s2: preparing composite veneers
Adding polycarbonate and corn straw fiber into a mixer together, uniformly mixing, adding p-toluenesulfonylacetone hydrazone and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate, carrying out micro-foaming at the temperature of 55 ℃ until the foaming ratio is 6.5 times, and carrying out extrusion molding to obtain a composite veneer; the mass ratio of the polycarbonate to the corn straw fiber to the p-toluenesulfonylacetone hydrazone to the ethylene glycol dimethacrylate is 40:15:1.5: 2;
s3: preparation of veneered PB Panel
S31, connecting the composite veneer, the plain plate and the composite veneer through an adhesive in the sequence from top to bottom, wherein the thickness of the adhesive between the composite veneer and the plain plate is 0.3mm, the gluing area is 100%, and then carrying out hot press molding to obtain a PB plate primary product;
s32, adding the primary PB plate into a cleaning solution, soaking and cleaning for 12min, then adding into a treatment solution, soaking for 25min, and after soaking, placing the treated PB plate in hot air at 65 ℃ for air drying to obtain the required PB plate; the cleaning solution is prepared by compounding acetone, hydrogen peroxide and water according to the mass ratio of 5.5:1: 12.5; the treatment liquid is prepared by compounding hydroxypropyl cellulose, ethyl acetoacetate and water according to the mass ratio.
Comparative example No. two
The invention provides a PB plate odor control process, which comprises the following steps:
s1: preparation of plain plate
S11, adding corn straws and cedar wood into cooking liquor together according to the mass ratio of 5.5:1 for cooking treatment, wherein the cooking liquor is a compound of tannic acid, hydrogen peroxide and water according to the mass ratio of 3.5:1:12.5, the cooking temperature is 88 ℃, the cooking time is 2.5 hours, and after preliminary deodorization, washing and drying are carried out until the water content is 23% to obtain a mixed raw material;
s12, conveying the dried mixed raw materials into a wood shaving machine for wood shaving, drying the obtained wood shaving, uniformly mixing the dried mixed raw materials with an adhesive according to the mass ratio of 10:1, paving and hot-pressing to obtain a plain board; the adhesive is prepared by compounding the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 parts of polybutene, 6 parts of ammonium polyacrylate, 3 parts of lauryl methacrylate, 3 parts of ethylene glycol dimethacrylate and 2 parts of microcrystalline paraffin;
s2: preparation of composite veneers
Adding polycarbonate and corn straw fiber into a mixer together, uniformly mixing, adding p-toluenesulfonylacetone hydrazone and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate, carrying out micro-foaming at the temperature of 55 ℃ until the foaming ratio is 6.5 times, and carrying out extrusion molding to obtain a composite veneer; the mass ratio of the polycarbonate to the corn straw fiber to the p-toluenesulfonylacetone hydrazone to the ethylene glycol dimethacrylate is 40:15:1.5: 2;
s3: preparation of veneered PB Panel
S31, connecting the composite veneer, the plain plate and the composite veneer through an adhesive in the sequence from top to bottom, wherein the thickness of the adhesive between the composite veneer and the plain plate is 0.3mm, the gluing area is 100%, and then carrying out hot press molding to obtain a PB plate primary product;
s32, adding the primary PB plate product into a cleaning solution, soaking and cleaning for 12min, and then placing the primary PB plate product in hot air at 65 ℃ for air drying to obtain the required PB plate; the cleaning solution is prepared by compounding acetone, hydrogen peroxide and water according to the mass ratio of 5.5:1: 12.5.
Respectively detecting the performances of the PB plates prepared in the first to third examples and the first to second comparative examples according to the standard GB/T17657-2013;
PB plate odor was detected as follows:
the PB plate odor test sample was made to a size of 10mm, placed in a closed container, heated at 35 ℃ for 24 hours to accelerate odor emission, and rated by a professional odor evaluator after the test piece was cooled, typically the PB plate odor was classified into 6 grades, as shown in table 1 below, and the test results are shown in table 2 below:

Claims (6)

1. A PB plate odor control process is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: preparation of plain plate
S11, adding corn straws and Chinese fir wood into the cooking liquor together for cooking treatment, after primary deodorization, washing with water, and drying until the water content is 18-28% to obtain a mixed raw material;
s12, conveying the dried mixed raw materials into a wood shaving machine for wood shaving, drying the obtained wood shaving, uniformly mixing the obtained wood shaving with an adhesive, paving, and carrying out hot pressing to obtain a plain board;
s2: preparation of composite veneers
Adding polycarbonate and corn straw fiber into a mixer together, uniformly mixing, adding p-toluenesulfonylacetone hydrazone and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate, carrying out micro-foaming at the temperature of 40-70 ℃ until the foaming ratio is 5-8 times, and carrying out extrusion molding to obtain a composite veneer;
s3: preparation of veneered PB Panel
S31, connecting the composite veneers, the plain plates and the composite veneers through adhesives in sequence from top to bottom, and performing hot press molding to obtain a PB plate initial product;
s32, adding the primary PB plate into a cleaning solution, soaking and cleaning for 8-15min, then adding into a treatment solution, soaking for 20-30min, and after soaking, placing into hot air at 55-75 ℃ for air drying to obtain the required PB plate;
the cooking liquor in the step S1 is a compound of tannic acid, hydrogen peroxide and water in a mass ratio of 3-4:1:10-15, the cooking temperature is 78-98 ℃, and the cooking time is 2-3 h;
the treatment liquid in the step S3 is prepared by compounding hydroxypropyl cellulose, ethyl acetoacetate and water according to the mass ratio.
2. The PB plate odor control process of claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the corn stover to the cedar wood in step S1 is 4-7: 1; the mass ratio of the wood shavings to the adhesive is 100: 7-14.
3. The PB plate odor control process of claim 1, wherein the adhesive in the steps S1 and S3 is prepared by compounding the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25-35 parts of polybutene, 4-8 parts of ammonium polyacrylate, 2-4 parts of lauryl methacrylate, 2-4 parts of ethylene glycol dimethacrylate and 1-3 parts of microcrystalline paraffin.
4. The PB plate odor control process as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the polycarbonate to the corn stalk fiber to the tosylacetone hydrazone to the ethylene glycol dimethacrylate in the step S2 is 30-50:12-18:1-2: 1-3.
5. The PB board odor control process of claim 1, wherein the thickness of the adhesive between the composite overlay and the base board in the step S3 is 0.05-0.5mm, and the bonding area is 100%.
6. The PB plate odor control process as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cleaning solution in the step S3 is prepared by compounding acetone, hydrogen peroxide and water in a mass ratio of 5-6:1: 11-14.
