Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of biology, and relates to a pulping mode for wheat straw pulping at normal temperature and normal pressure by using biological enzyme.
Background
The information in this background section is only for enhancement of understanding of the general background of the invention and is not necessarily to be construed as an admission or any form of suggestion that this information forms the prior art that is already known to a person of ordinary skill in the art.
The paper making industry faces worldwide problems of energy shortage, large environmental pressure, shortage of paper making raw materials and the like, and needs to be reformed and transformed urgently. In modern times, papermaking raw materials mainly comprise wood, but wood resources in China are in shortage gradually, and in recent years, wood resources increasingly depend on import, so that other papermaking materials are required to be quickly searched for to replace wood so as to avoid uncontrolled forest cutting and the following ecological problems. The pollution of pulping by non-wood fiber raw materials is serious compared with the pollution of wood fiber raw materials, the waste liquid obtained by pulping by the non-wood fiber raw materials is generally recycled by an alkaline method, and some substances which can be recycled in the waste liquid are recycled. However, "pollution is treated before treatment" is not a good solution, and both treatment cost and manpower and material resources are huge pressure for small-scale paper mills, so that the problems need to be solved fundamentally, the pulping process is improved, and waste liquid pollution is reduced as much as possible, which has important significance for environmental protection and human development.
Mechanical pulping and chemical pulping are two commonly used pulping modes in the pulping and papermaking industry, and the two pulping modes are often used in combination. Mechanical pulping has a relatively high energy consumption, and therefore, there is a continuing need for pulping methods that can effectively reduce energy consumption. In addition, the addition of chemical agents in the chemical pulping process causes the emission of many toxic substances in the nature, and the toxic substances are extremely harmful to animals and human beings.
The biological enzyme preparation has the advantages of mild reaction conditions and high reaction efficiency, and can achieve the purposes of saving resources and reducing pulping energy consumption in the pulping and papermaking industry. In addition, the addition of enzymes in the biological pulping process can increase the brightness of the pulp to a certain extent and improve the strength performance of the pulp. In a word, the enzyme preparation is utilized to treat the pulping raw material, the reaction process is simple and controllable, the change of temperature and pH value can not generate great influence on the polymerization degree of cellulose, the production cost is higher, and the possibility of putting into production is higher on the whole.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems of environmental pollution and high energy consumption of chemical mechanical pulping, the invention establishes a pulping mode under the conditions of normal temperature and normal pressure according to the actual situation, and the pulping mode has the advantages that: the addition amount of chemical agents is reduced, so that the emission of harmful substances is reduced; meanwhile, the energy consumption of pulping is reduced due to the addition of the enzyme.
In order to achieve the technical purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

carrying out swelling treatment on the wheat straws;
treating the wheat straw subjected to swelling treatment in an alkaline solution, and then adjusting the pH value to be neutral;
and (3) under a neutral condition, carrying out enzyme treatment and pulping on the pulp subjected to the alkaline solution treatment by adopting a mixed solution of xylanase and pectinase.
Research and development find that: under the conditions of normal temperature, normal pressure and neutrality, the combined process of swelling, KOH treatment and enzyme treatment is adopted for pulping, and the method has certain application value for reducing pulping pollution and pulping energy consumption.
In a second aspect of the invention, there is provided a pulp prepared by any of the above methods.
In a third aspect of the invention, the application of the mixture of xylanase and pectinase in wheat straw pulping is provided.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the pulping mode of the invention takes the agricultural waste, namely the wheat straw, as the main raw material, has important significance for recycling of biomass resources, and the xylanase and the pectinase are used for combined treatment, so that the consumption of chemical reagents is reduced, and the pulping energy consumption is reduced; meanwhile, the cooking process of the raw materials is cancelled, and the target beating degree can be obtained under the conditions of normal temperature and normal pressure.
(2) The operation method is simple, low in cost, universal and easy for large-scale production.
Detailed Description
It is to be understood that the following detailed description is exemplary and is intended to provide further explanation of the invention as claimed. Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs.
It is noted that the terminology used herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of exemplary embodiments according to the invention. As used herein, the singular forms "a", "an" and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, and it should be understood that when the terms "comprises" and/or "comprising" are used in this specification, they specify the presence of stated features, steps, operations, devices, components, and/or combinations thereof, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
Interpretation of terms
The "number of revolutions" in the present invention means: total number of revolutions of the refining process.
A method for pulping wheat straw by using xylanase and pectinase comprises the following steps:
(1) placing the naturally air-dried wheat straws and water in a water bath kettle according to the proportion of 1:8 for swelling treatment for 2 hours;
(2) adding 1.5% potassium hydroxide (KOH) solution for treatment, standing for 1h, and adjusting pH to neutral with phosphoric acid solution;
(3) under the neutral condition, adding mixed liquor of xylanase and pectinase at a proper temperature, wherein the addition amount is 10U/g absolute dry pulp respectively, and reacting for 30 min;
(4) the treated sample was ground by a refiner at a number of revolutions set at 3000 r.
The above is only a preliminary determination of the process path, and the parameters in the process flow can be adjusted appropriately.
In some embodiments, the swelling treatment is a volume ratio of wheat straw to water of 1: 6-10, preferably 1: 8.
swelling is an important process for pulping. In the swelling process, hydroxyl contained in cellulose and hemicellulose in the wheat straws and water molecules act, and the water molecules enter an amorphous region of the cellulose and form hydrogen bonds with adsorbed water molecules, which is caused by the characteristic that the amorphous region is relatively irregular and is easy to adsorb the water molecules. The space between cellulose molecular chains is enlarged during swelling, the specific volume and the specific surface area of the cellulose are increased, the fiber diameter is enlarged, and the fiber is deformed, thereby being beneficial to subsequent pulping.
In some embodiments, the swelling treatment time is 1 to 3 hours, preferably 2 hours.
In some embodiments, the alkaline solution is a potassium hydroxide solution, preferably, the potassium hydroxide solution has a molar concentration of 1.5 percent. KOH ionizes in water to form K + And OH - ,OH - At a higher temperature, the lignin molecules act on the phenolic structure of the lignin molecules to break ct-aromatic ether bonds (X-alkyl bonds) in the lignin molecules, and also break P-aromatic ether bonds and methyl aryl ether bonds in the non-phenolic structure, so that the lignin molecules are reduced, and hydrophilic groups are introduced into the smaller lignin molecules to dissolve the lignin into the pulp, so that the lignin is separated from fibers.
In some embodiments, the treatment time in the alkaline solution is 0.8 to 1.2 hours, preferably 1 hour.
In some embodiments, the total amount of xylanase used in the mixture of xylanase and pectinase is 10U/g oven dried pulp, and the ratio of xylanase to pectinase is 1:1 to 2.
In some embodiments, the time of the enzyme treatment is 20-40 min, preferably 30 min.
In some embodiments, the number of refining revolutions is 2500 to 3000r, preferably 2500r or 2850 r.
