The embodiment of the invention also provides an installation method of the residential grade-falling ceiling, which is the residential grade-falling ceiling and comprises the following steps: paying off and positioning the top wall, and fixing the keel assembly on the top wall; hanging the rear bearing assembly on the keel assembly; assembling the panels into a whole through a plurality of splicing assemblies, and lifting the whole to enable the at least one row of hanging pieces of each panel to be hung on the keel assembly; hanging the top end of the vertical frame plate at one end, close to one side wall body, of the panel close to the one side wall body through the hanging component; arranging a lamp strip in the lamp groove of the lamp groove plate of the lamp groove line, lifting the lamp groove line and fixedly connecting the lamp groove line with the bottom end of the vertical frame plate; inserting and connecting the other end of the side hanging plate with the edge folding line, lifting the side hanging plate upwards, inserting and connecting one end of the side hanging plate to the lamp slot line, and fixing the edge folding line on the wall body on one side; and the curtain box is hung on the splicing component between the panel next to the wall body on the other side and the adjacent panel.
The house falling-level ceiling provided by the embodiment of the invention is fixed on a top wall through the keel component, and the rear bearing component is hung on the keel component to facilitate the integration of a rear structure; the multiple panels are assembled into a whole through the splicing assembly, then the whole is lifted up, so that at least one row of hanging pieces of each panel can be hung on the keel assembly, the top end of the vertical frame plate is connected with one end, close to one side wall body, of the panel close to one side wall body through the hanging assembly, the bottom end of the vertical frame plate is fixedly connected with the light trough line, one end of the side hanging plate is inserted into the light trough line, the other end of the hanging plate is inserted into the edge folding line, and the assembly type installation of the drop-level ceiling is completed and the light trough structure is integrated; the curtain box is hung on the splicing component between the panel close to the wall body on the other side and the adjacent panel, so that the integrated curtain box is realized; the assembled drop ceiling is simple in structure and convenient to install, integrates structures such as a curtain box, a lamp groove and a rear bearing assembly, and is rich in functions.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, shall fall within the scope of protection of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1-3, 7, and 8, embodiments of the present invention provide a residential drop ceiling 10 comprising: the curtain rod comprises a keel assembly 100, a plurality of panels 200, a plurality of splicing assemblies 300, a rear bearing assembly 400, a vertical frame plate 500, a hanging assembly 600, a light trough line 700, a side hanging plate 800, a side folding line 900 and a curtain box 1000.
The keel assembly 100 is secured to a top wall 1100 for lifting the panel 200.
The top surface of each panel 200 is fixedly connected with at least one row of hanging pieces 1200, the panels 200 are assembled into a whole through the splicing assembly 300 between two adjacent panels 200, any two adjacent panels 200 in the panels 200 are assembled and connected through the splicing assembly 300, and the whole body is lifted up, so that the at least one row of hanging pieces 1200 of each panel 200 is hung on the keel assembly 100.
The rear bearing assembly 400 is hung on the keel assembly 100 and located above the panel 200, the hanging piece 1200 staggered with the rear bearing assembly 400 is hung on the keel assembly 100 and located above the panel 200, after the rear bearing assembly 400 and the panel 200 are installed, nails are driven into the panel 200 from the lower side of the panel 200, penetrate through the panel 200 and are driven into the rear bearing assembly 400, and the rear bearing assembly 400 can be used for bearing and hoisting a rear structure, such as a lamp and the like.
The vertical frame plate 500 is vertically arranged, the top end of the vertical frame plate 500 is connected with one end, close to one side wall 1300, of the panel 200, close to the one side wall 1300, through the hanging assembly 600, the bottom end of the vertical frame plate 500 is fixedly connected with the light trough line 700, the light trough line 700 comprises a light trough plate 710, a light trough 711 for arranging light strips is formed in the light trough plate 710, the light strips are arranged in the light trough 711 before the light trough line 700 is installed, and then the light trough line 700 is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the vertical frame plate 500. The side hanging plate 800 is horizontally arranged, one end of the side hanging plate 800 is inserted into the light trough line 700, the other end of the side hanging plate 800 is inserted into the edge folding line 900, and the edge folding line 900 is fixed on the side wall 1300. The curtain rail 1000 is hung on the splicing assembly 300 between the panel 200 adjacent to the other wall 1400 and the adjacent panel 200.
The house drop-level ceiling 10 provided by the embodiment of the invention is fixed on a top wall 1100 through a keel assembly 100, and a rear bearing assembly 400 is hung on the keel assembly 100 so as to be convenient for integrating a rear structure; the plurality of panels 200 are assembled into a whole through the splicing assembly 300, then the whole is lifted up, so that at least one row of hanging pieces 1200 of each panel 200 can be hung on the keel assembly 100, the top end of the vertical frame plate 500 is connected with one end, close to the wall 1300 on one side, of the panel 200 close to the wall 1300 on one side through the hanging assembly 600, the bottom end of the vertical frame plate 500 is fixedly connected with the light trough line 700, one end of the side hanging plate 800 is inserted into the light trough line 700, the other end of the hanging plate 800 is inserted into the edge-closing line, and the assembly type installation of the drop ceiling is completed and the light trough structure is integrated; the curtain box 1000 is hung on the splicing component 300 between the panel 200 close to the wall 1400 on the other side and the adjacent panel 200, so that the integrated curtain box 1000 is realized; the assembled drop ceiling is simple in structure and convenient to install, integrates the structures of a curtain box 1000, a lamp groove 711, a rear bearing assembly 400 and the like, and is rich in functions.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 to 6, the keel assembly 100 includes a plurality of main keels 110 and a plurality of cross keels 120, and the main keels 110 include main keel bodies 111 and a plurality of hooking bodies 112 spaced apart from each other at the bottom of the main keel bodies 111. The hanging body 112 comprises a first vertical section 113, a first horizontal section 114 and a second vertical section 115, the top end of the first vertical section 113 is connected with the bottom of the main keel body 111, the bottom end of the first vertical section 113 is connected with one end of the first horizontal section 114, the other end of the first horizontal section 114 is connected with one side of the second vertical section 115, the top end and the bottom end of the second vertical section 115 respectively protrude out of the first horizontal section 114, and a groove body 116 is formed between the top end of the second vertical section 115 and the first horizontal section 114 and the first vertical section 113. The cross runner 120 includes a first vertical bar 121, a first horizontal bar 122, a second horizontal bar 123, a first hemmed bar 124 and a second hemmed bar 125, wherein the top end of the first vertical bar 121 is connected to one end of the first horizontal bar 122, the bottom end of the first vertical bar 121 is connected to one end of the second horizontal bar 123, the other end of the first horizontal bar 122 is connected to the top end of the first hemmed bar 124, and the other end of the second horizontal bar 123 is connected to the bottom end of the second hemmed bar 125. The main keels 110 are arranged between the one side wall 1300 and the other side wall 1400 at intervals, main keel bodies 111 of the main keels 110 are perpendicular to the one side wall 1300 and the other side wall 1400, and the main keel bodies 111 of the main keels 110 are fixed to the top wall 700 through expansion bolts 1500; the multiple cross runners 120 are perpendicular to the main runner bodies 111 of the multiple main runners 110 and are respectively hung on the multiple rows of hanging bodies 112 opposite to the multiple main runners 110, the first horizontal bar 122 is supported at the top end of the second vertical section 115, the first vertical bar 121 is located on one side of the second vertical section 115 far away from the first vertical section 113, and the first curling bar 124 is accommodated in the groove 116. In this embodiment, the keel assembly 100 has a stable and reliable structure, and is convenient for hoisting the whole assembled by the rear bearing assembly 400 and the panel 200.
As a preferred implementation of the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9 to 11, the plurality of splicing assemblies 300 includes a first splicing assembly 310, and the first splicing assembly 310 is used for splicing the panel 200 adjacent to the other side wall 1400 and the adjacent panel 200. The first splicing component 310 comprises a first splicing line 311 and two rows of first clamping pieces 312, the first splicing line 311 comprises a third horizontal bar 313 and a fourth horizontal bar 314 which are arranged at an interval from top to bottom, the middle parts of the third horizontal bar 313 and the fourth horizontal bar 314 are connected through a second vertical bar 315 and a third vertical bar 316 which are arranged at an interval, the third horizontal bar 313, the second vertical bar 315 and the fourth horizontal bar 314 enclose a first inserting groove 317, the third horizontal bar 313, the third vertical bar 316 and the fourth horizontal bar 314 enclose a second inserting groove 318, the first splicing line 311 further comprises a fourth vertical bar 319, a first hooking bar 320, a fifth vertical bar 321 and a second hooking bar 322, the top end of the fourth vertical bar 319 is connected with one end of the fourth horizontal bar 314, the top end of the fifth vertical bar 321 is connected with the other end of the fourth horizontal bar 314, the first hooking strip 320 is connected with the bottom end of the fourth vertical strip 319 and is located on one side of the fourth vertical strip 319 far away from the fifth vertical strip 321, the second hooking strip 322 is connected with the bottom end of the fifth vertical strip 321 and is located on one side of the fifth vertical strip 321 far away from the fourth vertical strip 319, the end portions, adjacent to the panel 200 of the wall 1400 on the other side, of the panel 200 adjacent to the panel 200 are respectively provided with a first protrusion 210 and a second protrusion 220, the first protrusion 210 and the second protrusion 220 are respectively matched and inserted into the first insertion groove 317 and the second insertion groove 318, the side surfaces, adjacent to the panel 200 of the wall 1400 on the other side and the panel 200 adjacent to the panel 200, below the first protrusion 210 and the second protrusion 220 are respectively attached to the fourth vertical strip 319 and the fifth vertical strip 321, the first hooking strip 320 and the second hooking strip 322 are respectively located adjacent to the panel 200 of the wall 1400 on the other side and the panel 1400 on the other side are respectively attached to the panel 200 of the wall 1400 And the panels 200 and the adjacent panels 200 are arranged below the two adjacent panels 200 and are respectively spaced from the panel 200 and the adjacent panel 200 which are positioned on the wall body 1400 at the other side. The first patchwork line 311 further comprises a sixth vertical strip 323, a fifth horizontal strip 324, a third hemmer strip 325, a seventh vertical strip 326, a sixth horizontal strip 327 and a fourth hemmer strip 328, wherein the bottom end of the sixth vertical strip 323 is connected with one end of the third horizontal strip 313, the top end of the sixth vertical strip 323 is connected with one end of the fifth horizontal strip 324, the other end of the fifth horizontal strip 324 is connected with the top end of the third hemmer strip 325, and the fifth horizontal strip 324, the third hemmer strip 325 and the third horizontal strip 313 are located on the same side of the sixth vertical strip 323; the bottom end of the seventh vertical bar 326 is connected to the other end of the third horizontal bar 313, the top end of the seventh vertical bar 326 is connected to one end of the sixth horizontal bar 327, the other end of the sixth horizontal bar 327 is connected to the top end of the fourth hembar 328, and the sixth horizontal bar 327, the fourth hembar 328 and the third horizontal bar 313 are located on the same side of the seventh vertical bar 326; the first clamping member 312 includes a first horizontal plate 329, a third vertical section 330, a second horizontal section 331, a fourth vertical section 332, and a first crimping section 333, wherein the bottom end of the third vertical section 330 is connected to the outer end of the first horizontal plate 329, the top end of the third vertical section 330 is connected to the inner end of the second horizontal section 331, the outer end of the second horizontal section 331 is connected to the top end of the fourth vertical section 332, and the bottom end of the fourth vertical section 332 is connected to the outer end of the first crimping section 333. The first horizontal plates 329 of the two rows of first fasteners 312 are respectively fixed on the top surfaces of the panel 200 adjacent to the other side wall 1400 and the adjacent ends of the panel 200 adjacent to the other side wall, the sixth vertical bar 323, the fifth horizontal bar 324 and the third hembar 325 are fastened between the third vertical section 330, the second horizontal section 331, the fourth vertical section 332 and the first hembar section 333 of one row of the first fasteners 312 on the panel 200 adjacent to the other side wall 1400, and the seventh vertical bar 326, the sixth horizontal bar 327 and the fourth hembar 328 are fastened between the third vertical section 330, the second horizontal section 331, the fourth vertical section 332 and the first hembar section 333 of the other row of the first fasteners 312 on the panel 200 adjacent to the panel 200 of the other side wall 1400. In this embodiment, the panel 200 adjacent to the other side wall 1400 is connected to the adjacent panel 200 in an assembling manner through the first splicing assembly 310, which not only can prevent the problem that the panel 200 has uneven splicing seams or gaps are enlarged due to thermal expansion and cold contraction, but also the first hooking strip 320 and the second hooking strip 322 of the first splicing assembly 310 are respectively located below the panel 200 adjacent to the other side wall 1400 and the adjacent panel 200 and are respectively spaced from the panel 200 adjacent to the other side wall 1400 and the adjacent panel 200, so as to facilitate hanging the curtain box 1000.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 9, the box for a curtain 1000 includes a bottom plate 1010, a first vertical plate 1020, a second vertical plate 1030, a first hanging bar 1040 and a second hanging bar 1050, bottom ends of the first vertical plate 1020 and the second vertical plate 1030 are respectively connected to both ends of the bottom plate 1010, the first hanging bar 1040 and the second hanging bar 1050 are respectively connected to inner sides of top ends of the first vertical plate 1020 and the second vertical plate 1030, and the first hanging bar 1040 and the second hanging bar 1050 are respectively hung to the first hanging bar 320 and the second hanging bar 322. In this embodiment, the curtain box 1000 is provided with the first and second hooking strips 1040 and 1050 located at the inner sides of the top ends of the first and second vertical plates 1020 and 1030, so that the first and second hooking strips 320 and 322 of the first splicing assembly 310 can be hooked, and the integrated structure of the curtain box 1000 is simple and the assembly is convenient.

The second horizontal plates 353 of the two rows of second fasteners 336 are respectively fixed on the top surfaces of the adjacent ends of two adjacent panels 200, the eleventh vertical bar 347, the eleventh horizontal bar 348 and the fifth hembar 349 are fastened between the fifth vertical section 354, the third horizontal section 355, the sixth vertical section 356 and the second hembar section 357 of one row of the second fasteners 336 on one panel 200 of the two adjacent panels 200, and the twelfth vertical bar 350, the twelfth horizontal bar 351 and the sixth hembar 352 are fastened between the fifth vertical section 354, the third horizontal section 355, the sixth vertical section 356 and the second hembar section 357 of the other row of the second fasteners 336 on the other panel 200 of the two adjacent panels 200. In this embodiment, except one adjacent to the other side wall 1400 in the panels 200, the other adjacent two panels 200 are connected by the second splicing assembly 334, so that the problems of uneven splicing seam formation or large gap and the like caused by expansion with heat and contraction with cold of the panels 200 can be prevented.
As a preferred implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the hanger 1200 includes a fourth horizontal segment 1210, a seventh vertical segment 1220, a fifth horizontal segment 1230 and a third hemming segment 1240, wherein the bottom end of the seventh vertical segment 1220 is connected to one end of the fourth horizontal segment 1210, the top end of the seventh vertical segment 1220 is connected to one end of the fifth horizontal segment 1230, the top end of the third hemming segment 1240 is connected to the other end of the fifth horizontal segment 1230, and the fourth horizontal segment 1210, the fifth horizontal segment 1230 and the third hemming segment 1240 are respectively located at two sides of the seventh vertical segment 1220. At least one strip-shaped groove 250 parallel to the furring channel 120 is formed in the top surface of each panel 200, the fourth horizontal section 1210 of at least one row of the hanging members 1200 is respectively embedded and bonded and fixed in the at least one strip-shaped groove 250, and a film can be coated on the bottom surface of each panel 200. As a preferred implementation of the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 15 and 16, the hitch assembly 600 includes a first hitch member 610 and a second hitch member 620; the first hanging member 610 includes a thirteenth horizontal bar 611, a thirteenth vertical bar 612, a fourteenth horizontal bar 613, a fourteenth vertical bar 614 and a fifteenth horizontal bar 615, one end of the thirteenth horizontal bar 611 is connected to the top end of the thirteenth vertical bar 612, the bottom end of the thirteenth vertical bar 612 is connected to one end of the fourteenth horizontal bar 613, the other end of the fourteenth horizontal bar 613 is connected to the top end of the fourteenth vertical bar 614, the bottom end of the fourteenth vertical bar 614 is connected to the middle portion of the fifteenth horizontal bar 615, the thirteenth horizontal bar 611 and the fourteenth horizontal bar 613 are located on the same side of the thirteenth vertical bar 612, and the thirteenth horizontal bar 611, the thirteenth vertical bar 612 and the fourteenth horizontal bar 613 enclose a fifth inserting groove 616. The second hanging member 620 includes a sixteenth horizontal bar 621 and a fifteenth vertical bar 622, and one end of the sixteenth horizontal bar 621 is connected to the top end of the fifteenth vertical bar 622. One side surface of the fifteenth vertical bar 622 is fixedly connected with the top end of one side surface of the vertical frame plate 500, the sixteenth horizontal bar 621 is arranged at an interval with the top end of the vertical frame plate 500, the sixteenth horizontal bar 621, the fifteenth vertical bar 622 and the top end of the vertical frame plate 500 enclose a sixth insertion groove 1600, and the fifteenth horizontal bar 615 at the other side of the fourteenth vertical bar 614 is inserted into the sixth insertion groove 1600 in a matching manner. In this embodiment, the end portion of the panel 200 close to the side wall 1300, is fixedly connected with the first hanging member 610, the top end of the vertical frame plate 500 is fixedly connected with the second hanging member 620, and the second hanging member 620 is connected to the first hanging member 610 in a hanging manner.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 17-19, the residential drop ceiling 10 further comprises a fourth horizontal plate 1700, a row of stile connectors 1800 and connecting profiles 1900; the light trough line 700 further comprises a third vertical plate 720, a fifth horizontal plate 730 and a sixth horizontal plate 740, the light trough plate 710, the fifth horizontal plate 730 and the sixth horizontal plate 740 are sequentially arranged from top to bottom at intervals and are connected with one side surface of the third vertical plate 720, and the fifth horizontal plate 730, the third vertical plate 720 and the sixth horizontal plate 740 enclose a seventh inserting groove 750. One end of the fourth horizontal plate 1700 abuts against one side surface of the third vertical plate 720, the other end of the fourth horizontal plate 1700 extends out of the fifth horizontal plate 730, the top surface of the fifth horizontal plate 730 is attached to the bottom surface of one end of the fourth horizontal plate 1700, and the fifth horizontal plate 730 is fixedly connected with the fourth horizontal plate 1700. An embodiment of the present invention further provides an installation method of a home drop ceiling, where the home drop ceiling is the home drop ceiling 10 described above, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, 7, and 8, and includes the following steps:
laying out the keel assembly 100 on the top wall 700 for positioning and fixing the keel assembly 100 on the top wall 700;
hanging the rear load bearing assembly 400 on the keel assembly 100;
assembling the panels 200 into a whole by a plurality of the splicing assemblies 300, and lifting the whole to hang the at least one row of hanging pieces 1200 of each panel 200 on the keel assembly 100;
hanging the top end of the vertical frame plate 500 to the end of the panel 200 adjacent to one side wall 1300 close to the one side wall 1300 through the hanging assembly 600;
arranging a lamp strip in the light trough 711 of the light trough plate 710 of the light trough line 700, lifting the light trough line 700 and fixedly connecting the light trough line 700 with the bottom end of the vertical frame plate 500;
inserting and connecting the other end of the side hanging plate 800 with the edge folding line 900, lifting the side hanging plate 800 upwards, inserting and connecting one end of the side hanging plate 800 to the light trough line 700, and fixing the edge folding line 900 on the side wall 1300;
the curtain rail 1000 is hung on the splicing assembly 300 between the panel 200 adjacent to the other wall 1400 and the adjacent panel 200.
The house drop-level ceiling 10 provided by the embodiment of the invention is fixed on a top wall 1100 through a keel assembly 100, and a rear bearing assembly 400 is hung on the keel assembly 100 so as to be convenient for integrating a rear structure; the plurality of panels 200 are assembled into a whole through the splicing assembly 300, then the whole is lifted up, so that at least one row of hanging pieces 1200 of each panel 200 can be hung on the keel assembly 100, the top end of the vertical frame plate 500 is connected with one end, close to the wall 1300 on one side, of the panel 200 close to the wall 1300 on one side through the hanging assembly 600, the bottom end of the vertical frame plate 500 is fixedly connected with the light trough line 700, one end of the side hanging plate 800 is inserted into the light trough line 700, the other end of the hanging plate 800 is inserted into the edge-closing line, and the assembly type installation of the drop ceiling is completed and the light trough structure is integrated; the curtain box 1000 is hung on the splicing component 300 between the panel 200 close to the wall 1400 on the other side and the adjacent panel 200, so that the integrated curtain box 1000 is realized; the assembled drop ceiling is simple in structure and convenient to install, integrates the structures of a curtain box 1000, a lamp groove 711, a rear bearing assembly 400 and the like, and is rich in functions.

A residential drop ceiling, comprising: the curtain comprises a keel component, a plurality of panels, a plurality of splicing components, a rear bearing component, a vertical frame plate, a hanging component, a light trough line, an edge hanging plate, an edge folding line and a curtain box; the keel assembly is fixed on the top wall; the top surface of each panel is fixedly connected with at least one row of hanging pieces, the panels are spliced into a whole through a splicing assembly between two adjacent panels, and the whole is lifted up to enable the at least one row of hanging pieces of each panel to be hung on the keel assembly; the rear bearing assembly is hung on the keel assembly and is positioned above the panel; the vertical frame plate is vertically arranged, the top end of the vertical frame plate is connected with one end, close to the wall body on one side, of the panel close to the wall body on one side through the hanging component, and the bottom end of the vertical frame plate is fixedly connected with the lamp groove line; the lamp groove line comprises a lamp groove plate, and a lamp groove for arranging a lamp strip is formed in the lamp groove plate; the side hanging plates are horizontally arranged, one ends of the side hanging plates are inserted into the lamp groove lines, the other ends of the side hanging plates are inserted into the edge folding lines, and the edge folding lines are fixed on the wall body on one side; the curtain box is hung on the splicing component between the panel close to the wall body on the other side and the adjacent panel.

The residential drop ceiling of claim 3, wherein the curtain housing comprises a bottom plate, a first vertical plate, a second vertical plate, a first hanging bar and a second hanging bar, wherein the bottom ends of the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate are respectively connected with two ends of the bottom plate, the first hanging bar and the second hanging bar are respectively connected with the inner sides of the top ends of the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate, and the first hanging bar and the second hanging bar are respectively hung on the first hanging bar and the second hanging bar.
