Presetting acidizing fluid in acidizing fluid case 1 is inside, start rear side control motor 11 and open pneumatic valve 4, start suction pump 3 again, suction pump 3 circulates the acidizing fluid in acidizing fluid case 1, utilizes acidizing fluid to wash the clearance in suction pump 3's inside, clears away the inside incrustation scale of suction pump 3, when acidizing fluid flows through filtering cotton block 1204, can intercept the incrustation scale and collect, pull down plug bush 13 and take out interior mounting bracket 12 and can clear up the change.
After the completion of the pickling, the water suction pump 3 is stopped, the two groups of air valves 4 on the front side are opened, the two groups of air valves 4 on the rear side are closed, the water suction pump 3 is started after the electromagnetic valve 8 at the bottom of the discharge tee joint 6 is started, the residual acid liquid in the water suction pump 3 is discharged into the storage box 5 in advance in the water suction process of the water suction pump 3, the electromagnetic valve 8 at the bottom of the discharge tee joint 6 is closed after the discharge amount is calculated through the flowmeter 7, and the electromagnetic valve 8 on the front side of the discharge tee joint 6 is started to realize normal operation.

1. A self-cleaning maintenance intelligent pump and a use method thereof are characterized in that the self-cleaning maintenance intelligent pump comprises:
the acid tank is characterized in that an acid outlet and an acid return port are integrally formed at two ends of the rear side of the acid tank, a filter bin is integrally formed at the front side of the joint of the acid return port and the acid tank, and an inner mounting frame is arranged in the filter bin;
the water suction pump is fixedly arranged in the middle of the top of the acid liquid tank, and two groups of control seats are fixedly arranged at the tops of two sides of the bottom of the water suction pump; a sliding seat is integrally arranged at the front end of the acid liquid tank, a containing box is arranged at the top of the sliding seat in a sliding manner, a check valve is connected and arranged at the top of the containing box, and a threaded sealing plug is arranged on one side of the containing box;
two ends of the water suction pump are respectively connected with a discharge tee joint and a discharge tee joint, and the outer ends of the discharge tee joint and the discharge tee joint are respectively connected with an air valve;
the front ends of the acid outlet and the acid return port are provided with single-port flanges which are communicated with the two groups of gas valves at the rear side; and the front end of the single-port flange on the front side of the discharge tee joint is connected with a discharge tee joint.
2. A self-cleaning maintenance smart pump as recited in claim 1, wherein said acid tank further comprises:
the top parts of two sides of the filtering bin are integrally provided with two groups of side sliding strips, and the outer sides of the side sliding strips are slidably provided with plug bushes;
the front end of the filter bin is integrally provided with a lug;
the spring rod A is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the one-way locking block, and the spring is sleeved at the bottom of the spring rod A and penetrates through the convex block to be fixedly provided with the stop ring.

the main body of the control seat is of a U-shaped hollow structure, and the middle of the top of the control seat is connected with the air control piston;
the top of the control seat is fixedly provided with two groups of guide rods, and the top of each guide rod is fixedly provided with an L-shaped top frame;
the outer side of the guide rod is provided with a lifting frame in a sliding manner;
the lead screw is rotatably arranged between the L-shaped top frame and the control seat and is in threaded connection with the lifting frame.
