Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the UASB reaction apparatus with an embedded gas-liquid separation apparatus according to the present invention includes: the device comprises a tank body 1, a water distribution pipe 2, a three-phase separator, a discharged water collecting device, a defoaming device and a gas-liquid separating device, wherein the tank body 1 is provided with a heat insulating layer, and the thickness of the heat insulating layer is 50-100 mm. The lower part of the tank body 1 is provided with a sludge discharge blow-down pipe 13, a plurality of water distribution pipes 2 extend into the tank body 1 from the bottom of the tank body 1 and are parallel to the bottom of the tank body 1, and a plurality of water spray nozzles 14 are uniformly distributed on the water distribution pipes 2.

A defoaming device is arranged above the effluent collecting device, and the defoaming device comprises: defoaming pipe 7 and spray pump 8, the one end of defoaming pipe 7 stretches into jar 1 internal and be on a parallel with jar 1 bottom from jar 1 outside, stretches into jar 7 lower extremes of defoaming pipe in 1 and opens there are a plurality of defoaming nozzles 9, and defoaming pipe 7's the other end passes through spray pump 8 and links to each other with outlet pipe 6, is equipped with gas-liquid separation in jar 1 top, and gas-liquid separation includes: the biogas digester comprises an outer cover 10 and a central conical plate 11, wherein a biogas outlet pipe 12 is arranged at the top end of the tank body 1, the outer cover 10 is arranged at the top of the tank body 1 below the biogas outlet pipe 12, and the central conical plate 11 is arranged in the outer cover 10. The outer cover 10 is an inverted cone-shaped cylinder with a large upper part and a small lower part, the outer cover 10 is fixed on the inner wall of the top of the tank body 1 through welding or bolting, and the central cone plate 11 is fixed on the inner wall of the top of the tank body 1 through welding or bolting or welded on the outer cover 10.
Wastewater enters from the bottom of the UASB reaction device through the water distribution pipe 2 and upwards passes through a sludge bed at the bottom and a sludge suspension area at the middle upper part in sequence, organic matters in the wastewater are decomposed by anaerobic microorganisms in activated sludge to generate methane, gas, liquid and solid mixed liquid is separated by a three-phase separator at the upper part, the sludge falls back to the sludge suspension area, the separated wastewater is collected and discharged by a water outlet collecting device, most bubbles of methane bubbles containing liquid drops and sludge particles are eliminated after passing through a defoaming device, the liquid drops and sludge particles contained in the biogas digester fall under the influence of gravity, and when part of the biogas bubbles which are not defoamed and contain the liquid drops and the sludge particles rise to the top, the gas-liquid separation device is collided with the outer cover 10 and the central conical plate 11 of the gas-liquid separation device to be broken, contained liquid drops and sludge particles are separated and fall under the influence of gravity, and the separated pure methane is discharged from the methane outlet pipe 12 at the upper part and is recycled.
