一种三层结构的纺织面料,包括三层结构,里外两层为单层织物,中间层为以非织造物形式构成的衬垫材料,外层是38S精梳全棉纱线织成的机织物,所述垫层材料为旦数为150d的涤纶低弹性丝,里层是通过棉涤混纺成远红外纱线而机织成的织物,棉与涤的重量百分比各为50%,里外两层的表面为致密的菱形花格结构。这种三层结构的纺织面料能产生远红外辐射线,并且手感柔软,有较好的保暖性和导湿性,特别适用于用做保健御寒内衣,并且防止中间涤纶丝外钻,从而防止面料起毛起球。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织面料,尤其是涉及一种能产生远红外辐射线的三层结构的纺织面料。
背景技术
在现有技术中,有关远红外辐射织物一般采用的方法是将远红外辐射材料用印染方法涂敷于织物上,尽管这样的织物具有远红外辐射性能,但这种形式的具有远红外辐射功能的纺织材料耐洗性能差,柔软性或垂延性都不好,给使用者带来诸多不便,从而这种材料不适宜用于制作内衣。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种能产生远红外辐射线的三层结构的纺织面料,这种面料手感柔软,有较好的保暖性和导湿性,特别适用于用做保健御寒内衣,并且防止中间涤纶丝外钻、防止面料起毛起球的三层结构纺织面料。
为实现上述目的,本发明三层结构的纺织面料,包括三层结构,里外两层为单层织物,中间层为以非织造物形式构成的衬垫材料,外层是38S精梳全棉纱线织成的机织物,所述垫层材料为旦数为150d的涤纶低弹性丝,里层是通过棉涤混纺成远红外纱线而机织成的织物,棉与涤的重量百分比各为50%,里外两层的表面为致密的菱形花格结构。
本发明三层结构的纺织面料,由于里层采用远红外功能性保健纤维,因此贴身穿着时,能调整人体微循环,促进新陈代谢,从而具有预防和改善各种人体疾病的功能,尤其是对人体所患的胃部不适、风湿性关节炎、颈椎病、腰酸、背疼、前列腺炎、坐骨神经痛等疾病有明显的改善作用,具有活血化淤、防病强身的独特功效;里外单层织物被织成致密的菱形花格结构,既美观大方又能有效地防止中间层涤纶丝外钻的现象,从而防止面料起毛起球;中间层的非织造物形式的涤纶低弹性丝,既增加了保暖性又可减少外钻的可能性。因而本发明三层结构的纺织面料的优点是质地柔软,耐洗性好,有较好的保暖性和导湿性,是适合于用做保健御寒内衣的良好纺织材料。
具体实施方式
下面结合一个实施例详述本发明。
本发明三层结构的纺织面料,其外层单面布的材料选用38S精梳全棉纱线,中间层为非织造物形式的衬垫材料,选用旦数为150d的涤纶低弹性丝,里层是通过重量为50%的棉和重量为50%的涤混纺成远红外纱线而机织成的织物,里外两层的表面为菱形花格结构。中间层采用非织造物的形式,增加了面料的保暖性;里外两层的表面呈菱形花格结构能有效地防止出现中间涤纶丝外钻的现象,从而防止面料起毛起球。
上述混纺纱线是这样制成的,通过能产生远红外射线的陶瓷粉末与涤纶切法熔融制成母粒,然后再纺出涤纶丝,并与等量棉纤维混纺成适合人穿着用的远红外涤棉纱线。
制造设备选用GHE211多功能提花织机,根据用途需要织成不同厚度的面料。

1.一种三层结构的纺织面料,包括三层结构,里外两层为单层织物,中间层为以非织造物形式构成的衬垫材料,其特征是:外层是38S精梳全棉纱线织成的机织物,所述垫层材料为旦数为150d的涤纶低弹性丝,里层是通过棉涤混纺成远红外纱线而机织成的织物,棉与涤的重量百分比各为50%,里外两层的表面为致密的菱形花格结构。
