The design defect problem is shown in the figure, the gap between the clamping plate and the upper guide frame is not sealed, the problem that roller cooling water carries iron scales to enter the gap to block the clamping plate and a driving spring mechanism of the clamping plate exists, the wiping block cannot follow up with the roller surface to keep contact, water leakage occurs, sometimes the upper guide frame and the clamping plate are blocked, even the upper guide frame cannot be normally assembled and disassembled when the roller is taken off, and the assembly difficulty is high; the upper guide frame and the roll surface are designed to have a wedge-shaped dynamic pressure area structure, the cooling water of the roll cannot achieve the sealing effect through mechanism analysis, the contact force requirement of a fast-wiping material and the roll surface is high, even if the sealing is good, iron scales are accumulated at the bottom of the dynamic pressure area to form secondary abrasion on the roll surface and a block, and in addition, when the sealing is good, the cooling water flows out of the two sides of the guide frame to the roll surface to influence the temperature drop of the edge of a hot-rolled product;
thirdly, the cooling water of the working roll leaks from the gap between the outer side of the special-shaped upper guide frame and the guide device, so that the cooling water is scattered around the assembly of the working roll after the roll system is cooled, the surface of a hot-rolled product is cooled unevenly, and the product performance is influenced.
