Detailed Description
To further illustrate the present invention, a specific embodiment of a garment transport production apparatus is further illustrated below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and the following examples are illustrative of the present invention and the present invention is not limited to the following examples.
As shown in figure 1, the clothes conveying production equipment comprises a clothes processing support 1, a clothes conveying mechanism 2 and a clothes ironing mechanism 3, wherein the clothes conveying mechanism 2 and the clothes ironing mechanism 3 are sequentially arranged on the upper side of the clothes processing support 1 along the horizontal direction, as shown in figure 2, the clothes conveying mechanism 2 comprises a feeding conveying belt 4, a discharging conveying belt 5, a clothes conveying motor 6, a clothes transferring motor 7, a reciprocating transferring guide shaft 8, a lifting reciprocating guide plate 9, a lifting push plate cylinder 10 and a clothes transferring adsorption rod 11, a clothes discharging support 12 and a feeding support 13 are sequentially and horizontally and fixedly arranged on one side of the clothes processing support 1 from top to bottom, discharging conveying rotating rollers 14 are respectively and horizontally and rotatably connected to two sides of the clothes discharging support 12, the discharging conveying belt 5 is horizontally arranged on the upper side of the clothes discharging support 12, discharging conveying rollers 14 connected to two sides of the clothes discharging support 12 are respectively and wound on two sides of the discharging conveying belt 5, the two sides of a clothing feeding transferring base 22 is vertically and rotatably connected with a reciprocating transferring guide shaft 8, the lower side of the reciprocating transferring guide shaft 8 is coaxially and horizontally and fixedly provided with a transferring auxiliary gear 23, one side of the clothes transferring base 22 is vertically and fixedly provided with a clothes transferring motor 7, the output end of the clothes transferring motor 7 is horizontally provided with a transferring main gear 24, the transferring main gear 24 and the transferring auxiliary gear 23 are mutually meshed and connected, the upper end of the reciprocating transferring guide shaft 8 is horizontally and fixedly provided with a cylinder mounting top plate 25, two sides below the cylinder mounting top plate 25 are respectively vertically and downwards fixedly provided with a lifting push plate cylinder 10, and the lifting reciprocating guide plate 9 is arranged on the reciprocating transferring guide shaft 8 in and adsorbing rod 11, the lower side surface of the clothes transferring and adsorbing rod 11 is fixedly provided with a transferring and adsorbing electromagnet 26 in an attaching mode, the upper sides of a feeding conveying belt 4 and a discharging conveying belt 5 are sequentially provided with a plurality of clothes placing bearing plates 27 along the horizontal direction, as shown in fig. 6, two sides above the clothes placing bearing plates 27 are respectively and horizontally and fixedly provided with transferring and adsorbing iron sheets 28, one side above the clothes placing bearing plates 27 is fixedly provided with a clothes limiting hook 29, and the clothes placing bearing plates 27 are horizontally and fixedly provided with a positioning and adsorbing iron sheet 30 along the lower side of the clothes limiting hook 29.
As shown in fig. 3, 4, 5 and 7, the clothing ironing mechanism 3 of the present invention comprises a clothing turning support 31, a clothing turning support plate 32, a turning reciprocating cylinder 33, a supporting and turning connecting arm 34, a clothing finishing blowing pipe 35, a clothing ironing support 36, an ironing lifting motor 37 and a clothing ironing machine head 38, wherein the clothing turning support 31 is vertically and fixedly arranged on both sides of the clothing processing support 1, a Y-shaped support plate guide channel 39 is vertically arranged on the clothing turning support 31, the support plate guide channel 39 comprises a lifting guide channel 40 and a turning guide channel 41, the lifting guide channel 40 is vertically arranged on the clothing turning support 31, the turning guide channel 41 is in a circular arc structure, the turning guide channels 41 are adjacently arranged on the lifting guide channel 40, the lower end of the turning guide channel 41 is communicated with the middle of the lifting guide channel 40, the clothing turning support plate 32 is arranged on the upper side of the clothing turning support 31, a supporting and overturning connecting arm 34 is respectively fixed at two ends of the lower part of the clothing overturning carrier plate 32 along the side of the clothing overturning bracket 31, the supporting and overturning connecting arm 34 is horizontally and fixedly provided with a lifting limit guide rod 42 and an overturning limit guide rod 43 along the side of the clothing overturning bracket 31 from top to bottom in sequence, the lifting limit guide rod 42 is horizontally and fixedly arranged in the middle of the supporting and overturning connecting arm 34, the overturning limit guide rod 43 is horizontally and fixedly arranged at the lower end of the supporting and overturning connecting arm 34 in a penetrating way, the lifting limit guide rod 42 and the overturning limit guide rod 43 are both arranged in the carrier plate guide channel 39, the lower side of the clothing overturning bracket 31 is horizontally and rotatably connected with a carrier plate adjusting rotating shaft 44, the end parts at two sides of the carrier plate adjusting rotating shaft 44 are respectively and vertically and fixedly provided with a reciprocating rotary gear 45, a toothed plate reciprocating bracket 46 is fixedly arranged on the clothing overturning bracket 31 at the adjacent side of the reciprocating rotary gear 45, and a reciprocating toothed plate 47 connected with the reciprocating rotary gear 45 in a sliding way is arranged in the toothed plate reciprocating bracket 46, the overturning reciprocating cylinder 33 is fixedly arranged at one side of a toothed plate reciprocating support 46, the output end of the overturning reciprocating cylinder 33 is fixedly connected with a reciprocating sliding toothed plate 47, two sides of a bearing plate adjusting rotating shaft 44 are respectively and symmetrically provided with a front swinging connecting plate 48, one side end part of the front swinging connecting plate 48 is fixedly connected with the bearing plate adjusting rotating shaft 44, the other side end part of the front swinging connecting plate 48 is provided with a rear swinging connecting plate 49, one side end part of the rear swinging connecting plate 49 is hinged and connected with the front swinging connecting plate 48, the other side end part of the rear swinging connecting plate 49 is hinged and connected with the end part of an overturning limiting guide rod 43, a positioning adsorption electromagnet 50 is horizontally and fixedly arranged above the clothing overturning bearing plate 32 along the side of the clothing conveying mechanism 2, a switch mounting connecting plate 51 is horizontally and fixedly arranged on the clothing processing support 1 below the side of the clothing conveying mechanism 2, and an air blowing induction switch 52 is fixedly arranged on the upper side surface of the switch mounting connecting plate 51, a clothing finishing air blowing pipe 35 is horizontally and fixedly arranged on the clothing processing support 1 on the clothing turning support plate 32 side along the clothing conveying mechanism 2, an air blowing finishing opening 53 is communicated and arranged on the clothing finishing air blowing pipe 35 along the clothing turning support plate 32 side, a clothing finishing air inlet guide pipe 54 is communicated and arranged on the clothing finishing air blowing pipe 35 along the middle part of the clothing conveying mechanism 2 side, an air blowing control valve 55 is fixedly arranged on the clothing finishing air inlet guide pipe 54, a ironing processing base 56 is horizontally and fixedly arranged on one side of the clothing processing support 1, a clothing ironing support 36 is vertically and fixedly arranged on the upper side of the ironing processing base 56, a reciprocating ironing guide plate 57 is horizontally arranged on one side of the clothing ironing support 36, a reciprocating lifting guide strip 58 is vertically and fixedly arranged on the clothing ironing support 36, a lifting limit guide groove 59 matched with the reciprocating lifting guide strip 58 is vertically arranged on the reciprocating ironing guide plate 57 along the clothing ironing support 36 side, the reciprocating ironing guide plate 57 is arranged on the reciprocating lifting guide strip 58 in a sliding mode along the vertical direction, the clothes ironing support 36 is vertically and rotatably connected with an ironing lifting screw rod 60, the ironing lifting screw rod 60 is vertically and threadedly connected to the reciprocating ironing guide plate 57, the ironing lifting motor 37 is vertically and downwardly fixedly arranged on the upper side of the clothes ironing support 36, the ironing lifting motor 37 drives the ironing lifting screw rod 60 to rotate in a reciprocating mode, and the clothes ironing machine head 38 is horizontally and fixedly arranged on the side surface of the reciprocating ironing guide plate 57 along the clothes overturning support plate 32.
According to the clothing discharging support 12, a plurality of discharging bearing rotary rollers 61 are sequentially and uniformly arranged on the upper side of a clothing discharging support 12 along the horizontal direction, the discharging bearing rotary rollers 61 are horizontally and rotatably connected to the clothing discharging support 12, the discharging bearing rotary rollers 61 are arranged below the upper side of a discharging conveying belt 5, the discharging conveying belt 5 can be supported and limited by the discharging bearing rotary rollers 61, the discharging conveying belt 5 is prevented from deviating and skewing when the clothing placing support plate 27 is horizontally conveyed, a plurality of feeding bearing rotary rollers 62 are sequentially and uniformly arranged on the upper side of a clothing feeding support 13 along the horizontal direction, the feeding bearing rotary rollers 62 are horizontally and rotatably connected to the clothing feeding support 13, the feeding bearing rotary rollers 62 are arranged below the upper side of a feeding conveying belt 4, the feeding conveying belt 4 can be supported and limited by the feeding bearing rotary rollers 62, and the feeding conveying belt 4 is prevented from deviating and skewing when the clothing placing support plate 27 is horizontally conveyed. The garment conveying motor 6 and the garment transferring motor 7 of the garment conveying mechanism 2 are servo motors, so that the garment conveying motor 6 can realize stable and accurate feeding conveying and discharging conveying of garments, and the garment transferring motor 7 can realize stable and accurate transferring and transferring of the garments. The two lifting push plate cylinders 10 on the two sides below the cylinder mounting top plate 25 are driven in parallel by the same air source, so that the lifting reciprocating guide plate 9 can stably and smoothly move up and down under the driving of the lifting push plate cylinders 10. The clothes rack limiting blocking rods 63 are respectively and vertically and fixedly arranged at the two ends of the upper part of the clothes placing support plate 27 along the side of the clothes limiting hook 29, and the clothes rack limiting blocking rods 63 can effectively limit the position of a clothes rack, so that the clothes are prevented from deviating and shaking in the hanging ironing processing process. The upper side of the switch mounting connecting plate 51 of the clothing ironing mechanism 3 is fixedly provided with the limiting bearing plate 64, the limiting bearing plate 64 is arranged adjacent to the air blowing induction switch 52, and the limiting bearing plate 64 can effectively bear the clothing turning bearing plate 32 when the clothing turning bearing plate 32 slides downwards to the lower end, so that the clothing turning bearing plate 32 is prevented from generating deflection deviation. The whole garment finishing air blowing pipe 35 is of a strip-shaped flat structure, and the air blowing finishing port 53 of the garment finishing air blowing pipe 35, which is horizontally communicated along the side of the garment turning bearing plate 32, is of the strip-shaped flat structure, so that the garments placed on the upper side of the garment placing bearing plate 27 can be efficiently and smoothly blown and leveled, and the efficiency and the quality of the garment blowing and leveling are improved.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the clothes conveying production equipment is used, the clothes conveying mechanism 2 and the clothes ironing mechanism 3 are sequentially arranged on the upper side of the clothes processing support 1 along the horizontal direction, the clothes conveying mechanism 2 can convey and feed clothes to the clothes ironing mechanism 3 for ironing processing one by one in sequence, the ironed and processed clothes can be stably conveyed and discharged, automatic continuous guiding and processing of the clothes is realized, the clothes ironing mechanism 3 can smoothly and accurately turn the clothes from a horizontal station to a vertical station to realize efficient and stable ironing processing of the clothes, the discharging conveying belt 5 is horizontally arranged on the upper side of the clothes discharging support 12, the feeding conveying belt 4 is horizontally arranged on the upper side of the clothes feeding support 13, the output end of the clothes conveying motor 6 is in transmission connection with the adjacent feeding conveying rotary roller 15 by the lower feeding belt 16, an upper rotating gear 18 and a lower rotating gear 19 on one side of a gear mounting support 17 are mutually meshed and connected, a garment conveying motor 6 and the lower rotating gear 19 are in transmission connection through a synchronous conveying belt 20, the upper rotating gear 18 and an adjacent discharging conveying rotating roller 14 are in transmission connection through an upper discharging belt 21, the garment conveying motor 6 is utilized to drive adjacent feeding conveying rotating rollers 15 to rotate, a feeding conveying belt 4 and a discharging conveying belt 5 are synchronously and oppositely conveyed, garments to be processed are sequentially and orderly conveyed to a garment ironing mechanism 3 through the feeding conveying belt 4, the garments subjected to ironing processing are sequentially and orderly conveyed to a next process through the discharging conveying belt 5, efficient and automatic feeding and discharging of the garments are realized, a reciprocating transfer guide shaft 8 is vertically and rotatably connected to the upper side of a garment transfer base 22, a transfer main gear 24 at the output end of a garment transfer motor 7 is mutually meshed and connected with a transfer auxiliary gear 23 on the lower side of the reciprocating transfer guide shaft 8, the output ends of lifting push plate cylinders 10 on two sides below a cylinder mounting top plate 25 are respectively fixedly connected with two sides of a lifting reciprocating guide plate 9, the lifting reciprocating guide plate 9 is arranged on a reciprocating transfer guide shaft 8 in a sliding manner along the vertical direction, two ends on the same side of the lifting reciprocating guide plate 9 are respectively and horizontally fixedly provided with a clothes transfer adsorption rod 11, the lower side surface of the clothes transfer adsorption rod 11 is fixedly provided with a transfer adsorption electromagnet 26 in a fitting manner, a clothes transfer motor 7 is used for driving the reciprocating transfer guide shaft 8 to rotate in a reciprocating manner, the reciprocating transfer guide shaft 8 can drive the clothes transfer adsorption rod 11 to synchronously reciprocate to swing in the rotating process, when the clothes transfer adsorption rod 11 is horizontally arranged on the upper side of a feeding conveying belt 4, the clothes placing bearing plate 27 can be adsorbed and fixed by utilizing the transfer adsorption electromagnet 26 of the clothes transfer adsorption rod 11 to be electrified with magnetic force, and the lifting reciprocating guide plate 9 drives the clothes adsorption rod 11 to horizontally swing at a flat angle, the clothes transferring and adsorbing rod 11 can drive the clothes placing bearing plate 27 to transfer and translate to the upper side of the clothes turning bearing plate 32, the transferring and adsorbing electromagnet 26 of the clothes transferring and adsorbing rod 11 is powered off and loses magnetic force, so that the clothes transferring and adsorbing rod 11 is disconnected with the clothes placing bearing plate 27, the clothes transferring and adsorbing rod 11 is driven by the clothes transferring motor 7 to translate and swing to realize the removal from the upper side of the clothes placing bearing plate 27, after the ironing and finishing processing of the clothes on the upper side of the clothes placing bearing plate 27 is completed, the clothes transferring motor 7 drives the clothes transferring and adsorbing rod 11 to translate and swing to the upper side of the clothes placing bearing plate 27, the clothes placing bearing plate 27 is adsorbed and fixed again after the transferring and adsorbing electromagnet 26 of the clothes transferring and adsorbing rod 11 is powered on and has magnetic
