A slide rail 24 and a slide seat 25 connected to the slide rail 24 in a sliding manner are arranged below the cutting bracket 28, the length direction of the slide rail 24 is parallel to the width direction of the cutting table 2, and a connecting arm 26 is fixedly connected between the slide seat 25 and the deviation-correcting plate 51.

Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the cutting mechanism 3 includes a cutting base 31 vertically sliding and located above the cutting table 2, a vertical driving assembly driving the cutting base 31 to slide, and a cutting knife 33 fixedly connected to the cutting base 31 for cutting the corrugated cardboard. The vertical driving assemblies are arranged on two sides of the cutting table 2 and are used for cutting the hydraulic oil cylinders 32, the cylinder bodies of the cutting hydraulic oil cylinders 32 are fixed on the ground, and the piston rods of the cutting hydraulic oil cylinders 32 are fixedly connected to the lower end faces of the cutting seats 31. The piston rod of the cutting hydraulic oil cylinder 32 is contracted to drive the cutting knife 33 to cut the corrugated board.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, the fixing mechanism 4 includes a first adsorption plate 41, a first lifting member, a second adsorption plate 43 and a second lifting member, the first lifting member is located on one side of the cutting mechanism 3 close to the feeding end, the first lifting member is a first hydraulic cylinder 42 with a cylinder body fixedly connected to the fixing frame 1, the axis of a piston rod of the first hydraulic cylinder 42 is vertically arranged, and the piston rod of the first hydraulic cylinder 42 is fixedly connected to the upper end face of the first adsorption plate 41.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the second suction plates 43 are located on one side of the cutting mechanism 3 close to the discharge end, the second suction plates 43 are provided with two suction plates and distributed along the length direction of the cutting table 2, a connecting plate 47 is fixedly connected between the two second suction plates 43, a hinge shaft 48 is convexly provided in the middle of the side wall of the connecting plate 47, and the axial direction of the hinge shaft 48 is parallel to the width direction of the cutting table 2. The second lifting member is a second hydraulic cylinder 44 whose cylinder body is fixedly connected to the lower end face of the sliding table 11, and the axis of the piston rod of the second hydraulic cylinder 44 is vertically arranged. The piston rod of the second hydraulic cylinder 44 is fixedly connected with a lifting frame 13, a hinge shaft 48 is rotatably connected with the lifting frame 13, the lifting frame 13 is fixedly connected with a first rotating motor 14 for driving the hinge shaft 48 to rotate, and an output shaft of the first rotating motor 14 is coaxially and fixedly connected with the hinge shaft 48.
Referring to fig. 1 and 6, the first adsorption plate 41 and the second adsorption plate 43 are both located above the cutting table 2, the length directions of the first adsorption plate 41 and the second adsorption plate 43 are both parallel to the width direction of the cutting table 2, the first adsorption plate 41 and the second adsorption plate 43 are both provided with vacuum chambers 45, and the lower end surfaces of the first adsorption plate 41 and the second adsorption plate 43 are both provided with adsorption holes 46 which are communicated with the vacuum chambers 45 to adsorb and fix the cutting edges of the corrugated cardboard. The first adsorption plate 41 and the second adsorption plate 43 are both provided with an air extraction assembly 7 for evacuating the vacuum chamber 45, taking the first adsorption plate 41 as an example, the air extraction assembly 7 includes an air extraction pipe 71 and an air extraction pump 72, the air extraction pump 72 is fixedly connected to the upper end face of the first adsorption plate 41, and the other end of the air extraction pipe 71 is connected to the air extraction pump 72.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, the slide table 11 is provided with a blowing assembly 6, and the blowing assembly 6 includes a blowing pipe 61, a blowing head 62, a connection pipe 63, and a blower 64. The lower end face of the sliding table 11 is fixedly connected with a pair of bearing seats 15, the two bearing seats 15 are distributed along the width direction of the cutting table 2, and the blowing pipe 61 is rotatably arranged on the bearing seats 15 in a penetrating mode. The blowhole has been seted up to blowpipe 61, and the blowhole is provided with a plurality ofly and distributes along the axial of blowpipe 61, and the head 62 of blowing is corresponding to be provided with a plurality ofly and to communicate in the blowhole. The connection pipe 63 is a hose, one end of the connection pipe 63 is connected to the end of the blowing pipe 61 through a rotary joint, the other end of the connection pipe 63 is connected to a blower 64, and the blower 64 is fixedly connected to the upper end surface of the slide table 11. The bearing housing 15 is fixedly connected with a second rotating motor 16 for driving the blowing pipe 61 to rotate, and an output shaft of the second rotating motor 16 is coaxially and fixedly connected with the end part of the blowing pipe 61.
The implementation principle of the embodiment of the application is as follows: manually placing the corrugated board on the cutting table 2, pushing the corrugated board to enable the end part to abut against the limiting plate 27, extending piston rods of the first hydraulic cylinder 42 and the second hydraulic cylinder 44 to respectively drive the first adsorption plate 41 and the lifting frame 13 to slide downwards, enabling the first adsorption plate 41 and the second adsorption plate 43 to abut against the upper end surface of the corrugated board, and compressing and fixing the corrugated board, so that the possibility of displacement of the corrugated board in the cutting process is reduced, the cutting precision is improved, and the suction pump 72 sucks air from the adsorption holes 46 through the suction pipe 71, so that the adsorption holes 46 adsorb and fix the cut edges of the corrugated board, and therefore the possibility of collapse of the cut edges of the corrugated board when the corrugated board is cut by the cutting mechanism 3 is effectively reduced, and the product quality is improved; after the cutting is completed, the piston rod of the second hydraulic cylinder 44 contracts to drive the lifting frame 13 to ascend, and the sliding table 11 is driven by the horizontal driving component 12 to slide towards the direction close to the collecting box 23, during the sliding process, the first rotating motor 14 drives the hinge shaft 48 to rotate, so as to drive the paper board to rotate to a vertical state (refer to fig. 7), so that paper dust debris remained in the corrugated paper core of the corrugated paper board and paper dust debris remained on the surface of the paper board can be poured out, meanwhile, the blowing component 6 blows air to the inner cavity of the corrugated paper core of the corrugated paper board and the surface of the paper board, so as to blow off the paper dust debris remained in the corrugated paper core of the corrugated paper board and the paper dust debris remained on the surface of the paper board, thereby ensuring the cleanliness of the paper board, when the sliding table 11 slides to a discharging area, the adsorption force is discharged, and the paper board falls into the collecting box 23 due to self weight, realize automatic discharging, effectively reduce artifical intensity of labour.
