b. mixing undecane diacid and triethanolamine in a reaction kettle, heating, and reacting to obtain undecane diacid triethanolamine salt;
c. mixing the sulfonated triethanolamine ricinoleate in the step a, the triethanolamine undecanoate in the step b, process water, sodium nitrite, sodium benzoate and fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether according to a designed ratio, and stirring to obtain a mixed solution;
d. adding naphthenic acid, fluorescein and benzotriazole in a designed ratio into the mixed solution obtained in the step c, and stirring to obtain a mixed solution;
e. and d, adding aqueous polyether into the mixed solution obtained in the step d, and stirring to obtain the water-quality universal protective liquid for the hydraulic support system.

According to the preparation method of the water quality universal protective liquid for the hydraulic support system, in the step e, the stirring temperature is 40-45 ℃, and the stirring time is 10-20 min.
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples.
Example 1
Mixing sulfonated ricinoleic acid and triethanolamine in a reaction kettle according to the mass ratio of 1:2, heating, and reacting to obtain sulfonated ricinoleic acid triethanolamine salt; mixing the undecane diacid and the triethanolamine in a mass ratio of 1:2 in a reaction kettle, heating, and reacting to obtain the undecane diacid triethanolamine salt.
According to the design proportion, 9.5 percent of the obtained sulfonated ricinoleic acid triethanolamine salt, 8 percent of the obtained undecamembenic acid triethanolamine salt, 7 percent of sodium nitrite, 2.5 percent of sodium benzoate and 1.5 percent of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether are taken, mixed with 69.8 percent of process water, stirred for one time at 50 ℃ for 60min, added with 1.5 percent of naphthenic acid, 0.005 percent of fluorescein and 0.1 percent of benzotriazole according to the design proportion, stirred for the second time at 42 ℃ for 30min, finally added with 0.1 percent of water-based polyether according to the design proportion, stirred for three times at 42 ℃ for 15min, and the water-based universal protective liquid for the hydraulic bracket system is obtained.
The obtained water universal protective liquid of the hydraulic support system is mixed with water with the conductivity of 10000 mu s/cm, so that the corrosion phenomenon is avoided in a cast iron dropping experiment, and the metal corrosion inhibition performance is excellent; through stability experiments, the stability at room temperature, the thermal stability and the oscillation stability are respectively tested, and the experimental result shows that no precipitate exists, which indicates that the stability is excellent; through four-ball friction and wear test machine experiment, the P of the material is measuredBThe value is 431N, which is higher than the requirement of not less than 392N specified by the standard MT/T76-2011.
Example 2
Mixing sulfonated ricinoleic acid and triethanolamine in a reaction kettle according to the mass ratio of 1:1, heating, and reacting to obtain sulfonated ricinoleic acid triethanolamine salt; mixing the undecane diacid and the triethanolamine in a mass ratio of 1:1 in a reaction kettle, heating, and reacting to obtain the undecane diacid triethanolamine salt.
According to the design proportion, 9 percent of the obtained sulfonated ricinoleic acid triethanolamine salt, 7 percent of the obtained undecamembenic acid triethanolamine salt, 6 percent of sodium nitrite, 2 percent of sodium benzoate, 1 percent of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and 73.7 percent of mixed process water are stirred for one time, stirred for 50min at 40 ℃, added with 1 percent of naphthenic acid, 0.001 percent of fluorescein and 0.2 percent of benzotriazole according to the design proportion, stirred for the second time, stirred for 20min at 40 ℃, added with 0.10 percent of water-based polyether according to the design proportion, stirred for three times and stirred for 10min at 40 ℃ to obtain the water quality universal type protective liquid for the hydraulic bracket system.

Mixing sulfonated ricinoleic acid and triethanolamine in a reaction kettle according to the mass ratio of 1:3, heating, and reacting to obtain sulfonated ricinoleic acid triethanolamine salt; mixing the undecane diacid and the triethanolamine in a mass ratio of 1:3 in a reaction kettle, heating, and reacting to obtain the undecane diacid triethanolamine salt.
According to the design proportion, 10 percent of the obtained sulfonated ricinoleic acid triethanolamine salt, 9 percent of the obtained undecamembenic acid triethanolamine salt, 8 percent of sodium nitrite, 3 percent of sodium benzoate and 2 percent of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether are mixed with 65.5 percent of process water and stirred for the first time, the mixture is stirred for 70min at the temperature of 60 ℃, then 2 percent of naphthenic acid, 0.003 percent of fluorescein and 0.3 percent of benzotriazole are added according to the design proportion, the mixture is stirred for the second time, the mixture is stirred for 40min at the temperature of 45 ℃, finally 0.2 percent of water-based polyether is added according to the design proportion and stirred for the third time, and the mixture is stirred for 20min at the temperature of 45 ℃ to obtain the water-based universal protective liquid for the hydraulic bracket system.

Comparative example 1
The process was essentially the same as in example 1, except that the triethanolamine sulfonated ricinoleic acid salt was replaced with triethanolamine oleate salt.
The water quality universal protective liquid of the hydraulic support system obtained in the comparative example 1 is mixed with water with the conductivity of 10000 mu s/cm to obtain the high-water-content hydraulic liquid, the stability at room temperature, the thermal stability and the oscillation stability are respectively tested through stability experiments, and the experimental result shows that a large amount of white precipitates exist in the stability at room temperature and the thermal stability and precipitates are generated in the oscillation stability.

2. The water quality universal type protective liquid for the hydraulic support system according to claim 1, wherein the sulfonated ricinoleic acid triethanolamine salt is obtained by mixing and reacting sulfonated ricinoleic acid and triethanolamine according to a mass ratio of 1: 1-3.
3. The water quality universal type protective liquid for the hydraulic support system according to claim 1, wherein the triethanolamine undecanoate is obtained by mixing and reacting undecanoate and triethanolamine in a mass ratio of 1: 1-3.
4. A method for preparing the water-based universal protective liquid for the hydraulic bracket system according to any one of claims 1 to 3, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a. mixing sulfonated ricinoleic acid and triethanolamine in a reaction kettle, heating, and reacting to obtain sulfonated ricinoleic acid triethanolamine salt;
b. mixing undecane diacid and triethanolamine in a reaction kettle, heating, and reacting to obtain undecane diacid triethanolamine salt;
c. mixing the sulfonated triethanolamine ricinoleate in the step a, the triethanolamine undecanoate in the step b, process water, sodium nitrite, sodium benzoate and fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether according to a designed ratio, and stirring to obtain a mixed solution;
d. adding naphthenic acid, fluorescein and benzotriazole in a designed ratio into the mixed solution obtained in the step c, and stirring to obtain a mixed solution;
e. and d, adding aqueous polyether into the mixed solution obtained in the step d, and stirring to obtain the water-quality universal protective liquid for the hydraulic support system.
5. The preparation method of the water quality universal protective liquid for the hydraulic support system according to claim 4, wherein in the step a, the heating temperature is 80-90 ℃, and the reaction time is 1.5-2 h.
6. The preparation method of the water quality universal protective liquid for the hydraulic support system according to claim 4, wherein in the step b, the heating temperature is 80-90 ℃, and the reaction time is 1.5-2 h.
7. The preparation method of the water quality universal protective liquid for the hydraulic support system according to claim 4, wherein in the step c, the stirring temperature is 40-60 ℃ and the stirring time is 50-70 min.
8. The preparation method of the water quality universal protective liquid for the hydraulic support system according to claim 4, wherein in the step d, the stirring temperature is 40-45 ℃ and the stirring time is 20-40 min.
