Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of biology, and discloses a method for performing online control on wheat straw pulping by using a fitting equation, which comprises the following steps: changing technological parameters in the pulping process to obtain different pulping degrees; simultaneously measuring the contents of reducing sugar and soluble solid; fitting the content of reducing sugar and the numerical value of the beating degree to establish a fitting equation 1; or fitting the content of the soluble solid matter and the numerical value of the beating degree to establish a fitting equation 2; and (3) testing the content of reducing sugar or soluble solid in the slurry to be tested, and predicting the beating degree by utilizing a fitting equation 1 or a fitting equation 2. The method has the advantages that the content of the reducing sugar and the content of the soluble solid matter are utilized to establish a fitting equation, the content of the reducing sugar and the content of the soluble solid matter are utilized to reflect the beating degree of the pulping, the performance in the pulping process can be rapidly detected, the pulping efficiency is improved, the online control of the pulping process is realized, and the manpower consumption is reduced.

The enzyme preparation is used for treating the pulping raw materials, the reaction process is simple and controllable, and the performance indexes for industrially judging whether the paper pulp can be used for papermaking are many, including: freeness, tensile index, tear index, folding endurance, whiteness, and brightness, among others. However, the inventor finds that: in actual production, because the method for testing the beating degree is relatively complicated, the rapid detection and the on-line control of the beating degree in the pulping process are difficult to realize, and the labor consumption is large.

In a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a system for performing online control of wheat straw pulping by using a fitting equation, comprising:
the test module is used for testing different pulping degrees, reducing sugar contents and soluble solid contents which are obtained under different process parameters in the pulping process;
the first fitting module is used for fitting the content of reducing sugar and the numerical value of the beating degree to establish a fitting equation 1;
and/or a second fitting module for fitting the content of the soluble solid matter and the numerical value of the beating degree to establish a fitting equation 2;
and the prediction module is used for testing the content of reducing sugar or soluble solid in the slurry to be tested, and predicting the beating degree by utilizing a fitting equation 1 or a fitting equation 2.
In a third aspect of the present invention, a controller for performing online control of wheat straw pulping by using a fitting equation is provided, and the controller is configured to execute the steps of any one of the above-mentioned methods for performing online control of wheat straw pulping by using a fitting equation, and based on the determined operational parameters of the methods.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) according to the invention, a fitting equation is established by utilizing the content of the reducing sugar and the content of the soluble solid matter and the beating degree, and the beating degree of the pulping is reflected by utilizing the content of the reducing sugar and the content of the soluble solid matter, so that the performance in the pulping process can be rapidly detected, the pulping efficiency is improved, the online control of the pulping process is realized, and the consumption of manpower is reduced. Meanwhile, an idea is provided for detecting and controlling other properties of the pulp.
(2) The operation method is simple, low in cost, universal and easy for large-scale production.

Example 1:
(1) placing the naturally air-dried wheat straws and water in a water bath according to the ratio of 1:8 for 2h to carry out swelling treatment;
(2) adding 1.5% potassium hydroxide (KOH) solution for treatment, standing for 1h, and adjusting pH to neutral with phosphoric acid solution;
(3) under a neutral condition, adding a mixed solution of xylanase and pectinase at 80 ℃, wherein the adding ratio of the xylanase to the pectinase is 1:1, the adding amount is 10U/g absolute dry pulp, and reacting for 30 min;
(4) the treated sample was ground by a refiner at a number of revolutions set at 3000 r.

or fitting the content of the soluble solid matter and the numerical value of the beating degree to establish a fitting equation 2;
and (3) testing the content of reducing sugar or soluble solid in the slurry to be tested, and predicting the beating degree by utilizing a fitting equation 1 or a fitting equation 2.
2. The method for performing wheat straw pulping on-line control by using a fitting equation as claimed in claim 1, wherein the process parameters comprise: the number of grinding revolutions, the using amount of KOH and the proportion of the wheat straws and the water.

The method for performing online control on wheat straw pulping by using the fitting equation as claimed in claim 1, wherein the wheat straw is used as a raw material, and the swelling, the alkali solution treatment, the compound biological enzyme preparation treatment and the pulp grinding are sequentially performed to obtain the paper pulp.
