Today, the mobile phone industry is increasingly competitive, the goals of low cost, high efficiency and high quality are met, and the processing and manufacturing process of the mobile phone shell becomes more important under the environment. The injection molding shell type products can generate excess materials of a glue inlet, and the excess materials can influence the appearance and the assembly of the products, so the excess materials need to be removed. The traditional processing mode is that a special nozzle shear is used for manual shearing removal, the method is low in efficiency and high in labor cost, and due to the difference of operation methods of everyone, the trimmed product is uneven in appearance and can be processed to be defective.

The invention mainly solves the technical problems in the prior art and provides a side punching device for a glue inlet of a shell of a mobile phone.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a side punching device of a glue inlet of a mobile phone shell comprises a fixed frame and a base, wherein a fixed plate is fixedly installed at the bottom of the fixed frame, a support column is fixedly installed at the upper side of the fixed plate, a lower pressing plate is fixedly installed at the upper side of the support column, a first motor is fixedly installed at the upper side of the fixed frame, a fixed barrel is fixedly installed at the top of the fixed frame, a first threaded rod is fixedly installed at the output end of the first motor, a telescopic rod is connected to the outer side of the first threaded rod in a threaded manner, a first sliding block is fixedly installed at one end of the telescopic rod, a first sliding groove matched with the first sliding block is formed in the inner wall of the fixed barrel, a connecting plate is fixedly installed at the lower end of the telescopic rod, a cushion pad is fixedly installed at the lower side of the connecting plate, an upper pressing plate is fixedly installed at the lower side of the cushion pad, a limiting rod is fixedly installed at the lower side of the upper pressing plate, and the surface of the lower pressing plate is provided with a limiting groove matched with the limiting rod.

Referring to fig. 1, 4, 5 and 6, a second motor 18 is fixedly installed at one side of a fixed plate 2, a first gear 19 is fixedly installed at an output end of the second motor 18, the first gear 19 is connected with a second gear 20 through chain transmission, a second threaded rod 21 is fixedly connected to one side of each of the first gear 19 and the second gear 20, a moving seat 23 is connected to the surface of the second threaded rod 21 through threads, a second slider 24 is fixedly connected to one side of the moving seat 23, a second sliding chute 22 matched with the second slider 24 is formed inside the fixed plate 2, a moving plate 25 is fixedly installed at the upper side of the second slider 24, a punching knife 26 is fixedly installed at the upper side of the moving plate 25, a housing clamping seat 27 is formed on the surface of the lower pressing plate 4, a through groove 28 matched with the punching knife 26 is formed inside the lower pressing plate 4, the first gear 19 is driven to rotate by the second motor 18, the first gear 19 drives the second gear 20 to rotate through a chain, the first gear 19 and the second gear 20 respectively drive a second threaded rod 21 fixedly connected with one side of the first threaded rod to rotate, the second threaded rod 21 drives the moving seat 23 to move, the moving seat 23 drives the second sliding block 24 to slide along the second sliding groove 22, so that one side of the moving plate 25 driving the punching cutter 26 cuts off the mobile phone shell glue inlet excess material arranged inside the lower pressing plate 4, two sides of the punching cutter 26 are sharp blades, when the moving plate 25 is reset by the reverse rotation of the second motor 18, the other side of the punching cutter 26 cuts off the mobile phone shell glue inlet excess material in a reverse direction, the completeness of removing the glue inlet excess material is improved, and the removing efficiency of the mobile phone shell glue inlet excess material is improved.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 7, a first stepping motor 30 is fixedly installed inside a base 29, a rotary plate 31 is fixedly installed at an output end of the first stepping motor 30, a frame 32 is fixedly installed on an upper side of the rotary plate 31, a first fixing seat 33 is fixedly installed on a left side of the frame 32, a first air cylinder 34 is fixedly installed on one side of the first fixing seat 33, a first air cylinder guide rod 35 is slidably connected inside the first fixing seat 34, a first support plate 36 is fixedly installed on a lower side of the first air cylinder guide rod 35, a first electric push rod 37 is fixedly installed on one side of the first support plate 36, a first plate 38 is fixedly installed at the other end of the first electric push rod 37, a first air pump 39 is fixedly installed on an upper side of the first plate 38, a first suction nozzle 40 is fixedly installed on a lower side of the first air pump 39, a second fixing seat 41 is fixedly installed on a right side of the frame 32, a second air cylinder 42 is fixedly installed on one side of the second fixing seat 41, during the operation of the device, first, the first electric push rod 37 extends to drive the first plate 38 to move outwards, the first air cylinder 34 is started, the first air cylinder guide rod 35 drives the first support plate 36, the first electric push rod 37 and the first plate 38 to move downwards, the first suction nozzle 40 on the lower side of the first plate 38 is contacted with the mobile phone shell in the placement groove 55 of the conveyor belt 54, the first air pump 39 sucks air to enable the first suction nozzle 40 to suck the mobile phone shell, the first cylinder 34 makes the first cylinder guide rod 35 move upwards to reset, the first electric push rod 37 contracts to reset, meanwhile, the second air pump 47 on the second flat plate 46 on the other side of the frame 32 deflates, the processed mobile phone shell falls into the collecting box 56 under the action of gravity, then the first stepping motor 30 drives the turntable 31 and the frame 32 to rotate 90 degrees, the first electric push rod 37 extends to drive the mobile phone shell adsorbed by the first flat plate 38 and the first suction nozzle 40 to move to the right above the lower press plate 4, the first cylinder 34 makes the first cylinder guide rod 35 move downwards, the first cylinder guide rod 35 drives the first support plate 36, the first electric push rod 37 and the first flat plate 38 to move downwards, when the mobile phone shell is placed on the shell 27 arranged on the surface of the lower press plate 4, the first air pump 39 deflates, the first suction nozzle 40 is separated from the mobile phone shell, the first cylinder 34 makes the first cylinder guide rod 35 move upwards to reset, the first electric push rod 37 contracts and resets, when the first stepping motor 30 rotates 180 degrees again, the excess material at the glue inlet of the mobile phone shell is cut off, the second electric push rod 45 extends to drive the second flat plate 46 to move outwards to the position right above the lower press plate 4, the second air cylinder 42 is started, the second air cylinder guide rod 43 drives the second support plate 44, the second electric push rod 45 and the second flat plate 46 to move downwards, the second suction nozzle 48 at the lower side of the second flat plate 46 is in contact with the mobile phone shell, the second air pump 47 exhausts air to enable the second suction nozzle 48 to adsorb the mobile phone shell, the second air cylinder 42 enables the second air cylinder guide rod 43 to move upwards to reset, the second electric push rod 45 contracts to reset, and the steps are repeated when the first stepping motor 30 rotates 90 degrees again.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a first bracket 49 and a second bracket 50 are disposed on the left side of the base 29, a first transmission shaft 51 and a second transmission shaft 53 are disposed inside the first bracket 49 and the second bracket 50, respectively, a second stepping motor 53 is fixedly mounted on one side of the first bracket 49, an output end of the second stepping motor 53 is fixedly connected with the first transmission shaft 51, a transmission belt 54 is connected between the first transmission shaft 51 and the second transmission shaft 52 in a transmission manner, a placement groove 55 is disposed on the surface of the transmission belt 54, a collection box 56 is disposed on the right side of the base 29, the second stepping motor 53 drives the first transmission shaft 51 to intermittently rotate, and then drive conveyer belt 54 and make intermittent type transport to the cell phone case in the standing groove 55, make things convenient for taking of cell phone case and the excision of advancing the jiao kou clout, the cell phone case after processing is accomplished is conveniently collected to setting up of collecting box 56, has improved work efficiency.
The working principle is as follows: in the working process of the side punching equipment for the glue inlet of the mobile phone shell, firstly, the first electric push rod 37 extends to drive the first flat plate 38 to move outwards, the first air cylinder 34 is started to enable the first air cylinder guide rod 35 to drive the first supporting plate 36, the first electric push rod 37 and the first flat plate 38 to move downwards, the first suction nozzle 40 on the lower side of the first flat plate 38 is enabled to be in contact with the mobile phone shell in the placing groove 55 of the conveyor belt 54, the first air pump 39 sucks air to enable the first suction nozzle 40 to suck the mobile phone shell, the first air cylinder 34 enables the first air cylinder guide rod 35 to move upwards to reset, the first electric push rod 37 contracts to reset, meanwhile, the second air pump 47 on the second flat plate 46 on the other side of the rack 32 deflates, and the processed mobile phone shell falls into the collecting box 56 under the action of gravity; the first stepping motor 30 drives the turntable 31 and the rack 32 to rotate by 90 degrees, the first electric push rod 37 extends to drive the first flat plate 38 and the mobile phone shell adsorbed by the first suction nozzle 40 to move to the position right above the lower press plate 4, the first cylinder 34 enables the first cylinder guide rod 35 to move downwards, the first cylinder guide rod 35 drives the first support plate 36, the first electric push rod 37 and the first flat plate 38 to move downwards, when the mobile phone shell is placed on the shell clamping seat 27 formed on the surface of the lower press plate 4, the first air pump 39 is deflated, the first suction nozzle 40 is separated from the mobile phone shell, the first cylinder 34 enables the first cylinder guide rod 35 to move upwards for resetting, and the first electric push rod 37 contracts for resetting; then the first motor 5 drives the first threaded rod 15 to rotate, the first threaded rod 15 drives the telescopic rod 7 with the surface in threaded connection to move downwards, the telescopic rod 7 drives the connecting plate 8 and the upper pressing plate 10 to move downwards, the upper pressing plate 10 and the lower pressing plate 4 are closed, the mobile phone shell is fixed, the second motor 18 drives the first gear 19 to rotate, the first gear 19 drives the second gear 20 to rotate through a chain, the first gear 19 and the second gear 20 respectively drive the second threaded rod 21 fixedly connected with one side of the first threaded rod to rotate, the second threaded rod 21 drives the movable seat 23 to move, the movable seat 23 drives the second sliding block 24 to slide along the second sliding groove 22, so that the movable plate 25 drives one side of the punching cutter 26 to cut off the mobile phone shell glue inlet excess material arranged in the lower pressing plate 4, the two sides of the punching cutter 26 are sharp blades, when the second motor 18 rotates reversely to reset the movable plate 25, the other side of the punching cutter 26 reversely cuts the excess materials at the glue inlet of the mobile phone shell, and after the cutting is finished, the first motor 18 reversely rotates to separate the upper pressing plate 10 from the lower pressing plate 4, and the upper pressing plate 10 resets; at this time, when the first stepping motor 30 rotates 180 degrees again, the excess material at the glue inlet of the mobile phone shell is cut off, the second electric push rod 45 extends to drive the second flat plate 46 to move outwards to a position right above the lower press plate 4, the second air cylinder 42 is started, so that the second air cylinder guide rod 43 drives the second support plate 44, the second electric push rod 45 and the second flat plate 46 to move downwards, the second suction nozzle 48 at the lower side of the second flat plate 46 is in contact with the mobile phone shell, the second air pump 47 sucks air to enable the second suction nozzle 48 to adsorb the mobile phone shell, the second air cylinder 42 enables the second air cylinder guide rod 43 to move upwards to reset, and the second electric push rod 45 contracts to reset; finally, the second stepping motor 53 drives the first conveying shaft 51 to rotate, the first conveying shaft 51 drives the conveying belt 54 to move, the mobile phone shell in the next placing groove 55 is moved to the position to be taken, and when the first stepping motor 30 rotates for 90 degrees again, the steps are repeated.
Above-mentioned setting has realized automated processing, and processingquality is stable, and whole machining efficiency is higher, and the cost is lower, and all consumer all supply power through external power supply in this scheme.
