Illustratively, continuing with the above example and with reference to FIG. 5a, when the original number and the review number are equal, the target number of shipments field is "the number of pieces equals the total number of shipments".

According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, through the acquired business data comprising bill types and/or bill delivery classifications and the item detail data comprising the original number and the recheck number of each package under the item transportation bill, the intermediate transportation number field possibly matched with the item transportation bill can be determined from the preset candidate transportation number fields according to the business data, and then the target transportation number field really matched with the item transportation bill is determined from each intermediate transportation number field according to the original number and the recheck number, so that the apportioned volume data of the item transportation bill can be determined according to the original volume data and the apportioned volume determining strategy corresponding to the target transportation number field, and the effect of accurately determining the apportioned volume data of the item transportation bill is achieved.
On the basis of any technical scheme, optionally, the business data may include at least one of a receipt type, a receipt classification, a receipt subtype and an object type of a receipt trigger object for triggering generation of an article transportation receipt, and the article detail data further includes original weight data of the article transportation receipt; correspondingly, for each article transportation receipt, after the business data and the article detail data of each article transportation receipt are obtained from the cost determination instruction, the method for determining the apportioned transportation cost may further include: determining intermediate transportation volume weight fields from preset candidate transportation volume weight fields according to the business data, and determining target transportation volume weight fields of the article transportation receipt from the intermediate transportation volume weight fields according to the article detail data; determining corrected volume data of the article transportation bill according to at least one of the original volume data, the original weight data, a preset value and an average value of the object type and a corrected volume determination strategy corresponding to the target transportation volume weight field; the original volume data is updated based on the modified volume data.
The waybill subtype can be the type of the waybill further divided when the bill type of the article transportation bill is the waybill, such as a C-network waybill, a B-network waybill and the like. The receipt trigger object may be an object for triggering generation of an article transportation receipt, and the type of the object may be a type of the receipt trigger object, such as merchant express, non-merchant express, and the like. The raw weight data may be the weight of the package ensemble of packages under the item shipping receipt of the item shipping receipt recorded prior to shipment of the item. After the business data and the item detail data of the item transportation receipt are obtained, corrected volume data of the item transportation receipt can be determined, wherein the corrected volume data is mainly provided due to the fact that certain errors may exist in the original volume data of the item transportation receipt.
Specifically, the candidate transportation volume weight field may be a field configured in advance according to the business data and related to the volume weight during transportation, and different business data may correspond to the same or different candidate transportation volume weight fields. Thus, for each item transport receipt, an intermediate transport volume weight field, which may be a transport volume weight field that may match the item transport receipt, may be determined from the candidate transport volume weight fields based on the business data for the item transport receipt. For example, referring to FIG. 5b, when the bill type is the invoice and the invoice classification is the pure outsourcing invoice&Non-drawing book bin and bin matching exterior sheet&Non-picture book storehouse, self-operation order&When the non-book warehouse and waybill sub-type comprises a C-network waybill and the merchant type is merchant express, the intermediate transportation volume weight field can be' the original volume data of the waybill is less than 40cm3Or 0 or empty, and the waybill original weight data is 0 or empty ", wherein the waybill original volume data is the original volume data of the item transportation receipt, and the waybill original weight data is the original weight data of the item transportation receipt.
Then, the user can use the device to perform the operation,and determining the target transportation volume weight field of the item transportation receipt from each intermediate transportation volume weight field again according to the original volume data and the original weight data in the item detail data, wherein the target transportation volume weight field can be a transportation volume weight field which is really matched with the item transportation receipt. Illustratively, referring to FIG. 5b, continuing with the above example, when the raw volume data is less than 40cm3Or 0 or empty and the original weight data is 0 or empty, the intermediate transport volume weight field is the target transport volume weight field.
Finally, the different candidate transportation volume weight fields correspond to different modified volume determination policies, which may be policies relating to how modified volume data is determined from certain data, which may include at least one of raw volume data, raw weight data, preset values, which may be preset volume, weight, etc. related values, and average values of object types, which may be volume, weight, etc. related averages of object types provided by the classification. Therefore, after the target transportation volume weight field is obtained, the corrected volume data of the article transportation receipt can be determined according to at least one of the original volume data, the original weight data, the preset numerical value and the average numerical value and the corrected volume determination strategy corresponding to the target transportation volume weight field, and then the original volume data is updated according to the corrected volume data. Illustratively, as shown in FIG. 5b, continuing with the above example, the target shipping volume weight field is "the raw volume data for the waybill is less than 40cm3Or 0 or empty, and the waybill raw weight data is 0 or empty, the modified volume determination policy may be "average number of express deliveries (provided via points) 13708 x 10". Accurate determination of the corrected volume data improves the accuracy of subsequent item transportation cost apportionment.
In order to better understand the specific implementation process of the above steps, the determination process of the apportioned volume data and the corrected volume data in the determination method of apportioned transportation cost according to the present embodiment is exemplarily described below with reference to specific examples. For example, referring to fig. 6, after consuming the goods transportation cost from the MQ, the accounting system may generate a pre-detail task (i.e., a cost allocation task), and when the pre-detail task is executed, perform a goods detail logic process, that is, obtain the original volume data and the original weight data of the goods transportation document from the goods detail database, then calculate the corrected volume data of the goods transportation document as shown in fig. 5b, then calculate the allocated volume data of the goods transportation document as shown in fig. 5a, and further add the calculated corrected volume data and the allocated volume data to the goods detail database. On the basis, the allocation logic processing can be further executed, namely, the allocation volume data is obtained from the goods detail database, the goods transportation cost of the order book is allocated to each goods transportation bill according to the allocation volume data, and then the pre-proposed details (namely, the allocation details) are generated by combining the target relation determined from the configuration center.

Fig. 7 is a flowchart of a determination method for apportioning transportation cost according to a third embodiment of the present invention. The present embodiment is optimized based on the above technical solutions. In this embodiment, optionally, the determining method for apportioning the transportation cost may further include: when a business data consumption event is monitored, calling a target calling interface corresponding to the business data consumption event, acquiring article detail data from a production system associated with the target calling interface, and storing the acquired article detail data into an article detail database; acquiring item detail data of each item transportation receipt from the cost determination instruction, wherein the item detail data comprises: and acquiring the item detail data of each item transportation receipt from the item detail database corresponding to the cost determination instruction. The same or corresponding terms as those in the above embodiments are not explained in detail herein.
Referring to fig. 7, the method of this embodiment may specifically include the following steps:
s310, when a business data consumption event is monitored, a target calling interface corresponding to the business data consumption event is called, article detail data are obtained from a production system associated with the target calling interface, and the obtained article detail data are stored in an article detail database.
The business data consumption event may be an event triggered when the business data of a certain article transportation document is consumed. Because the process of apportioning the article transportation cost needs to involve the business data and the article detail data at the same time, when a business data consumption event is monitored, a target calling interface corresponding to the business data consumption event can be called to obtain the article detail data from a production system associated with the target calling interface, wherein the target calling interface can be an interface which is associated with the production system in advance and is used for obtaining the article detail data from the production system, and the production system can be a system associated with the article transportation bill; further, the obtained item detail data may be stored in an item detail database, so that when a cost apportionment event related to the item transportation document is subsequently monitored, the item detail data may be obtained from the item detail database. In combination with the application scenario that may be related to the embodiment of the present invention, optionally, the service data may be data obtained by the charging system from the service system when receiving an order, that is, the service data may be directly obtained in an order receiving link, but the item detail data cannot be obtained at this time, so that the accounting system needs to call a target call interface to obtain the item detail data from the production system, and the production system and the service system may be the same or different systems, which is not specifically limited herein.
S320, when a cost determining instruction is received, the determined article transportation cost of each article transportation receipt is obtained from the cost determining instruction, and article detail data of each article transportation receipt is obtained from an article detail database corresponding to the cost determining instruction, wherein the article detail data comprise original volume data, and the article transportation cost comprises the sum of the apportioned transportation costs of the article transportation receipts.
Since the item detail data is already stored in the item detail database, the item detail data of each item transportation receipt can be acquired from the item detail database corresponding to the cost determination instruction.
S330, aiming at each article transportation receipt, determining the apportionment volume data of the article transportation receipt according to the article detail data and the business data of the article transportation receipt.
And S340, respectively determining the apportioned transportation cost of each article transportation bill according to the apportioned volume data, the original volume data and the article transportation cost.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, after the business data of the article transportation receipt is obtained, the target calling interface corresponding to the article transportation receipt can be called to obtain the article detail data from the production system associated with the target calling interface, and the obtained article detail data is stored in the article detail database.
On the basis, according to an optional technical scheme, the article transportation cost comprises an article transportation cost of an order associated with each article transportation receipt, and the article transportation cost of each order can be determined through the following steps: when a cost determination event is monitored, determining whether article detail data of article transportation documents under each order corresponding to the cost determination event exist in the article detail database; if so, determining the task transportation cost corresponding to the cost determination event; and distributing the task transportation cost to each order according to at least one of the order volume data, the order weight data and the order quantity data of each order to respectively obtain the article transportation cost of each order. The cost determination event may be an event triggered when receiving an order, acquiring business data, and the like and used for determining the item transportation cost of each order, because the business data and the item detail data need to be involved in the subsequent item transportation cost apportionment process at the same time, in order to ensure effective apportionment of the item transportation cost determined at this time, it may be determined whether the item detail data of the item transportation documents under each order corresponding to the cost determination event exists in the item detail database, and if so, then the task transportation cost corresponding to the cost determination event is determined, where the task transportation cost may be the sum of the item transportation costs of each order corresponding to the cost determination event. Further, different task transportation cost apportionment strategies can be adopted in different business scenes to apportion the task transportation cost, and the task transportation cost apportionment strategies can be strategies related to at least one of the entrusted volume data, the entrusted weight data and the entrusted quantity data of each entrusted book, so that the task transportation cost can be apportioned to each entrusted book according to at least one of the entrusted volume data, the entrusted weight data and the entrusted quantity data of each entrusted book to obtain the article transportation cost of each entrusted book respectively, wherein the entrusted weight data can be understood as the sum of the original weight data of each article transportation document under the entrusted book, and the entrusted quantity data can be a value determined according to the entrusted volume data and the entrusted weight data. For example, referring to fig. 2, there may be a difference in the task transportation cost apportionment strategies adopted by different cost items in the same business scenario, so that specific cost items may be considered when apportioning the task transportation cost. In addition, the above-mentioned item transportation cost determination process may be executed by a billing system or an accounting system, and is not specifically limited herein.
In order to better understand the specific implementation process of the above steps, the following describes an exemplary method for determining the apportioned transportation cost according to embodiments of the present invention with reference to specific examples. For example, referring to fig. 8, when receiving an order, the charging system may obtain the service data of each article transportation document under each order, and drop the service data into the service database, and at the same time drop the service data into the MQ; furthermore, the accounting system may consume the service data from the MQ, and insert the cargo detail data obtaining task to call a target call interface of an external system, such as an external production system, to obtain the cargo detail data, and store the obtained cargo detail data in the cargo detail database. The charging system inserts a charging task after the business data is placed in the database, whether corresponding goods detail data exists or not is inquired in the goods detail database based on the charging task, if not, the goods detail data is inquired regularly, then the goods transportation cost of each consignment is calculated (for example, the charging state in the charging task is defaulted to 0, the charging state can be changed from 0 to 1 after the goods detail data is inquired, the charging task starts to charge after receiving the charging state of 1), and the calculated goods transportation cost (namely, the charging result) is placed in the database and meanwhile MQ is sent.
The accounting system generates a pre-detail task after the goods transportation cost is consumed from the MQ, and a specific execution process of the pre-detail task can be shown in fig. 6, wherein the corrected volume data and the apportioned volume data obtained by the goods detail logic processing module can be updated to the goods detail database, then the apportioned volume data can be obtained from the goods detail database by calling a corresponding interface in the apportioned logic processing module, and the apportioned logic processing module can also obtain a corresponding target relationship from matching relationships stored and pre-configured based on the basic dimension definition, then supplement fields and the apportioned transportation cost in the target relationship to the pre-detail task, and meanwhile, provide an EBS interface for external query.

Fig. 9 is a block diagram of a determining apparatus for apportioning transportation cost according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, which is configured to execute the determining method for apportioning transportation cost according to any of the embodiments described above. The device and the determination method for apportioning the transportation cost of each embodiment belong to the same inventive concept, and details which are not described in detail in the embodiment of the determination device for apportioning the transportation cost can refer to the embodiment of the determination method for apportioning the transportation cost. Referring to fig. 9, the apparatus may specifically include: an item detail data acquisition module 410, an apportioned volume data determination module 420, and an apportioned transportation cost determination module 430. In the determining apparatus for apportioning transportation costs provided by the fourth embodiment of the present invention, when the cost determining instruction is received by the item detail data obtaining module, the determined item transportation costs of each item transportation receipt, and the business data and the item detail data of each item transportation receipt may be obtained from the cost determining instruction, where the item detail data may include original volume data, and the item transportation costs may include a sum of apportioned transportation costs of each item transportation receipt; therefore, the apportioned volume data determining module can determine the apportioned volume data of the article transportation receipt according to the business data and the article detail data of the article transportation receipt aiming at each article transportation receipt, and the comprehensive consideration of the business data and the article detail data improves the accuracy of determining the apportioned volume data; furthermore, the apportioned transportation cost determining module can respectively determine the apportioned transportation cost of each article transportation receipt according to the apportioned volume data, the original volume data and the article transportation cost of each article transportation receipt. By the aid of the device, the apportioned volume data of each article transportation receipt can be automatically and accurately determined, and the apportioned transportation cost of each article transportation receipt is determined according to each apportioned volume data, so that the effects of high efficiency and high accuracy determination of each apportioned transportation cost are achieved.
The determining device for apportioning the transportation cost provided by the embodiment of the invention can execute the determining method for apportioning the transportation cost provided by any embodiment of the invention, and has corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the executing method.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the determining apparatus for apportioning transportation cost, the units and modules included in the embodiment are only divided according to functional logic, but are not limited to the above division, as long as the corresponding functions can be implemented; in addition, specific names of the functional units are only for convenience of distinguishing from each other, and are not used for limiting the protection scope of the present invention.

The number of processors 520 in the device may be one or more, and one processor 520 is taken as an example in fig. 10; the memory 510, processor 520, input device 530, and output device 540 in the apparatus may be connected by a bus or other means, such as by bus 550 in fig. 10.
The memory 510 is a computer-readable storage medium, and can be used for storing software programs, computer-executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the determination method of apportioned transportation cost in the embodiment of the present invention (for example, the item detail data acquisition module 410, the apportioned volume data determination module 420, and the apportioned transportation cost determination module 430 in the determination device of apportioned transportation cost). The processor 520 executes various functional applications of the device and data processing by executing software programs, instructions and modules stored in the memory 510, namely, implementing the above-described determination method of apportioning the transportation cost.
The memory 510 may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to use of the device, and the like. when a cost determining instruction is received, obtaining the determined article transportation cost of each article transportation receipt, and business data and article detail data of each article transportation receipt from the cost determining instruction, wherein the article detail data comprise original volume data, and the article transportation cost comprises the sum of the apportioned transportation costs of each article transportation receipt;
determining the apportioned volume data of the article transportation receipt according to the article detail data and the business data of each article transportation receipt;
and respectively determining the apportioned transportation cost of each article transportation bill according to the apportioned volume data, the original volume data and the article transportation cost.
Of course, the storage medium provided by the embodiment of the present invention contains computer-executable instructions, and the computer-executable instructions are not limited to the method operations described above, and may also perform related operations in the determination method for apportioning transportation costs provided by any embodiment of the present invention.

1. A method for apportioning a transportation cost, comprising:
when a cost determining instruction is received, obtaining the determined article transportation cost of each article transportation receipt, and business data and article detail data of each article transportation receipt from the cost determining instruction, wherein the article detail data comprise original volume data, and the article transportation cost comprises the sum of the apportioned transportation costs of each article transportation receipt;
for each item transportation receipt, determining apportioned volume data of the item transportation receipt according to the item detail data and the business data of the item transportation receipt;
and respectively determining the apportioned transportation cost of each article transportation receipt according to the apportioned volume data, the original volume data and the article transportation cost.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the business data includes a form type and/or a manifest classification, the item detail data further includes an original number and a review number of each package under the item shipping form, and the determining the apportioned volume data of the item shipping form from the item detail data and the business data of the item shipping form comprises:
determining intermediate transportation number fields from preset candidate transportation number fields according to the business data, and determining target transportation number fields of the article transportation bill from the intermediate transportation number fields according to the original number and the rechecking number;
and determining the apportioned volume data of the article transportation bill according to the apportioned volume determining strategy corresponding to the original volume data and the target transportation number field.

The method of claim 1, wherein the business data includes at least one of a document type, an invoice classification, an invoice subtype, and an object type of a document trigger object that triggers generation of the item transport document, and wherein the item detail data further includes raw weight data of the item transport document;
for each item transportation receipt, after the obtaining the business data and item detail data of each item transportation receipt from the cost determination instruction, the method further includes:
determining intermediate transportation volume weight fields from preset candidate transportation volume weight fields according to the business data, and determining target transportation volume weight fields of the article transportation receipt from the intermediate transportation volume weight fields according to the article detail data;
determining corrected volume data of the item transportation bill according to at least one of the original volume data, the original weight data, a preset value and an average value of the object type and a corrected volume determination strategy corresponding to the target transportation volume weight field;
updating the original volume data according to the modified volume data.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the apportioned shipping cost for each of the item shipping orders based on the apportioned volume data, the raw volume data, and the item shipping cost, respectively, comprises:
determining the original volume sum of each article transportation receipt according to each original volume data;
for each item transportation receipt, determining the volume ratio of the item transportation receipt in all the item transportation receipts according to the apportioned volume data of the item transportation receipt and the original volume sum, and determining the apportioned transportation cost of the item transportation receipt according to the volume ratio and the item transportation cost;
and/or, after said separately determining said apportioned shipping cost for each of said item shipping documents, further comprising:
and determining the parcel transportation cost of each parcel according to the apportioned transportation cost of the article transportation bill and the rechecking number of each parcel under the article transportation bill for each article transportation bill.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when a business data consumption event is monitored, calling a target calling interface corresponding to the business data consumption event, acquiring the article detail data from a production system associated with the target calling interface, and storing the acquired article detail data into an article detail database;
the obtaining item detail data of each item transportation receipt from the cost determination instruction includes:
and acquiring the item detail data of each item transportation receipt from the item detail database corresponding to the cost determination instruction.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the item transportation cost comprises the item transportation cost of an order associated with each of the item transportation documents, the item transportation cost of each of the orders determined by:
when a cost determination event is monitored, determining whether the item detail data of the item transportation receipt under each consignment book corresponding to the cost determination event exist in the item detail database;
if so, determining the task transportation cost corresponding to the cost determination event;
and distributing the task transportation cost to each order according to at least one of order volume data, order weight data and order quantity data of each order, and obtaining the article transportation cost of each order.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
for each article transportation receipt, determining a target relationship from preset matching relationships according to the business data of the article transportation receipt, and generating allocation details of the article transportation cost according to fields in the target relationship and the allocation transportation cost of the article transportation receipt;
the business data comprises at least one of a business type, an area, a bill type, an invoice identification and a line type, and the matching relationship comprises a corresponding relationship between at least two of a business line, a project section, a cost payment department and a cost payment subject.
8. A device for apportioning a cost of transportation, comprising:
the system comprises an article detail data acquisition module, a cost determination module and a data processing module, wherein the article detail data acquisition module is used for acquiring the determined article transportation cost of each article transportation receipt, and the business data and the article detail data of each article transportation receipt from the cost determination instruction when receiving a cost determination instruction, the article detail data comprises original volume data, and the article transportation cost comprises the sum of the apportioned transportation costs of each article transportation receipt;
the apportioned volume data determining module is used for determining apportioned volume data of the article transportation receipt according to the article detail data of the article transportation receipt and the business data aiming at each article transportation receipt;
and the apportioned transportation cost determining module is used for determining the apportioned transportation cost of each article transportation receipt according to the apportioned volume data, the original volume data and the article transportation cost.
9. A determination device for apportioning a transportation cost, comprising:
one or more processors;
a memory for storing one or more programs;
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method of apportioning a transportation cost determination as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method of determining an apportioned transportation cost according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
