As shown in fig. 1, a turntable support 400 is generally installed in an inner cavity of an existing microwave cooking appliance (such as a microwave oven) and is used for connecting a rotary power source of the inner cavity of the microwave cooking appliance, the rotary power source generally adopts various matched motors, the motor has a function of driving rotation, after the turntable support 400 is connected with an output end of the motor, the turntable support 400 can be driven by the motor to rotate around a fixed axis in the inner cavity of the microwave cooking appliance, at this time, a glass turntable 700 is placed on the turntable support 400, the glass turntable 700 is positioned and installed, and the glass turntable 700 can be indirectly driven by the turntable support 400, which is the function of the turntable support 400. The glass rotary table 700 is detachably positioned with the rotary table support 400, and the glass rotary table 700 can be taken out or put in at will.
Research shows that the heating function of the microwave cooking appliance can completely realize multiple functions of cooking, drying, crisping, sauce making and the like, only the existing microwave cooking appliance is a heat turning and heating tool in people cognition, and some potential functions of the microwave cooking appliance are not completely excavated. The present application provides a culinary art subassembly that supplies microwave cooking utensil to use is just fine to have used the current structure of carousel support 400 in the microwave cooking utensil to at least improvement provides the most convenient operation mode for the user, and then combines microwave cooking utensil's heating function, the function of integrated fried dish in microwave cooking utensil, specifically as follows.
As shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, the cooking assembly of the microwave cooking appliance provided in this embodiment includes a stirring assembly, the stirring assembly includes a stirring pan 100, and a connecting hole 110 is formed in the center of the bottom of the stirring pan 100; the stirring assembly further comprises a connecting member 200 disposed in the connecting hole 110; the top end of the connecting piece 200 is provided with a connecting part 210, and the bottom end is provided with a positioning part 220; the stirring assembly further comprises a stirring blade 300 connected with the connecting part 210; the cooking assembly further comprises a turntable support 400, and the positioning part 220 is positioned on the turntable support 400 and used for being indirectly connected with a rotary power source of the inner cavity of the microwave cooking appliance. The microwave cooking appliance may include any appliance that performs heating by using a microwave function, such as a microwave oven, and is not limited herein.
In fact, the cooking assembly has only three components, that is, the mixing pot 100, the mixing blade 300 and the connecting member 200, wherein the turntable support 400 used in cooperation with the cooking assembly can be provided separately and integrally assembled with the cooking assembly, and the turntable support 400 used for assembling the glass turntable 700 in the original microwave cooking appliance can be directly utilized, as long as the structure of the connecting member 200 for positioning and assembling with the turntable support 400 can be matched with each other, that is, the connecting member 210 of the connecting member 200 has the same positioning structure as the glass turntable 700, and the turntable support 400 matched with the glass turntable 700 can be adapted, and at this time, the cooking assembly can be completely and directly utilized for positioning and assembling the turntable support 400 in the original microwave cooking appliance and the inner cavity of the microwave cooking appliance.
For the relative disassembly and assembly of the cooking assembly, it is first required that the matching turntable support 400 can be installed in the inner cavity of the microwave cooking appliance, and form a relative-driving assembly structure with a rotary power source, such as a motor, in the inner cavity of the microwave cooking appliance for driving the glass turntable 700 or the stirring blade 300 to rotate. Then, the turntable support 400 can be installed in the inner cavity of the microwave cooking appliance all the time, and can be disassembled if not necessary. In cooperation with it, the connecting piece 200 can penetrate through the connecting hole 110, enter into the inner cavity of the mixing pan 100, and form a connection with the mixing blade 300 in the inner cavity of the mixing pan 100, at this time, the assembly of the mixing pan 100, the mixing blade 300 and the connecting piece 200 can be completed, if a user needs to use the cooking function of the microwave cooking appliance, the mixing pan 100 assembled with the mixing blade 300 and the connecting piece 200 can be directly placed into the inner cavity of the microwave cooking appliance, the positioning part 220 of the connecting piece 200 and the turntable support 400 form a relative positioning, when the turntable support 400 is driven by the rotary power source to rotate, the connecting piece 200 and the mixing blade 300 can be indirectly driven to rotate, the cooking function can be implemented by using the mixing pan 100 along with the rotation of the mixing blade 300, and the function of the microwave cooking appliance is dug more deeply.
When a user wants to reuse the heating function of the microwave cooking appliance, the user can directly take out the mixing pot 100 with the mixing blade 300 and the connecting member 200 assembled from the inner cavity of the microwave cooking appliance, and when the mixing pot is taken out, the positioning portion 220 of the connecting member 200 and the turntable support 400 are only relatively positioned and assembled, and complex connection and assembly are not formed, so that complex disassembly operation is not required, and only the mixing pot 100 needs to be directly separated from the turntable support 400 and then taken out of the inner cavity of the microwave cooking appliance. In this case, the glass turntable 700 of the microwave cooking appliance may be positioned and mounted on the turntable support 400 by using the same positioning structure. Therefore, the turntable support 400 can be reused when the microwave cooking appliance realizes a heating or cooking function, and the stirring pan 100 and the glass turntable 700 become matched components of the microwave cooking appliance in a scene of implementing different functions.
Therefore, because this culinary art subassembly is not only less in the quantity of part structure, and this culinary art subassembly is also very succinct in the design philosophy of relative positioning assembly with microwave cooking utensil, so to the user, with this culinary art subassembly not only itself dismantlement and assembly very simple, easy to operate, when this culinary art subassembly assembles and dismantles for microwave cooking utensil, embodied the convenience and the ease of operation more moreover.
Further, as shown in fig. 4 to fig. 6, the positioning portion 220 is a positioning protrusion, and the turntable support 400 is provided with a positioning groove or a positioning hole 410. At this time, the positioning protrusion can be inserted into the positioning groove or the positioning hole 410, so that the mixing pan 100 is mounted on the turntable support 400 and then forms a positioning assembly with the turntable support 400, wherein the positioning assembly should be understood that the mixing pan 100 or the connecting member 200 forms a relative positioning with the turntable support 400, and based on the positioning structure, the mixing blade 300 can be driven to rotate synchronously when the turntable support 400 rotates.
At this time, although the connecting member 200 on the mixing pan 100 is in physical contact or connection with the turntable support 400, it is not necessarily required that the connecting member 200 of the mixing pan 100 and the turntable support 400 are in close or relative connection which is not easy to separate, and just after the connecting member 200 of the mixing pan 100 and the turntable support 400 are positioned and assembled, the positioning between the two is more concerned, and the relative connection between the two is weakened as far as possible under the sufficient positioning effect, so that an assembling structure which is convenient to detach and install can be provided for a user.
For example, in the relative positioning structure formed by the positioning protrusion and the positioning groove or the positioning hole 410, the positioning protrusion only needs to be inserted into the positioning groove or the positioning hole 410, the stirring pan 100 does not loosen during the rotation of the stirring blade 300 due to the gravity, and a very tight structure does not need to be formed between the positioning protrusion and the positioning groove or the positioning hole 410, and only needs to ensure that the stirring blade 300 can be driven to rotate synchronously when the turntable support 400 rotates.
Further, as shown in fig. 4 to 6, the positioning protrusion includes a plate 221 and at least two bosses 222 disposed on the plate 221, and the number of the positioning grooves or the positioning holes is at least two. At this time, the positioning protrusion may be further defined as a plate 221 having a plurality of protrusions 222, the number of the protrusions 222 may be three, four or more, and after the plurality of protrusions 222 are respectively inserted into the plurality of positioning grooves or positioning holes 410, the plurality of protrusions 222 may disperse the acting force between the entire stirring pan 100 and the turntable support 400, so as to ensure that the turntable support 400 can stably and effectively drive the stirring vanes 300 to rotate.
Further, with continued reference to fig. 4, the plate 221 is a circular plate, and at least two bosses 222 are circumferentially disposed on the circular plate. At this time, the plurality of protrusions 222 not only can disperse the acting force between the whole mixing pan 100 and the turntable support 400, but also better adapt to the rotation track of the mixing blade 300, the connecting member 200 and the turntable support 400 because the plurality of protrusions 222 are arranged along the circumferential direction of the original plate, and uniformly disperse the protrusions 222 and the positioning grooves or holes 410 in the direction of the rotation track, which helps the overall stability of the mixing blade 300 during the mixing process.
Further, referring to fig. 8, in order to provide a more sanitary cooking effect for the mixing pan 100, a raised portion 120 raised upward is formed at the center of the bottom of the mixing pan 100, and the connection hole 110 is opened at the center of the top of the raised portion 120. Based on the structure of the raised portion 120 formed in the inner cavity of the mixing pot 100, at least the position of the connecting hole 110 formed in the raised portion 120 is raised in height in the inner cavity of the mixing pot 100, at this time, after the food material required for cooking is put into the inner cavity of the mixing pot 100, the food material will fall to the bottom of the inner cavity of the mixing pot 100 due to gravity, and under the condition that the amount of the food material is not fully full, the height of the food material will not substantially exceed the height of the connecting hole 110, which is the case for the food material in a solid state, and is also the case for various ingredients in a liquid state, such as soy sauce, vinegar, edible oil, and the like. Based on rising (being higher than edible material and batching) in the connecting hole 110 position, even if utilize microwave cooking utensil to fry the in-process of dish, stirring leaf 300 carries out lasting stir-fry of turning over to eating the material, carries out violent stir-fry of turning over even, and it can not form easily to reveal from connecting hole 110 with the batching yet, if set up corresponding sealing material in connecting hole 110, this can stop agitator kettle 100 more completely and fry the problem of revealing in the middle of the dish, the effectual health and the cleanness of the inner chamber of microwave cooking utensil of having guaranteed.
As shown in fig. 8, when the raised portion 120 is raised upward in the inner cavity of the mixing pan 100, the projected area of the raised portion 120 on the bottom surface of the inner cavity of the mixing pan 100 may only occupy a part of the area of the bottom surface of the inner cavity of the mixing pan 100, or may even completely occupy the entire area of the bottom surface of the inner cavity of the mixing pan 100, that is, the bottom surface of the inner cavity of the mixing pan 100 only has a part of the area raised upward to form the raised portion 120, or may even be the entire area of the bottom surface of the inner cavity of the mixing pan 100 raised upward to form the raised portion 120.
As shown in fig. 8, when the bottom surface of the inner cavity of the mixing pot 100 is partially raised, the bottom surface of the mixing pot 100 actually has other bottom surface regions except for the raised portion 120, and after the food material is put into the inner cavity of the mixing pot 100, the food material is basically scattered in the other bottom surface regions except for the raised portion 120, and a significant difference in height is directly formed between the food material and the connecting hole 110.
Of course, when the entire area of the bottom surface of the inner cavity of the mixing pot 100 is raised, if the raised portion 120 has an inclined surface, the inclined surface can also form an area capable of containing food, for example, further, in the forming structure of the raised portion 120, the height of the raised portion 120 is gradually reduced from the top center of the raised portion 120 to the bottom circumferential edge of the raised portion 120. At this time, the gradually changing surface structure of the raised portion 120 from the top to the bottom allows the raised portion 120 to be formed and simultaneously forms a region capable of containing food materials in the inner cavity of the mixing pot 100, and based on the surface structure of the raised portion 120, the higher the height in the inner cavity of the mixing pot 100 is, the larger the space formed in the inner cavity for containing food materials is, and at this time, even if the whole region of the bottom surface of the inner cavity of the mixing pot 100 is raised and the raised portion 120 is formed, the containing of food materials is not affected.
In addition, further to the surface structure of the protrusion 120, the outer wall of the protrusion 120 is a smooth curved surface, which can effectively reduce the obstruction to the food material, and the food material can follow the smooth curved surface while being stirred by the stirring blade 300, so that the food material can fall down more easily and rotate around the protrusion 120 in the circumferential direction more easily. In this regard, a person skilled in the art may set the specific structure of the stirring pan 100 according to actual needs, and is not limited herein.
Further, as for the shape of the mixing pan 100, the mixing pan 100 is not limited to pan body structures of various shapes as long as the pan body structure of the mixing pan 100 can be suitable for frying dishes and can be placed in the inner cavity of the microwave cooking appliance, and as shown in fig. 8, in one embodiment, the mixing pan 100 is a round pan, the raised portion 120 is uniformly raised upward along the central axis of the round pan, and the connecting hole 110 and the connecting member 200 are disposed along the central axis of the round pan.
