Abstract
The invention discloses a concentrate supplement for a nonreactive meat sheep in a fattening period and application thereof. The concentrate supplement disclosed by the invention comprises the following components in percentage by dry matter: 54.55% of corn; 12.73 percent of soybean meal; DDGS 21.82%; 3.64 percent of bran; 1.36 percent of urea; 1.36 percent of salt; 1.82% of sodium bicarbonate; 1.82 percent of calcium carbonate; 0.67 percent of calcium hydrophosphate; 0.18 percent of trace element premix; 0.05 percent of vitamin premix. According to the invention, DDGS and urea are used for replacing part of soybean meal and corn in the conventional mutton sheep fattening daily ration, and the concentrated feed supplement daily ration formula is optimized, so that the mutton sheep growth performance is improved, the feeding cost is reduced, the problem of complete resistance prohibition of the feed is solved, and the concentrated feed supplement is provided for the efficient production of the mutton sheep breeding industry.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of feed processing, and discloses a concentrate supplement for nonreactive meat sheep in a fattening period and application thereof.
Background
Compared to monogastric animals, ruminant feed utilization is low, and about 2-12% of the feed energy in the feed is lost in the form of methane under the metabolic action of rumen microorganisms. The nitrogen utilization rate of ruminants is only about 25 percent, and the rest nitrogen can be discharged out of the body in the form of excrement, urine and the like, so that serious environmental pollution is caused. Heretofore, antibiotics (monensin) are commonly used in animal husbandry to regulate rumen fermentation mode, inhibit the generation of methane, ammonia and lactic acid, and increase the generation of propionic acid to improve the utilization efficiency of feed. Therefore, the method for replacing part of concentrated feed with unconventional feed to reduce the feeding cost and adjusting the formula structure of daily ration to achieve the high-efficiency breeding of the mutton sheep is an important method for future antibiotic-free green breeding.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a concentrate supplement for a non-antibiotic meat sheep in a fattening period, aiming at the defects in the prior art.
The invention also aims to provide the application of the antibiotic-free concentrate supplement for the fattening period of the meat sheep.
The purpose of the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme:
a concentrate supplement for a nonreactive meat sheep in a fattening period comprises the following substances in dry matter: 50-55% of corn; 10-13% of soybean meal; 21-25% of DDGS; 3-5% of bran; 1-2% of urea; 1.1 to 1.5 percent of salt; 1.5 to 2.5 percent of sodium bicarbonate; 1.5 to 2.5 percent of calcium carbonate; 0.5 to 0.8 percent of calcium hydrophosphate; 0.15-0.2% of trace element premix; 0.03-0.05% of vitamin premix; and the sum of the mass percent of all the substances is 100 percent.
As a preferable selection of the invention, the concentrate supplement for the fattening period of the non-antibiotic meat sheep consists of the following substances in dry matter: 54.55% of corn; 12.73 percent of soybean meal; DDGS 21.82%; 3.64 percent of bran; 1.36 percent of urea; 1.36 percent of salt; 1.82% of sodium bicarbonate; 1.82 percent of calcium carbonate; 0.67 percent of calcium hydrophosphate; 0.18 percent of trace element premix; 0.05% of vitamin premix; and the sum of the mass percent of all the substances is 100 percent.
As a preferred aspect of the present invention, the premix contains 18,000mg of copper per kg of trace element; 35,500mg of iron; 300mg of cobalt; iodine 1,650 mg; 340mg of selenium; 42,000mg of zinc; manganese 36,000 mg.
As a preferred aspect of the present invention, the vitamin premix contains per kg: vitamin A20,040 IU; vitamin D36,600 IU; vitamin E200 IU.
As a further preferred aspect of the present invention, the concentrate supplement for fattening period of non-antibiotic meat sheep consists of the following substances, calculated on dry matter: 54.55% of corn; 12.73 percent of soybean meal; DDGS 21.82%; 3.64 percent of bran; 1.36 percent of urea; 1.36 percent of salt; 1.82% of sodium bicarbonate; 1.82 percent of calcium carbonate; 0.67 percent of calcium hydrophosphate; 0.18 percent of trace element premix; 0.05 percent of vitamin premix.
The invention discloses an application of a concentrate supplement for a nonreactive meat sheep in a fattening period in promoting the growth of the meat sheep.

according to the invention, DDGS and urea are used for replacing part of soybean meal and corn in the conventional mutton sheep fattening daily ration, and the concentrated feed supplement daily ration formula is optimized, so that the mutton sheep growth performance is improved, the feeding cost is reduced, the problem of 'comprehensive resistance prohibition' of the feed is solved, and the concentrated feed supplement is provided for the efficient production of the mutton sheep breeding industry. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. compared with the traditional daily ration formula for the mutton sheep which uses bean pulp and corn as protein feed, the invention uses a proper amount of DDGS and urea to replace part of the bean pulp and corn, so that the protein and energy requirements of the mutton sheep are met, the DDGS and urea have wide sources and low price, and the feed cost is greatly reduced.
2. The daily ration formula disclosed by the invention is balanced in nutrition, the daily weight gain of the Hu sheep fed with the formula reaches 262.6g, and the daily weight gain (270.7g) of the Hu sheep fed with monensin is equivalent to that of the Hu sheep fed with monensin, so that a good fattening effect is achieved. The conventional formula of using DDGS and urea to replace part of bean pulp and corn in the conventional mutton sheep fattening daily ration only can not influence the growth performance and cannot be comparable with the formula of feeding antibiotics.
3. The crude fat digestibility of the Hu sheep fed with the formula daily ration is higher than that of the Hu sheep fed with monensin, and the digestibility of the rest nutrients is good.
4. The biochemical indexes of the Hu sheep fed with the formula are all within a normal range, and the contents of albumin and total cholesterol are obviously lower than those of the Hu sheep of monensin group, which shows that the body state of the Hu sheep fed with the formula is healthier.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be further illustrated with reference to the following specific examples, but the present invention is not limited to the following examples. The method is a conventional method unless otherwise specified. The starting materials are commercially available from the open literature unless otherwise specified.
Example 1
An antibiotic-free high-efficiency concentrate supplement for meat sheep in the fattening period comprises the following components (dry matter): 54.55% of corn; 12.73 percent of soybean meal; DDGS 21.82%; 3.64 percent of bran; 1.36 percent of urea; 1.36 percent of salt; 1.82% of sodium bicarbonate; 1.82 percent of calcium carbonate; 0.67 percent of calcium hydrophosphate; 0.18 percent of trace element premix; 0.05 percent of vitamin premix.
Each kilogram of microelement premix contains: 18,000mg of copper; 35,500mg of iron; 300mg of cobalt; iodine 1,650 mg; 340mg of selenium; 42,000mg of zinc; manganese 36,000 mg.
Each kilogram of vitamin premix contains: vitamin A20,040 IU; vitamin D36,600IU; vitamin E200 IU.
Example 2
1 materials and methods
1.1 test materials and animals
24 healthy Hu sheep lambs with similar body weights (23.5 +/-1.0 kg) and about 3 months of age are selected from the test animals. The active ingredient of the monensin premix added in the positive control group is monensin sodium, and each 100g of the premix contains 20g of monensin sodium.
1.2 design of the experiment
The 24 Hu sheep were divided into two groups (low weight group, 12; high weight group, 12) according to body weight, based on the principle of random group and similar size in the same pen, and there were two in each pen (1.5 m. times.4 m), for a total of 12 pens. Then randomly divided into 2 treatments (12 per treatment): (1) the test group, feeding the complete ration, comprises: the dry matter content of the silage corns is 23%, the dry matter content of the peanut seedlings is 22%, and the dry matter content of the concentrate supplement prepared in example 1 is 55%. (2) In the monensin group, 40mg/kg of DM is added on the basis of the daily ration of the formula, and the concentration of the monensin in the rumen of the Hu sheep is approximately 5 mu mol/L under the condition that the DMI of a test animal is 1150g/d and the rumen volume is about 5L. The whole test period is 8 weeks (including 1 week adaptation period and 7 week positive test period), each treatment group is fed twice at 08:00 and 16:00 times a day, the residual material rate is ensured to be 5-10%, and water is freely drunk.
1.3 sample Collection and measurement
1.3.1 feed intake and daily gain determination
On weeks 2, 4, 6 and 7 of the official test period, the daily food intake was measured accurately every day, and the daily food intake was (total feed weight fed the same day) - (remaining feed weight fed the next morning).
The weight of the Hu sheep was accurately weighed before morning feeding before the start of the official test and for 2 consecutive days at 7 weeks, and the data was used for the average daily weight gain of the Hu sheep during the test period (calculation of ADG). Average daily gain ═ time interval (end average body weight-initial average body weight).
1.3.2 nutrient digestibility determination
Respectively collecting 3 treatment group total mixed ration feed samples (500 g is collected each time after fully mixing the feeds by adopting a quartering method) in the morning and evening for two consecutive days at 1, 3, 5 and 7 weeks in the test period, and sealing and storing at 20 ℃ for subsequent determination of the nutrient components of the feeds. In the 7 th week of the test period, a point sample collection method (12:00, 18:00) is adopted to collect feces samples of each Hu sheep for three consecutive days, wherein the total amount of the feces samples is 150 g/each Hu sheep, and the feces samples are stored in a sealing way at the temperature of minus 20 ℃ for testing. The method is used for determining the nutrient digestibility of the Hu sheep.
Drying the collected feed and excrement samples in a 65 ℃ oven, sealing and storing the dried feed and excrement samples through a 40-mesh sieve (when neutral washing fibers and acidic washing fibers are measured, the feed samples are filtered through a 28-mesh sieve), and measuring the nutrient contents of dry substances, organic substances, crude proteins, neutral washing fibers, acidic washing fibers, crude fat, crude ash and acid-insoluble ash in the feed and excrement samples. Determining digestibility of nutrients by using acid-insoluble ash in feces as endogenous indicator, and obtaining digestibility of nutrients in daily ration (percent (%) of 100- (percent of acid-insoluble ash in daily ration/percent of acid-insoluble ash in feces) × (percent of nutrients in feces/percent of nutrients in daily ration) × 100% according to formula
1.3.3 measurement of blood Biochemical indicators
Blood was collected from the jugular vein of each sheep using a blood collection tube (containing heparin sodium) approximately 3 hours after morning feeding on day 5 of week 7 of the test period. The blood was then centrifuged at 3,000rmp/min for 15 minutes at low speed to obtain a plasma sample, stored at-20 ℃ and subsequently assayed for blood urea nitrogen, glucose, total protein and albumin, creatinine, uric acid, total cholesterol, triglycerides, total bile acid, alkaline phosphatase, glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase, glutamic pyruvic transaminase using a commercial kit (Nanjing technology Ltd.). The value for globulin is the difference between total protein and albumin.
1.4 data statistics and analysis
The data from the experiment were collated in Excel 2017 and tested using SPSS (version 2016) one-way ANOVA. P <0.05 was considered significantly different.
2 results
As can be seen from Table 1, the test group and the monensin group of Hu sheep achieve good fattening effect, the daily weight gain of the Hu sheep fed with the formula reaches 262.6g, and the daily weight gain (270.7g) of the Hu sheep fed with the monensin is equivalent to the daily weight gain of the Hu sheep fed with the monensin. In addition, the dry matter feed intake and the feed conversion efficiency of the test group are not obviously different from those of the Hu sheep fed with monensin (P is more than or equal to 0.22).

As can be seen from Table 2, the test group and the monensin group Hu sheep have no significant difference in nutrient intake (P is more than or equal to 0.43), the digestibility of dry matters, organic matters, crude proteins, neutral detergent fibers and acid detergent fibers is no significant difference with the monensin group Hu sheep (P is more than or equal to 0.10), and the crude fat digestibility of the Hu sheep fed with the daily ration of the formula is significantly higher than that of the Hu sheep fed with the monensin (P is less than 0.05).

As can be seen from Table 3, the biochemical indexes of the blood of both groups of Hu sheep are within the normal variation range, but the total cholesterol and albumin contents of the blood of the Hu sheep fed with monensin are significantly higher than those of the Hu sheep of the test group, and the total cholesterol and albumin concentrations indicate that the immune status of the Hu sheep fed with monensin may be affected.

The formula is fed to the Hu sheep, so that the fattening effect is equivalent to the growth performance of the Hu sheep fed with monensin.
Claims (7)
1. The antibiotic-free concentrate supplement for the fattening period of the meat sheep is characterized by comprising the following substances in dry matter: 50-55% of corn; 10-13% of soybean meal; 21-25% of DDGS; 3-5% of bran; 1-2% of urea; 1.1 to 1.5 percent of salt; 1.5 to 2.5 percent of sodium bicarbonate; 1.5 to 2.5 percent of calcium carbonate; 0.5 to 0.8 percent of calcium hydrophosphate; 0.15-0.2% of trace element premix; 0.03-0.05% of vitamin premix; and the sum of the mass percent of all the substances is 100 percent.

The concentrate supplement for fattening period of nonreactive meat sheep according to claim 1, which is characterized by consisting of the following substances on a dry matter basis: 54.55% of corn; 12.73 percent of soybean meal; DDGS 21.82%; 3.64 percent of bran; 1.36 percent of urea; 1.36 percent of salt; 1.82% of sodium bicarbonate; 1.82 percent of calcium carbonate; 0.67 percent of calcium hydrophosphate; 0.18 percent of trace element premix; 0.05% of vitamin premix; and the sum of the mass percent of all the substances is 100 percent.
3. The concentrate supplement for fattening period of nonreactive meat sheep according to claim 1, wherein each kg of the premix of trace elements contains 18,000mg of copper; 35,500mg of iron; 300mg of cobalt; iodine 1,650 mg; 340mg of selenium; 42,000mg of zinc; manganese 36,000 mg.
4. The concentrate supplement for fattening period of nonreactive meat sheep according to claim 1, wherein each kg of the vitamin premix comprises: vitamin A20,040 IU; vitamin D36,600IU; vitamin E200 IU.

The antibiotic-free concentrate supplement for the fattening period of meat sheep according to any one of claims 1 to 3, which consists of, on a dry matter basis: 54.55% of corn; 12.73 percent of soybean meal; DDGS 21.82%; 3.64 percent of bran; 1.36 percent of urea; 1.36 percent of salt; 1.82% of sodium bicarbonate; 1.82 percent of calcium carbonate; 0.67 percent of calcium hydrophosphate; 0.18 percent of trace element premix; 0.05 percent of vitamin premix.
6. Use of the antibiotic-free concentrate supplement for the fattening period of a meat sheep according to any one of claims 1 to 4 for promoting the growth of a meat sheep.
7. Use of the antibiotic-free concentrate supplement for fattening period of meat sheep as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4 for fattening meat sheep.
