Abstract
The invention provides an external pot loading device, a cooking pot and a using method thereof for the papermaking industry. The pot filling device is arranged outside the cooking pot, is not limited by the structure of the cooking pot, and improves the pot filling rate of the cooking pot.

Background
The built-in pot filling device is an important part for improving the pot filling efficiency of the wood raw material papermaking digester, is a cavity with a plurality of nozzles with consistent inclination and distributed annularly at the lower end, pushes the material sheet to rotate rapidly and fall down by utilizing the steam sprayed by the nozzles, and spreads the space in the pot uniformly, thereby having the functions of rapidly and uniformly distributing the material sheet and improving the pot filling amount and the pot filling efficiency.
However, the built-in pot loading device is positioned at the upper pot neck of the cooking pot and below the pot loading ball valve, so that the newly added cooking pot is commonly used in recent years, and the pot loading amount and the pot loading efficiency can be improved by adopting the device. In the step (2), air is sucked into the pot body 11 through the air suction opening 14, so that the inside of the pot body 11 is in a micro-negative pressure state, and the micro-negative pressure state means that steam is prevented from rising to influence the distribution of wood chips, and the pot loading is smoother.
