The second step is that: through the design of the water hole plate 204 and the air bag plate 205, under the condition of light rain at ordinary times, the interior of the general cooling box 201 can work normally in running water, in heavy rain, in order to avoid the influence of the device by rainwater, at the moment, after the interior of the cooling box 201 is filled with rainwater, the water leakage hole 207 can not drain water timely, so that rainwater in the cooling box 201 is accumulated, through the existence of 215, when the rainwater line in the cooling box 201 rises, the air bag plate 205 can also rise along with the water surface, when the internal rainwater line of the cooling box 201 reaches the top surface of the cooling box 201, the air bag plate 205 can meet the top surface of the cooling box 201, so that the water inlet hole 202 formed in the upper side of the cooling box 201 is closed, the purpose of preventing water from entering is achieved, through the motion relationship of the air bag plate 205 and rainwater, the problem of rainwater overfilling in the cooling box 201 can be solved in heavy rain, the environmental adaptability of the device is greatly improved.
The third step: through the design of unit box device 1 and cooling device 2, at first the temperature of cooling box 201 is in low temperature environment relatively, when generating set carries out work, must produce certain vibrations, at first at the in-process of generating set vibrations, because unit plate 103 is connected with movable post 212, and also be not fixed connection between movable post 212 and the cooling box 201, so under the condition that unit plate 103 is driven vibrations by the generating set, the noise that vibrations brought can effectually be alleviated in the connection of movable post 212, secondly also be connected through gasbag 104 between unit plate 103 and the box 101, make the connection of unit plate 103 become flexible connection, the produced noise of great reduction generating set vibrations.
The fourth step: through the design of the ventilation device 4 and the circulation device 5, firstly, the cold air enters from the first louver 415, then enters the second acoustic panel 408 through the guidance of the first flow guide plate 414, and finally enters the inside of the box body 101, meanwhile, the air inside the box body 101 finally flows out from the second louver 417 to the external environment through the second flow guide plate 416 through the first acoustic panel 407, through the design of the first flow guide plate 414 and the second flow guide plate 416, a convection of cold and hot air is formed at the position of the circulation device 5, the air flows oppositely flowing at the left and right sides of the circulation device 5 can make the circulation fan 503 rotate in one direction driven by the air flow, through the rotation of the circulation fan 503, the cold air outside can be further guided into the box body 101 through the inside of the circulation fan 503 and the circulation plate 418 through the driven fan 506, and simultaneously, the cold air entering of the first louver 415 and the hot air flowing out of the second louver 417 are matched, the device has the air flow guiding capacity, and the ventilation capacity of the device is greatly improved.
The fifth step: through the design of the pneumatic device 3, when the wind direction is not blown from the opposite side of the first louver 415, the first pneumatic baffle 306 and the second pneumatic baffle 307 can control the pneumatic box 305 to rotate on the basis of the wind blown from other directions, and finally the pneumatic box 305 can stop rotating after rotating to the position where the first louver 415 is opposite to the wind direction, and the pneumatic box 305 can not rotate without limit through the pulling and elastic effects of the corrugated pipe 413, but can control the rotation within a controllable range, so that the adaptive performance of the device is greatly improved.
