Description

Artificial nail back sticking film and nail beautifying treatment method applying same
Technical Field
The invention relates to an artificial nail, in particular to an artificial nail back sticking film and a nail beautifying treatment method applying the artificial nail back sticking film.
Background
The artificial nail is commonly called as a 'false sheet', is a common nail-beautifying material in the current nail-beautifying market, can be produced in batches in a factory, the surface of the artificial nail can be processed to form various abundant patterns and decorative patterns, and the nail-beautifying process can be finished only by mounting the finished artificial nail product on the nail in the nail-beautifying process, compared with other solid nail-beautifying products, such as nail-beautifying sticking films, the artificial nail has low requirements on the shape of a treated object, has thick texture, is not easy to scrape and has long pattern retention time; compared with a non-solid nail beautifying method, namely, a pattern and a shape are manufactured on site by using materials such as non-solid gel, nail polish, nail glue, crystal powder and the like, the nail beautifying treatment process can be greatly shortened.
However, in the traditional mode of directly installing the artificial nail on the human nail by adopting glue, the glue is not easy to directly peel off due to strong adhesive force, and needs to be removed by means of a debonding agent and the like, so that the steps are complicated, the pain feeling is strong, and the removal process can cause secondary damage to the human nail.
Therefore, various methods for beautifying nails by sticking false pieces with double-sided stickers or jelly glue (some are also called crystal double-sided stickers) appear in the market at present, specifically, the artificial nails are stuck on the nails by the double-sided stickable jelly glue or double-sided stickers, when the artificial nails are removed, the artificial nails can be conveniently peeled off from the nails, the false pieces can be repeatedly used, but the sticking modes are all not firm, the false pieces are easy to separate due to insufficient sticking during the use process, the maintaining time is generally 1 hour to 5 days, and the jelly glue and the stickers both have certain thicknesses, which affect the attractiveness and the sticking degree of the false pieces.
The prior market also has a false piece with a non-dry adhesive layer on the back surface, the false piece can be directly adhered on the nail, and although the false piece is easy to peel off when being removed, the false piece is easy to separate in the using process and the maintenance time is short.
Therefore, in the published patent document "an artificial nail capable of being attached quickly and not easy to fall" (patent No. 201822017456.5), an improvement is proposed to increase the stability of the artificial nail when in use by adding a tongue piece on the back of the artificial nail to change the fulcrum of force, but this solution does not fundamentally solve the problem of low adhesion of the artificial nail and the problem of easy detachment of the artificial nail when in use.
Another patent publication "false nail capable of quick attachment and maintaining durability" (patent No. 201721175284.3) proposes another improvement in which a perfect attachment to the nail is achieved by providing an air vent groove in a glue layer on the back surface of the false nail, but this proposal does not fundamentally solve the problem of low adhesion of the false nail.
The solutions described in the above two patent publications do not fundamentally solve the problem of tack, the tack adhesive generally has a tack smaller than that of glue, the holding time is limited, and the tack of the artificial nail is reduced after repeated use.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem mainly solved by the invention is that the adhesiveness of the artificial nail is improved, and the artificial nail can be recycled, so that the nail beautifying treatment process is optimized, the nail beautifying treatment efficiency is improved, and the nail beautifying cost is reduced.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides an artificial nail back film which is made by cutting a precoating film with the thickness ranging from 0.016mm to 0.1mm according to a certain specification and size, wherein the non-gluing surface is a non-sticky surface.
Furthermore, the width of the back sticking film is from 5mm to 30mm, the length is from 5mm to 30mm, and the thickness is from 0.016mm to 0.06 mm.
Further, the back pasting film is specifically made of a BOPP pre-coating film with the thickness of 0.03 mm.
Further, the non-adhesive side of the back film has a structure to facilitate peeling.
Furthermore, the structure convenient for peeling off and the back film are integrally formed and made of the same material.
Furthermore, the structure convenient for peeling off is the front end of the back sticking film, which is 5mm to 10mm away from the non-adhesive surface of the back sticking film from the rear end of the back sticking film and takes the central axis of the back sticking film in the length direction as a symmetry axis.
Further preferably, the front end dimension may be set to be 5mm to 15mm long, 0.5 to 5mm wide, and 0.01mm thick.
Furthermore, the structure convenient to peel off is a front end vertical thickened area which is arranged at the position 5mm to 10mm away from the non-adhesive surface of the back sticking film from the rear end of the back sticking film and is overlapped with the central axis of the back sticking film in the length direction.
Further preferably, the size of the front end vertical thickened area can be set to be 0.5 mm-5 mm in width, 5mm-15mm in length and 0.01mm in thickness.
Furthermore, the structure convenient to peel off sets up the strip thickened area that runs through along back pad pasting length direction axis for the non-adhesive face intermediate position of back pad pasting, and strip thickened area length is unanimous with back pad pasting length.
Further preferably, the width of the strip-shaped thickened area is 0.5 mm-5 mm, and the thickness is within the range of 0.01 mm.
A method for beautifying nail by applying the artificial nail back film comprises cleaning nail surface by polishing dead skin; a process of performing an isolation protection of the nail surface by attaching a protection film to the nail surface, a protection process of performing an artificial nail by attaching the artificial nail back patch to the back surface of the artificial nail, and an adhesion process of adhering and fixing the artificial nail to the protection film by glue.
Further, the method for applying the artificial nail back film for nail beauty treatment may further include a cleaning treatment after the sticking treatment;
further, the nail surface isolation protection treatment specifically comprises: comparing the size of the nail protective film with the size of a nail, selecting the nail protective film with proper width, tearing the nail protective film from the front end, and aligning the rear end with the radian of the bottom of the nail; pressing the nail protecting film on the nail, and then horizontally pushing the nail protecting film left and right to enable the nail protecting film to be tightly adhered to the nail; trimming the length and the shape of the nail protection film to enable the edge of the nail protection film to be flush with the edge of a nail, so as to form a treatment layer consisting of the nail and the nail protection film;
further, the artificial nail back protection treatment specifically comprises: selecting an artificial nail with a proper size and a favorite size, comparing the sizes of the artificial nails, and selecting a back adhesive film with a proper width; the adhesive surface of the back adhesive film is attached to the back surface of the artificial nail, the back adhesive film can completely cover the back surface of the artificial nail so as to completely protect the artificial nail, then the back adhesive film is attached flatly and firmly, and then the part of the back adhesive film, which exceeds the range of the artificial nail, is trimmed or polished.
Further, the bonding treatment specifically comprises: dripping the glue water on the surface layer of the treatment layer, and slightly and uniformly smearing the glue water; placing the artificial nail patch with a bottom edge of the artificial nail patch aligned with a bottom edge of the nail protective film; the artificial nail patch is adhered on the processing layer and can keep an adhesion state for a long time, at the moment, the adhesion force between the back adhesive film and the glue solidification layer is larger than that between the back adhesive film and the artificial nail body, the adhesion force between the glue solidification layer and the protective film is larger than that between the protective film and the nail, therefore, the back adhesive film is adhered to the back end of the back adhesive film of the processing layer, the glue solidification layer and the protective film form an inseparable adhesive layer, and because of the adhesion degree between the back adhesive film 2 and the artificial nail 1, and the degree of adhesion between the nail 4 and the protective film 5 is under certain viscosity condition of the nail itself, and the back adhesive film, the film material of the protective film and the substrate are tightly adhered to form a high vacuum state, so that the adhesive layer and the artificial nail are not easy to fall off, and the back adhesive film or the protective film can be easily torn off unless the vacuum degree of the back adhesive film or the protective film is destroyed after the back adhesive film or the protective film is opened by adopting a needle and the like.
Further, before the adhesion treatment, a layer of thin cotton is placed on the surface of the nail protection film, and glue is soaked on the thin cotton, so that the glue can be prevented from rapidly flowing on the nail protection film and dripping; the thin cotton can generate more friction force and enhance the firmness; in addition, the thin cotton part can fill up gaps between the false nail and the nail caused by different radians, so that the bonding is firmer and more attached; in the taking-off process, the nail polish also plays a role in buffering, and the damage of the nail product to the nail itself is avoided.
Further preferably, the thin cotton is a rectangular block-shaped rayon or cotton thin block.
Further preferably, the thin cotton is in a round-corner rectangle shape, and the size of the thin cotton is slightly smaller than the nail surface.
Has the advantages that:
1. the glue is adopted for adhering, the adhering time is long, and the glue and the fingernails can be isolated due to the protection of the fingernail protection film, so that the damage of the glue to the fingernails is prevented;
2. the back sticking film structure is added, so that the glue can be separated from the artificial nail, the artificial nail can be repeatedly utilized, and the nail beautifying cost is saved;
3. the thin cotton structure is added, so that more friction force can be generated, and the firmness is enhanced; in addition, the thin cotton part can fill up gaps between the false nail and the nail caused by different radians, so that the bonding is firmer and more attached; in the taking-off process, the nail polish also plays a role in buffering, and the damage of the nail product to the nail itself is avoided.
4. The back end of the back sticking film, the glue and the nail protection film form an inseparable sticky layer after the nail treatment, so that when the nail is removed, the front end of the back sticking film is only needed to be stripped to drive the back end of the back sticking film, so that the sticky layer is integrally stripped at one time, the stripping treatment process is simple and convenient, and the removing and replacing time at the later stage of the nail treatment is greatly saved.

Detailed Description
An artificial nail back patch according to an embodiment of the present invention and a method for nail art treatment using the same will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 10.
In the following embodiments, the artificial nail 1 may be a conventional artificial nail with a decorative pattern or design on the market, or may be other artificial nail structures having a protective function.
[ example 1 ]
An artificial nail back film 2 is made by cutting a precoating film with the thickness range of 0.016mm-0.1mm according to a certain specification size, wherein the precoating film can be a PE precoating film, a PU precoating film, a BOPP precoating film with water resistance, or other precoating films with the thickness range of 0.016mm-0.1 mm;
the pre-coated film herein has a thickness in the range of 0.016mm to 0.06mm, and for example, a commercially available BOPP pre-coated film having a thickness of 0.03mm is used.
The specification of the back adhesive film 2 can adopt a uniform larger specification which is slightly larger than that of the conventional artificial nail, and can also be produced in a matching way according to the artificial nails with different specifications and sizes, namely when the back adhesive film 2 is attached to the back of the artificial nail 1, the back adhesive film can completely cover the back of the artificial nail 1, the width is different from 5mm to 30mm, the length is different from 5mm to 30mm, and the back adhesive film is selected and used according to the comparison of the artificial nails 1 with different sizes;
the back film 2 is divided into a surface A and a surface B, the surface B is a sticky surface and is stuck on one surface of the false sheet, the surface A is a stripping surface and a glue adhesion surface, in order to facilitate the back film 2 to be stripped from the artificial nail 1, as shown in figure 1 and figure 2, a film thickened area is arranged on the surface A of the back film to form a structure 23 convenient to be stripped, the film thickened area can be a front end transverse thickened area 231 which is 5mm to 10mm away from the rear end of the back film and takes the central axis of the length direction of the back film as a symmetrical axis, or a front end vertical thickened area 232 which is 5mm to 10mm away from the rear end of the back film and is overlapped with the central axis of the length direction of the back film to form the structure 23 convenient to be stripped, and the two thickened areas are both arranged in the middle of the front end 22 of the surface A of the back film, so that the thickened areas can be prevented from being completely worn when the back film is trimmed;
as shown in fig. 1, the front lateral thickening region 231 has the following specific dimensions: the length is 5mm to 15mm, the width is 0.5mm to 5mm, and the thickness is preferably within 0.01 mm; as shown in FIG. 2, the front vertical thickened area 232 can be set to have a width of 0.5mm to 5mm, a length of 5mm to 15mm and a thickness of 0.01mm, so that the appearance is not affected.
In order to reduce the factory production cost, when the film is thickened, the front end transverse and vertical thickened areas on the back pasting film which do not extend to the edge of the back pasting film need to be formed by secondary processing when the back pasting film 2 is processed, therefore, the scheme also designs another structure 23 convenient for stripping, namely, a strip-shaped thickened area 233 which penetrates through the middle position of the A-surface back pasting film along the central axis of the length direction of the back pasting film as shown in figure 3 is arranged, the length of the penetrating strip-shaped thickened area 233 is consistent with the length of the back pasting film 2, the width is 0.5 mm-5 mm, the thickness is in the range of 0.01mm, the subsequent sticking process of the artificial nail 1 is not influenced, the appearance is not influenced, the structural design not only can reduce the production cost of the back pasting film 2, but also is suitable for the back pasting films with uniform specification, namely, the specification is 30mm wide, 30mm long, the back pasting film edge is trimmed no matter how, there will be some thickening to form the structure 23 to facilitate lift-off.
The three easy-to-peel structural designs can facilitate the peeling of the back adhesive film 2 from the artificial nail 1, and the back adhesive film are integrally formed and are consistent in material.
Of course, the structure 23 for facilitating peeling is not limited to the above structure, and other structures for facilitating peeling of the back film 2 from the artificial nail may be used, such as providing a notch, a bump or an irregular shape on the front end 22 of the back film, or reducing the size of the front end of the back film to form the structure 23 for facilitating peeling.
[ example 2 ]
Based on the artificial nail back film described in example 1, a specific method for applying the artificial nail back film to nail art treatment comprises the following treatment processes:
(1) cleaning the nail surface;
(2) carrying out nail surface isolation protection treatment;
(3) protecting the back of the artificial nail;
(4) bonding treatment;
(5) cleaning treatment after bonding;
(6) artificial nail removing treatment;
in the above-mentioned treatment process, the treatment process (2) and the treatment process (3) may be performed simultaneously or in a reversed order, and the treatment process (5) is an unnecessary and omissible treatment step.
The treatment process (1), i.e. the nail surface cleaning treatment, may be specifically carried out by:
(1.1) simply fixing the shape of the nail 4, which is an unnecessary step;
(1.2) clean the dust on 4 surfaces of nail, use the dead skin to hinder etc. instrument processing dead skin and keep the finger clean, use sponge grinding apparatus etc. to make 4 surfaces of nail mould repairing smooth, if 4 surfaces of nail dead skin is too much, can soak the bubble soft with the warm water earlier, or clear up after softening with the dead skin softener, this step can reduce nail protection film and nail surface's space, make the attaching of nail protection film more convenient and inseparable.
(1.3) wiping and disinfecting the surface of the fingernail 4, which is not an essential step.
The specific operation of the treatment process (2), namely the nail surface isolation protection treatment, can be as follows:
(2.1) taking the nail protecting film 5 out of the package, comparing the nail protecting film with the size of a nail 4 one by one, and selecting the nail protecting film 5 with proper width;
(2.2) after selecting a nail protection film 5 with a proper width, tearing the nail protection film from the front end, wherein the front end is the end with a larger radian, and aligning the rear end of the nail protection film with the edge of the bottom of the nail 4 at an angle of about 45 degrees between the nail protection film and the nail;
(2.3) pressing the nail protection film 5 on the nail 4, then horizontally pushing the nail protection film 5 left and right to enable the nail protection film 5 to be adhered to the nail 4 tightly, wherein the nail protection film 5 cannot be adhered to the skin around the nail 4 in the operation process, the dead skin on the surface layer of the nail 4 needs to be cleaned up in the operation treatment process (1), and the nail protection film 5 on the skin and the dead skin can be pulled off due to the tension of the skin, so that the adhesion strength can be influenced; the edge of the nail protection film 5 is soaked with water, so that the nail protection film 5 is lifted and falls off integrally;
if the size of the protective film is not properly selected or the radian of the bottom of the nail 4 is not identical to the radian of the rear end of the nail protective film 5 in the operation of the treatment 2.1, the nail protective film 5 can be aligned with the bottom of the nail 4 at the rear end, and blank spaces with the thickness of 2mm or less are left on two sides of the bottom of the nail 4, if the shapes of the two are different, the protective film can be properly trimmed before being pasted;
(2.4) after the nail protection film 5 is attached to the surface of the nail 4, roughly trimming the redundant part of the nail protection film 5, which exceeds the surface of the nail 4, by using scissors, or omitting the step of trimming by using the scissors, and directly trimming the length and the shape of the nail protection film 5 by using tools with friction and contusion functions, such as a grinding strip and the like, so that the edge of the nail protection film 5 is flush with the edge of the nail 1 and has no burr, and a treatment layer 6 consisting of the nail 4 and the nail protection film 5 is formed;
the specific rubbing tool can select a polishing strip with the sand granularity of 180 degrees, because the protective film 5 can be polished off by the sand granularity of 180 degrees and the fingernail 4 can not be polished at the same time when polishing is carried out;
(2.5) polishing off the protective film on the edge of the front end of the fingernail 4, checking once to see whether the protective film is polished off or not, avoiding tearing the non-redundant part of the protective film, and finally slightly tearing off the redundant protective film.
The specific operation of the treatment process (3), namely the artificial nail back protection treatment, may be:
(3.1) selecting an artificial nail 1 with a proper size and a favorite shape, taking out the back adhesive film 2 from the package, comparing the size with the size of a required artificial nail 1, selecting the back adhesive film 2 with a proper width, and making the back adhesive film 2 show the concave radian of the back of the artificial nail 1 or be attached to the back of the artificial nail 1 when the size is compared, and then comparing;
(3.2) after selecting the back adhesive film 2 with proper width, tearing it from the front end, and aligning the rear end of the back adhesive film with the bottom of the artificial nail 1;
(3.3) sticking the adhesive surface (namely the surface B) of the back sticking film on the back surface of the artificial nail 1, wherein the size of the back sticking film 2 is slightly larger than that of the artificial nail 1, the back sticking film 2 can completely cover the back surface of the artificial nail 1 so as to completely protect the artificial nail 1, then the back sticking film is flat and firm in pressing, a cotton swab head can be used for auxiliary pressing and flattening in operation, and then the part of the back sticking film 2 which exceeds the range of the artificial nail 1 is trimmed or polished;
(3.4) because the redundant part of the back sticker is concave and is inconvenient to polish, firstly lightly pressing the edge of the artificial nail 1 to enable the back sticker to be attached to the edge of the artificial nail 1, and then polishing; using a tool having a filing function such as a file, for example, a sanding bar having a sand particle size of 180 degrees to trim the length and shape of the back film 2 to form an artificial nail patch 3 composed of the artificial nail 1 and the back film 2;
(3.5) after the back adhesive film at the edge of the artificial nail 1 is ground off, checking whether the abraded objects at the edge of the back adhesive film are removed completely, and slightly tearing off the redundant parts.
The specific operation of the treatment process (4), namely the bonding treatment, can be as follows:
(4.1) dripping glue 7 on the surface layer of the treatment layer 6 without overflowing or overflowing the glue 7;
(4.2) lightly and uniformly coating the glue 7 by using the tip of a glue bottle or a small nail-beautifying wooden stick, wherein the using amount of the glue 7 is similar to or slightly less than the state of coating a thin layer of nail polish glue primer;
(4.3) uniformly coating glue 7 on the surface layer of the treatment layer 6, placing the artificial nail patch 3, aligning the bottom edge of the artificial nail patch 3 with the bottom edge of the nail protection film 5, if the protection film and the nail 4 have a blank, firstly adhering the bottom of the dummy sheet to the rear end of the nail protection film 5, and then slightly pressing down to prevent the glue 7 from overflowing the nail protection film 5; if the protective film and the nail 4 have no blank, the whole false piece can be directly bonded by 180 degrees; then pressing for 5-10 seconds;
(4.4) after the glue 7 is solidified to form a glue solidification layer 70, slightly pulling down the fingertips of the dummy pieces, and checking the firmness degree of the glue; if the dummy piece is not loosened or even falls off, the nail art adhesion treatment is finished, the artificial nail patch 3 is adhered on the treatment layer 6 and can keep an adhesion state for a long time, at the moment, the adhesion force between the back sticking film 2 and the glue solidification layer 70 is larger than the adhesion force between the back sticking film 2 and the artificial nail 1, and the adhesion force between the glue solidification layer 70 and the protection film 5 is larger than the adhesion force between the protection film 5 and the nail 4, so that the back sticking film 2 is adhered on the back sticking film rear end 21 of the treatment layer 6, and the glue solidification layer 70 and the protection film 5 form an inseparable adhesion layer 8. And because the degree of adhesion between the back adhesive film 2 and the artificial nail 1, and the degree of adhesion between the nail 4 and the protective film 5 are under certain viscosity conditions of the back adhesive film and the protective film, and the film materials of the back adhesive film and the protective film are tightly adhered to the substrate to form a high vacuum state, the adhesive layer and the artificial nail can be ensured not to fall off easily unless needles and the like are adopted to open the back adhesive film or the protective film and then the vacuum degree is destroyed, and the back adhesive film or the protective film can be easily torn off.
The specific operation of the treatment process (5), namely the cleaning treatment after bonding, can be as follows:
(5.1) disinfecting the surface of the nail 4 by wiping with a disinfection cotton piece.
The specific operation of the process (6), i.e., the artificial nail removal process, may be:
(6.1) in case that the artificial nail 1 needs to be replaced or detached and after a period of time, due to the natural growth of the nail 4 extending outwards, as shown in fig. 8, a sharp object such as tweezers or a needle-like tool can be used to lift up the easy-to-peel structure 23 of the part of the back adhesive film 2 extending out of the nail 4, namely the front end 22 of the back adhesive film or the front end 22 of the back adhesive film, on the back of the artificial nail 1, specifically, the structure 23 convenient to peel off in fig. 8 is a strip-shaped thickened area 233 through which the a surface of the back adhesive film a passes, so as to peel off the whole of the back adhesive film 2 from the artificial nail 1, detach the artificial nail 1, and then the adhesive layer 8 can be peeled off from the nail 4 by obliquely tearing the front end 22 of the back adhesive film through the tweezers in the direction opposite to the growth direction of the nail 4;
(6.2) the detached artificial nail 1 can be reused, and a new artificial nail patch 3 can be formed by re-adhering the back adhesive film 2.
[ example 3 ]
The difference between the embodiment 3 and the embodiment 2 is that only one operation is added in the step (4), namely, a piece of thin cotton 9 with proper size is fixed or directly placed on the nail protection film 5, the thin cotton is made of rectangular blocky artificial fiber materials or cotton thin blocks, glue 7 is dripped on the thin cotton 9 of the protection film, the amount of the glue 7 is just soaked at the position of the thin cotton 9 without overflowing or overflowing the glue 7, the tip of a glue bottle is used for lightly bringing the glue to the position of the protection film which is not paved with cotton, the glue amount at the moment is similar to or slightly less than the state of coating a thin nail polish glue base glue, after the thin cotton 9 is soaked by the glue 7, the artificial nail patch 3 is stuck on the sticking treatment layer 6, the artificial nail patch is pressed for a period of time, a solidified glue layer 70 formed after the glue 7 is dried forms a mixed solidified layer 71 with the thin cotton 9, and at the moment, the back sticking film 2 is stuck on the back sticking film rear end 21, the back sticking film of the treatment layer 6, The solidified layer 71 is mixed with the nail protective film 5 to form an inseparable adhesive layer 8.
The shape of the thin cotton 9 can be rectangular, circular or round-cornered rectangle, and the specific shape is not limited by the shape shown in the figure.
The object of the treatment method according to the embodiment of the present invention may be a human nail or toe, or other surface of similar structure.
