial nail 1, and the back film are integrally formed, and the materials are consistent.
Of course, the structure 23 for facilitating peeling is not limited to the above structure, and may be other structures for facilitating peeling of the back film 2 from the artificial nail, for example, a notch, a bump or an irregular shape is provided at the front end 22 of the back film, or the front end of the back film is reduced in size to form the structure 23 for facilitating peeling.
[ example 2 ]
Based on the artificial nail back film of example 1, a specific method for performing nail treatment using the same comprises the following treatment processes:
(1) Nail surface cleaning treatment;
(2) A nail surface isolation protection treatment;
(3) A back protection treatment for the artificial nail;
(4) Bonding treatment;
(5) Cleaning after bonding;
(6) An artificial nail removing treatment;
in the above-mentioned treatment process, the treatment process (2) and the treatment process (3) may be performed simultaneously or in the order of change, and the treatment process (5) is an unnecessary treatment step.
The specific operation of the treatment process (1), namely nail surface cleaning treatment, can be as follows:
(1.1) simply repairing the nail 4 shape, this operation being an unnecessary step;
(1.2) cleaning dust on the surface of the nail 4, treating dead skin with tools such as dead skin and the like, keeping fingers clean, smoothing the surface of the nail 4 by using a sponge grinder and the like, and if the dead skin on the surface of the nail 4 is too much, soaking the nail in warm water for softening or cleaning after softening with a dead skin softener, so that the gap between the nail protection film and the surface of the nail can be reduced, and the attachment of the nail protection film is more convenient and compact.
(1.3) the surface of the nail 4 is subjected to wiping sterilization, which is an unnecessary step.
The specific operation of the treatment process (2), namely the nail surface isolation protection treatment, can be as follows:
(2.1) taking the nail protection film 5 out of the package, comparing the nail protection film with the size of one nail 4 one by one, and selecting the nail protection film 5 with proper width;
(2.2) after selecting a nail protection film 5 with a proper width, tearing off the front end, wherein the front end is the end with a larger radian, and aligning the rear end of the nail protection film with the edge of the bottom of the nail 4 by forming an angle of about 45 degrees between the nail protection film and the nail;
(2.3) pressing the nail protection film 5 on the nail 4, and then pushing the nail protection film 5 horizontally and sticking it on the nail 4, wherein the nail protection film 5 must not be stuck on the skin around the nail 4 in the operation process, and the dead skin on the surface layer of the nail 4 must be cleaned in the operation process (1), and the nail protection film 5 on the skin and dead skin is pulled off due to tension of the skin, thereby affecting the adhesive strength; the water is introduced into the edge of the nail protection film 5 to enable the whole nail protection film 5 to fall off after the nail protection film 5 is tilted;
if the protective film is improperly selected or the radian of the bottom of the nail 4 is not exactly the same as the radian of the rear end of the nail protective film 5 in the operation of the treatment 2.1, the nail protective film 5 can leave a blank of less than 2mm on both sides of the bottom of the nail 4 under the condition that the rear end is aligned with the bottom of the nail 4, and if the shapes of the two parts are far different, the protective film can be properly trimmed before pasting;
(2.4) after attaching the nail protection film 5 to the surface of the nail 4, firstly, roughly trimming the excessive part of the nail protection film 5 beyond the surface of the nail 4 by scissors, or omitting the scissors trimming step, directly trimming the length and shape of the nail protection film 5 by using a tool with friction function such as a grinding bar, etc., so that the edge of the nail protection film 5 is flush with the edge of the nail 1, and no burrs are generated, thereby forming a treatment layer 6 consisting of the nail 4 and the nail protection film 5;
the specific friction and contusion tool can select the sanding strips with sand granularity 180, because the sand granularity 180 can abrade the protective film 5 and can not abrade the nail 4 when sanding;
(2.5) after the protective films at the front end edges of the nails 4 are polished off, checking for one time to see whether the protective films are polished off or not, avoiding tearing the non-redundant parts of the protective films, and finally gently tearing off the redundant protective films.
The specific operation of the treatment process (3), namely the back protection treatment of the artificial nail, can be as follows:
(3.1) selecting an artificial nail 1 with proper size and preference, then taking out the back adhesive film 2 from the package, comparing the back adhesive film with a required artificial nail 1 size, selecting the back adhesive film 2 with proper width, and when comparing the sizes, making the back adhesive film 2 also present the concave radian of the back of the artificial nail 1 or be attached to the back of the artificial nail 1 because the back of the artificial nail 1 is concave, and then comparing;
(3.2) after selecting the back film 2 of the proper width, tearing it off from the front end and then aligning the rear end of the back film with the bottom of the artificial nail 1;
(3.3) sticking the adhesive surface (namely the B surface) of the back sticking film on the back of the artificial nail 1, wherein the size of the back sticking film 2 is slightly larger than that of the artificial nail 1, the back sticking film 2 can completely cover the back of the artificial nail 1 so as to completely protect the artificial nail 1, then the back sticking film is flat and firmly pressed, the cotton swab head can be used for auxiliary pressing and flattening during operation, and then the part, beyond the range of the artificial nail 1, of the back sticking film 2 is trimmed or polished;
(3.4) because the redundant part of the back paste is concave in shape and inconvenient to polish, the edge of the artificial nail 1 is lightly pressed to make the back paste fit with the edge of the artificial nail 1, and then polishing is carried out; a tool with a friction function such as a file is adopted, for example, a sanding strip with sand grain of 180 is used for trimming the length and the shape of the back film 2 to form an artificial nail patch 3 consisting of the artificial nail 1 and the back film 2;
(3.5) after the back film on the edge of the artificial nail 1 is abraded, checking whether the abradant on the edge of the back film is removed, and gently tearing off the redundant part.
The specific operation of the treatment process (4), namely the bonding treatment, can be as follows:
(4.1) dripping the glue 7 on the surface layer of the treatment layer 6, but not allowing the glue 7 to overflow or overflow;
(4.2) lightly and uniformly coating the glue 7 by using the tip of a glue bottle or a small wood stick for nail beautification, wherein the use amount of the glue 7 is similar to or slightly less than that of a thin primer of nail polish;
(4.3) after the glue 7 is uniformly smeared on the surface layer of the treatment layer 6, placing the artificial nail patch 3, aligning the bottom edge of the artificial nail patch 3 with the bottom edge of the nail protection film 5, if the protection film and the nail 4 have blank positions, firstly adhering the bottom of the artificial nail patch to the rear end of the nail protection film 5, and then lightly pressing down to prevent the glue 7 from overflowing the nail protection film 5; if the protective film and the nail 4 have no blank, the whole false sheet can be directly bonded at 180 degrees; then pressing for 5-10 seconds;
(4.4) after the glue 7 is solidified to form a glue solidification layer 70, the fingertip of the fake sheet can be gently pulled down, and the firmness degree of the glue is checked; if the false sheet is not loosened or even falls off, the nail-beautifying bonding treatment is completed, the artificial nail patch 3 is bonded on the treatment layer 6, and the bonding state can be maintained for a long time, at this time, the bonding force between the back adhesive film 2 and the glue solidified layer 70 is larger than the bonding force between the back adhesive film 2 and the artificial nail 1, the bonding force between the glue solidified layer 70 and the protection film 5 is larger than the bonding force between the protection film 5 and the nail 4, and therefore the back adhesive film 2 is bonded on the back adhesive film rear end 21 of the treatment layer 6, and the glue solidified layer 70 and the protection film 5 form an indivisible bonding layer 8. And because the degree of laminating between the back pad pasting 2 and the artificial nail 1, and the degree of laminating between nail 4 and protection film 5 are in itself under certain viscidity condition, add and laminate closely between back pad pasting and the protection film itself membrane material and the basement and form the high vacuum state, can guarantee that tie coat and artificial nail are difficult for droing, can easily tear back pad pasting or protection film after breaking its vacuum degree after unless adopting needle-like thing etc. to pick up back pad pasting or protection film.
The specific operation of the treatment process (5), namely the cleaning treatment after bonding, can be as follows:
(5.1) the surface of the nail 4 is sterilized by wiping with a sterilizing cotton sheet.
The specific operation of the treatment process (6), i.e., the artificial nail removing treatment, may be:
(6.1) in the case that the artificial nail 1 needs to be replaced or removed and after a period of time, as shown in fig. 8, since the natural growth of the nail 4 extends outwards, the part of the back film 2 extending out of the nail 4, that is, the front end 22 of the back film or the peeling-facilitating structure 23 of the front end 22 of the back film, may be lifted up on the back of the artificial nail 1 by using a spike such as forceps, a needle-shaped tool, etc., and the specific peeling-facilitating structure 23 in fig. 8 is a strip-shaped thickened area 233 penetrated by the front surface of the back film a, so that the whole back film 2 is peeled off the artificial nail 1, the artificial nail 1 is removed, and then the adhesive layer 8 may be peeled off from the nail 4 by obliquely upwards sandwiching the front end 22 of the back film along the direction of the growth of the nail 4;
(6.2) the detached artificial nail 1 may be reused and the back adhesive film 2 may be re-adhered to form a new artificial nail patch 3.
[ example 3 ]
Example 3 differs from example 2 only in that an operation is added in step (4), namely, a piece of thin cotton 9 of a proper size is fixed or directly placed on the nail protection film 5, the thin cotton is made of rectangular block-shaped artificial fiber material or cotton thin block, glue 7 is dripped on the thin cotton 9 of the protection film, the amount of glue 7 is just soaked at the thin cotton 9, but the glue 7 is not overflowed or overflowed, the tip of a glue bottle is used, the glue is gently brought to the non-cotton-paved protection film, at the moment, the amount of glue is similar to or slightly less than that of a thin nail polish primer, after the thin cotton 9 is soaked by the glue 7, the artificial nail patch 3 is adhered on the treatment layer 6, the mixed solidification layer 71 is formed by the glue solidification layer 70 formed by drying the glue 7 after the glue 7 is dried, and at the moment, the back adhesive film 2 is adhered on the back adhesive film rear end 21 of the treatment layer 6, the mixed solidification layer 71 and the nail protection film 5 form an indivisible bonding layer 8.
The shape of the cotton wool 9 may be rectangular, circular, or rounded rectangular, and the specific shape is not limited to the shape shown in the drawings.
The object of the treatment method according to the embodiments of the present invention may be a human nail or toe, or other similar structured surface.
The steps described in example 2 and example 3 can be adjusted in the order of the operations before and after the steps are carried out without affecting the final effect, and the steps after the adjustment are all within the scope of the disclosure of the present invention without affecting the final effect.
