Preferably, the dispersant is at least one of a polyacrylate dispersant, a polyoxyethylene ether dispersant, and a silicate dispersant.
Preferably, the leveling agent is set as a BYK-323 leveling agent or a BYK-3550 leveling agent.
Preferably, the defoaming agent is at least one of a polyether modified silicon defoaming agent, a silicone defoaming agent and a vegetable oil defoaming agent.
Preferably, the wax emulsion may be provided as at least one of a polyethylene wax emulsion, a paraffin wax emulsion, and a palm wax emulsion. The paraffin wax emulsion has low price and high hardness, and can play a complementary and gain role when being used together with the paraffin wax emulsion.
Preferably, the anti-settling agent is at least one of polyamide wax, organic bentonite and amide modified castor oil.
Preferably, the toughening agent is at least one of dibutyl phthalate and triphenyl phosphate.
Preferably, the thickener is at least one of a polyurethane associative thickener, an alkali soluble thickener, and a sodium salt thickener of acrylic acid.
Preferably, the anion auxiliary agent is at least one of anion powder and tourmaline powder.
The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of the colorful toughened terrace, which comprises the following steps:
(1) paving a primer layer on the surface of the concrete base layer;
(2) paving an epoxy mortar leveling layer on the surface of the primer layer;
(3) paving a color layer on the surface of the epoxy mortar leveling layer, wherein a concave-convex surface is formed on the surface of the color layer;
(4) and a toughened finish paint layer is paved on the surface of the color layer.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the terrace disclosed by the invention is composed of the primer layer, the epoxy mortar leveling layer, the color layer and the toughened finish paint layer, and the formula proportion of each layer is reasonable, so that the terrace has very high wear resistance and hardness, can resist dirt and dirt, is long in service life, is not easy to discolor, is rich in color, is outstanding in three-dimensional sense and is good in decorative effect.
2. The primer layer disclosed by the invention has high adhesion, and the titanium dioxide and the silver zeolite are added, so that the growth and reproduction of bacteria and microorganisms can be inhibited, and the primer layer is antibacterial and mildewproof and does not change color.
3. The epoxy mortar leveling layer has high adhesive force, is smooth after being formed, and can form more ettringite by combining the silicate cement and the aluminate cement, so that the microstructure of the epoxy mortar leveling layer becomes more compact, the strength is improved, in addition, the silicon curing agent and the talcum powder can also plug capillary holes in the epoxy mortar leveling layer, the integral compactness is increased, and the terrace has higher wear resistance and hardness;
4. according to the color layer, the polyurethane modified epoxy resin is added with the color quartz sand and the reflective glass beads, the reflective glass beads can highlight the color effect of the color quartz sand, and the color layer has rich colors, a microcrystalline reflective effect, strong stereoscopic impression and a good decorative effect.
5. The toughened finish paint layer of the invention consists of polyurethane modified epoxy resin, nano-diamond powder, marble crystal powder, nano-silica powder, carbon fiber, a coupling agent, a toughening agent, a dispersing agent, an anion auxiliary agent, a thickening agent, a flatting agent, a defoaming agent, a wax emulsion and an anti-settling agent, the surface of the toughened finish paint layer is flat, the nano-diamond powder, the marble crystal powder, the nano-silica powder and the carbon fiber can be uniformly dispersed in the polyurethane modified epoxy resin, the hardness and the scratch and wear resistance of the toughened finish paint layer are improved, the nano-diamond powder and the nano-silica powder can be coupled with the polyurethane modified epoxy resin under the action of the coupling agent, the toughening agent can further improve the hardness of the toughened finish paint layer, the wax emulsion has better waterproof and moistureproof capabilities, and the anion auxiliary agent has the function of releasing anions, reduce the peculiar smell of terrace, improve the air quality of the environment.
6. Because the color layer is provided with the colored quartz sand and the electroplated reflective glass beads, the surface of the color layer forms a concave-convex surface, so that the connection between the color layer and the toughened finish paint layer is tighter.

Referring to fig. 1, a seven-color toughened terrace is shown, which includes a primer layer 1, an epoxy mortar leveling layer 2, a color layer 3 and a toughened finish paint layer 4, wherein the primer layer 1 is disposed on a concrete base layer 5, and the primer layer 1, the epoxy mortar leveling layer 2, the color layer 3 and the toughened finish paint layer 4 are sequentially disposed from bottom to top.
The preparation method of the colorful toughened terrace comprises the following steps:
(1) paving a primer layer on the surface of the concrete base layer;
(2) paving an epoxy mortar leveling layer on the surface of the primer layer;
(3) paving a color layer on the surface of the epoxy mortar leveling layer, wherein a concave-convex surface is formed on the surface of the color layer;
(4) and a toughened finish paint layer is paved on the surface of the color layer.
Example 1
The embodiment 1 of the invention provides a seven-color toughened terrace which comprises a primer layer, an epoxy mortar leveling layer, a color layer and a toughened finish paint layer.
The primer layer is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight:
5 parts of water; 1 part of a thickening agent; 3 parts of titanium dioxide; 3 parts of silver zeolite; 2 parts of color paste; 10 parts of alkali-resistant epoxy ethylene resin; 12 parts of modified hydroxyethyl cellulose ether;
the epoxy mortar leveling layer is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight:
100 parts of epoxy resin; 20 parts of Portland cement; 20 parts of aluminate cement; 8 parts of quartz sand; 2 parts of acrylic ester; 5 parts of silicon curing agent; 2 parts of talcum powder;
the color layer is composed of the following raw materials in parts by mass:
100 parts of polyurethane modified epoxy resin; 10 parts of colored quartz sand; 10 parts of electroplated reflective glass beads;
the toughened finish paint layer is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight:
100 parts of polyurethane modified epoxy resin; 1 part of nano diamond powder; 10 parts of marble crystal powder; 10 parts of nano silicon dioxide powder; 10 parts of carbon fiber; 1 part of a coupling agent; 1 part of a toughening agent; 1 part of a dispersant; 5 parts of an anion auxiliary agent; 10 parts of a thickening agent; 1 part of a leveling agent; 1 part of a defoaming agent; 1 part of wax emulsion; 1 part of anti-settling agent.
The coupling agent is a silane coupling agent. The dispersant is set to be polyacrylate dispersant. The leveling agent is set to be a BYK-323 leveling agent. The defoaming agent is a polyether modified silicon defoaming agent. The wax emulsion may be provided as a polyethylene wax emulsion. The toughening agent is dibutyl phthalate. The thickener is polyurethane associative thickener. The anion auxiliary agent is anion powder.
Example 2
The embodiment 2 of the invention provides a seven-color toughened terrace which comprises a primer layer, an epoxy mortar leveling layer, a color layer and a toughened finish paint layer.
The primer layer is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight:
6 parts of water; 1 part of a thickening agent; 4 parts of titanium dioxide; 4 parts of silver zeolite; 3 parts of color paste; 20 parts of alkali-resistant epoxy ethylene resin; 15 parts of modified hydroxyethyl cellulose ether;
the epoxy mortar leveling layer is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight:
100 parts of epoxy resin; 30 parts of Portland cement; 20 parts of aluminate cement; 10 parts of quartz sand; 5 parts of acrylic ester; 8 parts of silicon curing agent; 5 parts of talcum powder;
the color layer is composed of the following raw materials in parts by mass:
100 parts of polyurethane modified epoxy resin; 30 parts of colored quartz sand; 20 parts of electroplated reflective glass beads;

The coupling agent is set to be titanate coupling agent. The dispersant is polyoxyethylene ether dispersant. The leveling agent is set to be a BYK-323 leveling agent. The defoaming agent is a silicone defoaming agent. The wax emulsion may be provided as a paraffin wax emulsion. The toughening agent is triphenyl phosphate. The thickener is provided as an alkali soluble thickener. The anion auxiliary agent is anion powder.
Example 3
The embodiment 3 of the invention provides a seven-color toughened terrace which comprises a primer layer, an epoxy mortar leveling layer, a color layer and a toughened finish paint layer.
The primer layer is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight:
8 parts of water; 3 parts of a thickening agent; 4.5 parts of titanium dioxide; 4.5 parts of silver zeolite; 6 parts of color paste; 40 parts of alkali-resistant epoxy ethylene resin; 15 parts of modified hydroxyethyl cellulose ether;
the epoxy mortar leveling layer is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight:
120 parts of epoxy resin; 40 parts of Portland cement; 40 parts of aluminate cement; 14 parts of quartz sand; 8 parts of acrylic ester; 8 parts of silicon curing agent; 8 parts of talcum powder;
the color layer is composed of the following raw materials in parts by mass:
120 parts of polyurethane modified epoxy resin; 40 parts of colored quartz sand; 40 parts of electroplated reflective glass beads;
the toughened finish paint layer is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight:
120 parts of polyurethane modified epoxy resin; 5 parts of nano diamond powder; 40 parts of marble crystal powder; 40 parts of nano silicon dioxide powder; 18 parts of carbon fiber; 8 parts of a coupling agent; 6 parts of a toughening agent; 6 parts of a dispersing agent; 18 parts of an anion auxiliary agent; 18 parts of a thickening agent; 8 parts of a leveling agent; 6 parts of a defoaming agent; 9 parts of wax emulsion; 8 parts of an anti-settling agent.

the epoxy mortar leveling layer is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight:
120 parts of epoxy resin; 50 parts of Portland cement; 50 parts of aluminate cement; 15 parts of quartz sand; 10 parts of acrylic ester; 10 parts of silicon curing agent; 10 parts of talcum powder;
the color layer is composed of the following raw materials in parts by mass:
120 parts of polyurethane modified epoxy resin; 50 parts of colored quartz sand; 50 parts of electroplated reflective glass beads;
the toughened finish paint layer is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight:

the epoxy mortar leveling layer is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight:
100 parts of epoxy resin; 35 parts of Portland cement; 20 parts of aluminate cement; 10 parts of quartz sand; 8 parts of acrylic ester; 6.5 parts of silicon curing agent; 7 parts of talcum powder;
the color layer is composed of the following raw materials in parts by mass:
100 parts of polyurethane modified epoxy resin; 30 parts of colored quartz sand; 30 parts of electroplated reflective glass beads;
the toughened finish paint layer is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight:

Claims (10)
1. The colorful toughened terrace is characterized by comprising a primer layer, an epoxy mortar leveling layer, a color layer and a toughened finish paint layer, wherein the primer layer is arranged on a concrete base layer, and the primer layer, the epoxy mortar leveling layer, the color layer and the toughened finish paint layer are sequentially arranged from bottom to top;
the primer layer is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight:
5-10 parts of water; 1-2 parts of a thickening agent; 3-5 parts of titanium dioxide; 3-5 parts of silver zeolite; 1-8 parts of color paste; 10-50 parts of alkali-resistant epoxy ethylene resin; 12-20 parts of modified hydroxyethyl cellulose ether;
the epoxy mortar leveling layer is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight:
100-120 parts of epoxy resin; 20-50 parts of Portland cement; 20-50 parts of aluminate cement; 8-15 parts of quartz sand; 2-10 parts of acrylate; 5 to 10 parts of silicon curing agent; 2-10 parts of talcum powder;
the color layer is composed of the following raw materials in parts by mass:
100-120 parts of polyurethane modified epoxy resin; 10-50 parts of colored quartz sand; 10-50 parts of electroplated reflective glass beads;
the toughened finish paint layer is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight:
100-120 parts of polyurethane modified epoxy resin; 1-5 parts of nano diamond powder; 10-50 parts of marble crystal powder; 10-50 parts of nano silicon dioxide powder; 10-20 parts of carbon fiber; 1-10 parts of a coupling agent; 1-10 parts of a toughening agent; 1-10 parts of a dispersing agent; 5-20 parts of an anion auxiliary agent; 10-20 parts of a thickening agent; 1-10 parts of a leveling agent; 1-10 parts of a defoaming agent; 1-10 parts of wax emulsion; 1-10 parts of an anti-settling agent.
2. The colorful toughened terrace according to claim 1, wherein the grain size of the colorful quartz sand is 1-3 mm; the particle size of the reflective glass beads is 1-3 mm.
3. The colorful toughened terrace of claim 1, wherein the coupling agent is at least one of silane coupling agent and titanate coupling agent;
the dispersing agent is at least one of polyacrylate dispersing agent, polyoxyethylene ether dispersing agent and silicate dispersing agent.
4. The colorful toughened terrace of claim 1, wherein the leveling agent is a BYK-323 leveling agent or a BYK-3550 leveling agent.
The defoaming agent is at least one of polyether modified silicon defoaming agent, siloxane defoaming agent and vegetable oil defoaming agent.
5. The colorful toughened terrace of claim 1, wherein the wax emulsion is provided as at least one of a polyethylene wax emulsion, a paraffin wax emulsion and a palm wax emulsion.
6. The colorful toughened terrace of claim 1, wherein the anti-settling agent is at least one of polyamide wax, organic bentonite and amide modified castor oil.
7. The colorful toughened terrace of claim 1, wherein the toughening agent is at least one of dibutyl phthalate and triphenyl phosphate.
8. The colorful toughened terrace of claim 1, wherein the thickener is at least one of polyurethane associative thickener, alkali soluble thickener and sodium salt thickener of acrylic acid.
9. The colorful toughened terrace of claim 1, wherein the anion assistant is at least one of anion powder and tourmaline powder.
10. The preparation method of the colorful toughened terrace of any one of claims 1 to 9 is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) paving a primer layer on the surface of the concrete base layer;
(2) paving an epoxy mortar leveling layer on the surface of the primer layer;
(3) paving a color layer on the surface of the epoxy mortar leveling layer, wherein a concave-convex surface is formed on the surface of the color layer;
(4) and a toughened finish paint layer is paved on the surface of the color layer.
