1. 2. 2. Preparation of Chinese herbal medicine active peptide: weighing 3.5kg of medlar, 2.5kg of kudzu root and 2.5kg of rhodiola rosea, processing according to the processing standard of the traditional Chinese medicines, and crushing; adding water 15 times of the traditional Chinese medicines, heating and boiling for 80 minutes, cooling, filtering out residues with a 80-mesh sieve, adding cellulase and pectinase (1:1) for double-enzyme enzymolysis, wherein the enzyme dosage is 6500 enzyme activity units (u) added to each gram of traditional Chinese medicines, the temperature is controlled at 50 ℃, and the enzymolysis is carried out for 2 hours; and (3) after the enzymolysis is finished, inactivating the enzyme for 10 minutes by a boiling water hot bath, cooling and centrifuging, rotating the rotating speed of a centrifugal machine to about 12000rpm to obtain the Chinese herbal medicine active peptide liquid, and placing and refrigerating for later use.
3. Blending: taking the donkey-hide gelatin active peptide liquid obtained in the step 1, the Chinese herbal medicine active peptide liquid obtained in the step 2, weighing 6.5kg of isomaltooligosaccharide powder, and carrying out compound blending.
4. Claims (8)
1. The donkey-hide gelatin active peptide is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight:
10 to 60 percent of donkey-hide gelatin active peptide, 5 to 20 percent of Chinese herbal medicine active peptide and 5 to 20 percent of isomaltooligosaccharide;
the sum of the weight percentages of the components is 100 percent;
the donkey-hide gelatin active peptide is donkey-hide gelatin active peptide liquid which is prepared by taking donkey-hide gelatin as a raw material and performing homogenization, enzymolysis and centrifugation;
the enzymolysis uses proteolytic enzyme; the proteolytic enzyme comprises one or more of trypsin, flavourzyme, compound protease, papain and neutral protease;
when the proteolytic enzyme is neutral protease, papain and flavourzyme, the dosage ratio of the neutral protease, the papain and the flavourzyme is 1:1: 1;
when the proteolytic enzyme is papain, compound protease and flavourzyme, the dosage ratio of the papain to the compound protease to the flavourzyme is 1:1: 1;
when the proteolytic enzyme is papain, compound protease and neutral protease, the dosage ratio of the papain, the compound protease and the neutral protease is 1:1: 1;
when the proteolytic enzyme is papain and flavourzyme, the dosage ratio of the papain to the flavourzyme is 1: 1.

(2) and preparing the Chinese herbal medicine active peptide: weighing Chinese herbal medicines, processing according to the processing standard of the Chinese herbal medicines, and crushing; adding water 15-20 times of the crushed Chinese herbal medicines, heating and boiling for 60-90 minutes, cooling, filtering out residues by using a 80-mesh sieve, adding cellulase and pectinase for double-enzyme enzymolysis, wherein the enzyme dosage is 3000 plus 8000 enzyme activity units added per gram of the Chinese herbal medicines, the temperature is controlled between 45-60 ℃, and the enzymolysis is carried out for 2-4 hours; after the enzymolysis is finished, enzyme is inactivated by hot bath in boiling water for 10-20 minutes, and then the mixture is cooled and centrifuged, the rotating speed of a centrifuge is 6000-12000rpm, and the Chinese herbal medicine active peptide liquid is obtained and is placed and refrigerated for standby;
(3) and blending: taking the donkey-hide gelatin active peptide liquid obtained in the step (1), the Chinese herbal medicine active peptide liquid obtained in the step (2), and weighing isomaltooligosaccharide powder for compound blending;
(4) placing the prepared mixed active peptide liquid into a stainless steel barrel to enter a steam sterilization cabinet for sterilization, heating the steam sterilization cabinet to 105 ℃ and 120 ℃ for sterilization for 15-40 minutes, cooling, and then adding purified water to fill into oral liquid products according to the production process specification of the oral liquid; the mixed peptide liquid can be filled into a freeze-drying bottle according to the freeze-drying process specification and then is freeze-dried by a freeze-drying machine to obtain a bottled freeze-dried powder product; the mixed peptide liquid can be prepared into powder particles by spray drying or freeze drying, and the powder particles are filled into capsule products according to the capsule production process specification.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein: the weight ratio of the cellulase to the pectinase in the step (2) is 1: 1.
