Abstract
The invention provides an intelligent detection early warning system for a junction box of a solar cell module, which comprises a detection box and a control processor, wherein a detection element is arranged in the detection box, and the detection box is arranged on the inner wall of the corresponding junction box and is used for detecting various data in the junction box and transmitting the detected data to the control processor; the control processor is fixed on the outer wall of the corresponding junction box and comprises a classification detection module, a data detection module, a power-off control module and an early warning system, and the power-off control module is connected with the master control unit of the junction box and used for sending a power-off instruction to the master control unit; the classification detection module is used for receiving detection data transmitted by the detection element, classifying the detection data and transmitting the detection data to the corresponding data detection module for processing, the data detection module compares the corresponding detection data with a preset value, and starts the early warning system to give an alarm according to a detection result or performs power-off protection on the junction box through the power-off control module.

The invention aims to provide an intelligent detection early warning system for a junction box of a solar cell module, which is used for detecting the junction box and giving an alarm for abnormity, has high safety and reduces the space occupation in the junction box.

The data detection module comprises a temperature detection module and a humidity detection module which are respectively used for receiving temperature data and humidity data transmitted from the classification detection module, the temperature detection module and the humidity detection module are both connected with the early warning system, and when the humidity data exceeds a preset value, the early warning system is started to give an alarm; the temperature detection module is further connected with the power-off control module, the temperature detection module compares the temperature data with a set value, when the temperature data exceeds the preset value, the early warning system is started to give an alarm, when the temperature data exceeds a set multiple of the preset value, in the embodiment, the set multiple is 2 times, and at the moment, the power-off control module is started to send a power-off instruction to the master control unit of the junction box 3 so as to perform power-off protection on the junction box 3.
The early warning system comprises an early warning indicator lamp 5, a buzzer 6 and a terminal transmission module, wherein the early warning indicator lamp 5 comprises a temperature indicator lamp and a humidity indicator lamp and is respectively connected with a temperature detection module and a humidity detection module, and the early warning indicator lamp 5 is arranged on the outer wall of the control processor 2; the terminal transmission module is connected with the terminal equipment and used for transmitting the alarm information to the terminal equipment.
