It will be appreciated that the pre-set process template contains three parts of data from the intermediate database: the functional position codes, the storehouses, the process routes, the station information corresponding tables, the manufactured bill of materials structure built according to the station information and the process routes, and standard assembly operation specification files of each fastener corresponding to each functional position code are defined through functional position description, but because the functional position description has the corresponding functional position codes, the intermediate database is defined by adopting the functional position codes, and the intermediate database prestores the corresponding relation created by defining the process route storehouses information, the station information and the assembly operation specification of the corresponding part according to the functional position description and the functional position codes corresponding to each functional position description.
Step S30: and the assembly file creation module integrates the function position information and the initial assembly file to obtain a target assembly file.
It should be noted that, the assembly file creation module is used for referencing and summarizing the operation specification files corresponding to the function position codes of all the parts under the same process module to finally obtain the target assembly file.
It will be understood that the process template refers to a process module built by describing the process route and station information defined for each part through the functional position, and the operation specification file refers to a file for knowing standard operations performed by an assembly manager, and the required torque or pressing force and the like of the fastener under each functional main part have corresponding fixed standard requirements. The complete assembly file is obtained after the operation specification file work of the functional main part and the fastening parts thereof is summarized.
In the embodiment, a process file processing module acquires initial part data and processes the initial part data to obtain functional position information; the intermediate database module performs data matching through a preset process file template according to the functional position information and the initial part data so as to obtain an initial assembly file; and the assembly file creation module integrates the function position information and the initial assembly file to obtain a target assembly file. Through the mode, the functional position information is used as the tie, and the final target assembly file is obtained through the functional position information, so that errors in the manual operation process can be effectively avoided, a large number of repeated works are changed into automatic system generation, repeated manpower input is avoided, and the working efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic flow chart of a second embodiment of the method for creating an assembly document according to the present invention, and based on the first embodiment, the second embodiment of the method for creating an assembly document according to the present invention is proposed.
In this embodiment, the intermediate database module includes: manufacturing a material structure building module and an initial assembly file creating module, wherein the step S20 comprises the following steps:
step S201: and the manufacturing material structure building module builds a manufacturing material list structure according to the functional position information and the initial part data so as to obtain a target manufacturing material list structure.
It should be noted that, the manufacturing bill of materials (MBOM) structure building module is configured to build a manufacturing bill of materials (MBOM) structure based on the initial part data according to the function position code and the function position description, so as to obtain a target MBOM structure.
In a specific implementation, in order to build a target MBOM structure, functional position codes need to be used as bands for combination, and further, the manufacturing material structure building module includes: the information definition module and the structure building module; the building module of the material manufacturing structure builds a material manufacturing list structure according to the functional position information and the initial part data to obtain a target material manufacturing list structure, and the building module comprises the following steps: the information definition module defines corresponding process route information, station information and storehouse information in the initial part data according to the functional position information; and the structure construction module is used for constructing a material manufacturing structure according to the process route information, the station information and the warehouse information so as to obtain a target material manufacturing bill structure.
The information definition module is used for defining the process route information, the station information and the warehouse information corresponding to each part according to the function position description in the function position information.
It can be understood that the structure building module is used for building a target MBOM structure, the target MBOM structure is built by combining corresponding functional position codes into different process modules according to a process route, and meanwhile, a storehouse information can be directly brought into the target MBOM structure.
Step S202: and the initial assembly file creation module is matched with a preset assembly operation standard file according to the target manufacturing bill of materials structure and the function position information so as to obtain the initial assembly file.
It should be noted that, the initial assembly file creation module is an initial assembly file formed by referring to the assembly operation specification corresponding to the functional position code under each process module according to the target MBOM structure.
In this embodiment, the building module of the material manufacturing structure builds a material manufacturing list structure according to the functional position information and the initial part data, so as to obtain a target material manufacturing list structure; and the initial assembly file creation module is matched with a preset assembly operation standard file according to the target manufacturing bill of materials structure and the function position information so as to obtain the initial assembly file. The object manufacturing bill of materials structure adopts the functional position information as the tie, and is built based on the EBOM as the data source, so that errors in the data conversion process are avoided, and the construction efficiency is improved.
Furthermore, it should be noted that, in this document, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or system that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or system. From the above description of the embodiments, it will be clear to those skilled in the art that the above-described embodiment method may be implemented by means of software plus a necessary general hardware platform, but of course may also be implemented by means of hardware, but in many cases the former is a preferred embodiment. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied essentially or in a part contributing to the prior art in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium (e.g. Read Only Memory)/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) and including several instructions for causing a terminal device (which may be a mobile phone, a computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to perform the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.

the process file processing module is as follows: the method comprises the steps of acquiring initial part data, and processing the initial part data to obtain functional position information, wherein the initial part data refers to relevant information data of all parts of a target vehicle to be assembled;
the intermediate database module: the data matching is carried out through a preset process file template according to the functional position information and the initial part data so as to obtain an initial assembly file;
the assembly file creation module: the function position information and the initial assembly file are integrated to obtain a target assembly file;
wherein, the technology file processing module comprises: the data acquisition module and the data identification module;
the data acquisition module is used for: the method comprises the steps of acquiring whole vehicle material information, and acquiring corresponding initial part data according to the whole vehicle material information data;
the data identification module: the method comprises the steps of analyzing and identifying initial part data to obtain functional position information in the initial part data;
wherein, the data identification module includes: the function description identification module and the function code matching module;
the function description identification module: the method comprises the steps of identifying initial part data to obtain a functional position description in the initial part data;
the functional code matching module is used for: the initial part data are subjected to coding matching according to the function position description so as to obtain a function position code corresponding to the function position description, and the function position description and the function position code are used as function position information;
wherein the intermediate database module comprises: manufacturing a material structure building module and an initial assembly file building module;
the material manufacturing structure building module comprises: the method comprises the steps of carrying out construction of a manufacturing bill of materials structure according to the functional position information and the initial part data so as to obtain a target manufacturing bill of materials structure;
the initial assembly file creation module: and the function position information is matched with a preset assembly operation specification file according to the target manufacturing bill of materials structure, so as to obtain the initial assembly file.
2. The assembly file creation system of claim 1, wherein the manufacturing material structure building module comprises: the information definition module and the structure building module;
the information definition module: the method comprises the steps of defining corresponding process route information, station information and storehouse information in initial part data according to the functional position information;

the assembly file creation module integrates the function position information and the initial assembly file to obtain a target assembly file;
