The invention can effectively improve the timeliness and the accuracy of basic data, automatically generate a voice file by calling key information of a business data table, dial preset objects in batches to remind related business requirements, therefore, compared with the prior art, a worker manually dials a supplier number and reminds related business requirements, the scheme can effectively improve the communication efficiency, automatically generate a plurality of task data lists according to preset access logic and store the task data lists in a database, compared with the prior art, the invention needs to manually derive task data according to business requirements, formulate a task tracking table through office software according to different business requirements, effectively improve the timeliness and the accuracy of data, effectively solve the problems of more mechanical tasks, low efficiency and the like in the material management tracking process by calling out in batches, and simultaneously, the intelligent dialing module 300 is arranged aiming at the personalized task requirements, the system searches task data, such as key fields or fuzzy fields of batch numbers, order numbers and the like, retrieves material information, supplier information and demand unit information from the database, automatically calls the contact persons and contact ways of the suppliers, reminds the supply business demands through system dialing voice, and returns communication information to the database for storage.

the data import module (100) is used for calling material information accessed to the ERP system, realizing calculation, storage and processing of data, unifying standard forms and forming a final service data table;
the data storage module (200) is used for requesting a service data table in the data import module (100) by creating and releasing a station rest service interface in data, storing voice call records, reminding voice templates in batches and supplier address book data, and performing centralized feedback task execution through big data statistical analysis;
the intelligent dialing module (300) is used for inputting key information by a user, retrieving material information, supplier information and demand unit information from the data storage module (200), automatically calling a supplier contact person and a contact way, reminding the supply of business demands through system dialing voice, and returning communication information to the data storage module (200) for storage;
the intelligent voice module (400) is used for compiling a voice template according to data information stored in the data storage module (200) and configuring parameter variables according to specific service requirements;
the batch outbound module (500) is used for calling preset voice files in the intelligent voice module (400), setting object ranges according to the required date and the check date, forming business requirement matters and transmitting the business requirement matters to the intelligent dialing module (300) for dialing;
the output module (600) is used for outputting reminding and tracking process information of the batch outbound module (500), and associating material information and supplier information.

the recording module is used for recording related item reminding voice contents and recording communication contents by a user according to specific reminding requirements;
the intelligent association module is used for associating the recording content recorded by the recording module with corresponding material information and storing the associated material information into a data storage module (200).

the character selection module is used for selecting a material information field of the data storage module (200), and business data placeholders are reserved by setting a text template;
and the recording synthesis module is used for automatically reading the material resource information in the character selection module, calling the voice reminding key field by utilizing a character-to-voice technology, sequentially replacing variables in the template and generating a voice file.

s3, recording voice reminding content by the recording synthesis module or setting a voice template according to service requirements, calling key service fields by the intelligent voice module (400) to fill voice template variables, utilizing reminding language, and storing final language in the data storage module (200);
s4, establishing a batch reminding task through the batch outbound module (500), inquiring the task data of the examination period through the retrieval module, setting the dialing time, importing the dialing record, and orderly dialing the contacts for language reminding;
s5, feeding back the task execution condition through the output module (600), recording the associated task data in the voice reminding process, and storing the associated task data in the data storage module (200);
s6, selecting specific task data through the intelligent dialing module (300), manually reminding business requirements, and associating the task data with the business requirements.
