Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of bridge design and construction, in particular to a transverse reinforcing device and a construction process for a T-beam bridge.
Background
After the T-shaped beam bridge is put into use for a long time, under the action of vehicle load, wet joints of bridge decks are often damaged, and therefore the road surfaces are damaged due to pits, cracks and other diseases. The conventional treatment scheme at present is to thoroughly break the bridge deck concrete at the wet joint part and pour new concrete again. This method is inefficient, requires a lot of labor and time, is difficult to control the crushing range when crushing concrete, and may cause the surrounding concrete to be also damaged. It is therefore desirable to solve the problem of wet joint failure common in older bridges by other construction methods.
In a bridge disaster, the bridge pier is often damaged, the upper structure of the bridge is intact, and the bridge can be transformed and reused. In the original bridge dismantling process, the whole bridge deck cannot be directly lifted, so wet joints for transverse connection can be cut, and the bridge deck loses transverse connection.

The longitudinal beam is poured through the pouring hole 11. And after the strength of the concrete meets the requirement, penetrating the finish-rolled deformed steel bar into a reserved hole channel, tensioning and enabling the finish-rolled deformed steel bar to reach a controlled tension, anchoring the finish-rolled deformed steel bar on the transverse joist 3 by using a bolt, and then injecting cement paste into the reserved hole channel under pressure, so that the reinforcement measures of other parts of the T-shaped girder bridge except the end transverse clapboard 1 are completed. When the end diaphragm plate 1 is reinforced, holes are drilled at two sides of the diaphragm plate 1, the number of the holes is determined according to the height of the diaphragm plate, tie bars 7 are arranged after the holes are drilled, and then the arranged transverse joist 3 steel bars are combined to pour the concrete reinforced end diaphragm plate.
