Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3, 12, 13, 14, and 15, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, a mounting hole 210 (shown in fig. 3) is formed through between a front end of the left upper body 201, a front end of the left lower body 202, a front end of the right upper body 203, and a front end of the right lower body 204, and a mounting groove 211 is formed on a front end surface of the left upper body 201, a front end surface of the left lower body 202, a front end surface of the right upper body 203, and a front end surface of the right lower body 204 and surrounds an outer periphery of the mounting hole 210; the hand-made suit model suitable for different body types further comprises an abdomen adjusting assembly 6, wherein the abdomen adjusting assembly 6 comprises a mounting plate 61, a connecting frame 62 and a first air bag 63, and the back of the first air bag 63 is arranged on the front of the mounting plate 61; the mounting plate 61 is positioned inside the mounting groove 211; one end of the connecting frame 62 is arranged on the back of the mounting plate 61, and the other end of the connecting frame 62 is connected with the support frame 1 through the mounting hole 210; a first inflation inlet 631 is provided on the rear surface of the first airbag 63, and the first inflation inlet 631 passes through the mounting plate 61 and the connecting frame 62 in this order and penetrates into the body 2. Under the action of the abdominal adjustment assembly 6, the first air bag 63 can be inflated through the first inflation interface 631, so that the size of the first air bag 63 can be adjusted to accommodate the customizers of different sizes of stomachs. In addition, the first airbag 63 is prevented from expanding into the gap between the left upper body 201, the left lower body 202, the right upper body 203, and the right lower body 204 by the mounting plate 61; otherwise, without the mounting plate 61, the first airbag 63 would deform toward the space between the left upper body 201, the left lower body 202, the right upper body 203, and the right lower body 204 toward the first airbag 63 after inflation, which not only would easily interfere with the movement of the left upper body 201, the left lower body 202, the right upper body 203, and the right lower body 204, but also would easily damage the first airbag 63. In addition, as shown in fig. 15, the mounting plate 61 can be effectively accommodated by the mounting groove 211, so that the overall configuration of the body 2 is prevented from being affected by the mounting plate 61; meanwhile, after the first air bag 63 is exhausted, the first air bag can be accommodated in the installation groove 211, so that the occupied space is reduced, and the first air bag 63 is protected; when the first air bag 63 is inflated, the first air bag 63 is gradually expanded outwards from the mounting groove 211, so that the first air bag can be more naturally protruded out of the body 2, and the customized effect of the western-style clothes can be more accurately and perfectly displayed.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3, 12, 16 and 17, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, fixing grooves 212 are formed on both the front end surface of the left upper body 201 and the front end surface of the right upper body 203; the hand-made suit model suitable for different body types further comprises a chest adjusting component 7, the chest adjusting component 7 comprises two second air bags 71, the two second air bags 71 are embedded in the two fixing grooves 212 respectively, and second air inflation interfaces 711 penetrating into the body 2 are arranged on the back surfaces of the two second air bags 71. As shown in fig. 17, the second air cell 71 may be inflated through the second inflation interface 711, changing the size of the second air cell 71 to accommodate customizers of different sized breasts; meanwhile, as the two second air bags 71 are respectively positioned on the left upper body 201 and the right upper body 203, the positions of the two second air bags 71 can be adjusted while the width and the height of the model are adjusted. As shown in fig. 17, under the action of the fixing groove 212, after the second airbag 71 is exhausted, the second airbag can be accommodated in the fixing groove 212, which is beneficial to reducing the occupied space and protecting the second airbag 71; when the second air bag 71 is inflated, the second air bag 71 gradually expands outwards from the fixing groove 212, so that the second air bag can be more naturally protruded from the body 2, and the customized effect of the western-style clothes can be more accurately and perfectly demonstrated.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3, 8, 9 and 11, in some embodiments of the present application, the neck 3 includes a hollow tube 31, an upper limit ring 32, a lower limit ring 33 and a third annular air bag 34, the lower end of the hollow tube 31 is disposed on the supporting frame 1, the upper limit ring 32, the lower limit ring 33 and the third annular air bag 34 are all sleeved on the hollow tube 31, the third annular air bag 34 is located between the upper limit ring 32 and the lower limit ring 33, and a radial dimension of the third annular air bag 34 is greater than or equal to a radial dimension of the upper limit ring 32 and the lower limit ring 33; the third air bag 34 is arranged in the abdicating hole 206 in a penetrating way; the inner annular surface of the third airbag 34 is provided with a third inflation inlet 341, and the third inflation inlet 341 penetrates through the hollow tube 31 to the inside of the body 2. As shown in fig. 11, the third air cell 34 can be inflated through the third inflation port 341 to adjust the radial size of the third air cell 34, thereby accommodating customizers of necks of different thicknesses. Further, the upper retainer ring 32 and the lower retainer ring 33 prevent the third bag 34 from being deformed in the axial direction when inflated. It should be noted that, when the left upper body 201 and the right upper body 203 are adjusted up and down, it is still necessary to ensure that the third airbag 34 is disposed in the abdicating hole 206 (as shown in fig. 11).
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3, 8, 9 and 10, in some embodiments of the present application, the left end of the left upper body 201 and the right end of the right upper body 203 are both provided with fixing holes 213; the arm 4 comprises a connecting arm 41, a telescopic arm 42 and a fourth air bag 43, wherein the upper end of the connecting arm 41 is bent to form a connecting part 411, and the connecting part 411 is rotatably arranged in the fixing hole 213; the telescopic arm 42 is telescopically arranged at the lower end of the connecting arm 41; the fourth airbag 43 is sleeved on the connecting arm 41 and the connecting portion 411, a fourth inflation port 431 is arranged on the fourth airbag 43, and the fourth inflation port 431 penetrates into the body 2 through the connecting portion 411. As shown in fig. 10, the fourth balloon 43 can be inflated through the fourth inflation port 431 to adjust the thickness of the fourth balloon 43, so as to adapt to customizers of upper limbs with different thicknesses. In addition, under the action of the telescopic arm 42, the extension length of the telescopic arm 42 can be adjusted, so that the utility model can be suitable for customizers of upper limbs with different lengths. Further, since the connecting portion 411 is rotatably mounted in the fixing hole 213, the posture of the arm 4 can be adjusted by rotating the telescopic arm 42 or the connecting arm 41.
The present application does not limit the manner of mounting the telescopic boom 42, and reference is made to the following mounting manner: referring to fig. 10, the telescopic arm 42 is slidably connected to the inside of the connecting arm 41, a third cylinder 83 is provided inside the connecting arm 41, and the telescopic end of the third cylinder 83 is fixed inside the telescopic arm 42; the extension amount of the telescopic arm 42 can be adjusted by controlling the extension/contraction amount of the third cylinder 83.
The present application does not limit the rotational mounting between the connecting portion 411 and the fixing hole 213, and reference is made to the following mounting method: referring to fig. 10, a hollow shaft 412 is disposed on the connecting portion 411, and the hollow shaft 412 is rotatably connected in the fixing hole 213 (the rotation and installation manner between the shaft and the hole is prior art and will not be described in detail herein). In addition, the hollow shaft 412 and the fixing hole 213 may be detachably mounted, for example, the hollow shaft 412 is directly interference-fitted into the fixing hole 213, so that the hollow shaft 412 may rotate in the fixing hole 213, and under the action of friction, the hollow shaft 412 may not be displaced or rotated in the fixing hole 213, and at the same time, the hollow shaft 412 may be pulled out by force to be detached, so that the suit may be put on or taken off more conveniently. Of course, the detachable mounting between the hollow shaft 412 and the fixing hole 213 may be any one of those in the prior art.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments of the present application, the height of the support stand 1 is adjustable. Can adjust the height of support frame 1, can change the height of body 2 to improve the bandwagon effect to the suit, and be favorable to the designer of different heights to design, dress. It should be noted that, the height adjustment manner of the support frame 1 is the prior art, for example, the support frame 1 may adopt a lead screw lifting mechanism, which is not illustrated herein.
In some embodiments of the present application, the hand-made custom-made western-style clothes model suitable for different body types further comprises an elastic sleeve (the elastic sleeve is not shown in the attached drawings), and the elastic sleeve is sleeved on the outer surface of the body 2 (i.e. wrapped on the outer parts of the left upper body 201, the left lower body 202, the right upper body 203, the right lower body 204, the waist line adjusting component 5, the abdomen adjusting component 6 and the chest adjusting component 7). Under the action of the elastic sleeve, the elastic sleeve can be forced to deform while the left upper body 201, the left lower body 202, the right upper body 203, the right lower body 204, the waist line adjusting component 5, the abdomen adjusting component 6 and the chest adjusting component 7 are adjusted, so that the interference of the elastic sleeve on the movement of each component can be avoided; meanwhile, the elastic sleeve can effectively wrap and seal the gap between the elastic sleeve and the elastic sleeve.

Claims (9)

1. A suit model suitable for different body types is customized manually, which comprises a support frame, a body, a neck and two arms; the device is characterized in that the body comprises a left upper body, a left lower body, a right upper body, a right lower body and two fixing frames; the two fixing frames are movably arranged on the supporting frame left and right, the left upper body and the right upper body are respectively movably arranged on the two fixing frames up and down, and the left lower body and the right lower body are respectively movably arranged on the two fixing frames up and down; one of the arms is arranged at the left end of the left upper body, and the other arm is arranged at the right end of the right upper body; a yielding hole is formed between the upper left body and the upper right body, the lower end of the neck is arranged on the supporting frame, and the upper end of the neck penetrates to the position above the yielding hole;
the left lower end of the left upper body, the left upper end of the left lower body, the right lower end of the right upper body and the right upper end of the right lower body are all sunken to form grooves for forming a waist line, and a through hole penetrates through the two grooves which are adjacent from top to bottom along the left-right direction; the manual customized suit model suitable for different body types further comprises a waist line adjusting assembly, wherein the waist line adjusting assembly comprises two telescopic parts and two arc-shaped plates made of elastic materials; the two arc-shaped plates are respectively arranged in the two through holes in a left-right movable manner, and the outer arc surfaces of the two arc-shaped plates are oppositely arranged; one end of each of the two telescopic parts is connected to the middle of the outer cambered surfaces of the two arc plates, and the other end of each of the two telescopic parts is connected to the two fixing frames; the upper ends and the lower ends of the two arc-shaped plates are bent towards the direction of the outer arc surface to form limiting parts, and the limiting parts are used for limiting the arc-shaped plates to penetrate through the through holes.

The hand-made suit model suitable for different body types according to claim 1, wherein support plates extend from the front end and the rear end of the middle part of the arc-shaped plate, the arc-shaped plate and the horizontal section between the two support plates form a U-shaped structure, and the openings of the two U-shaped structures are oppositely arranged; the upper left body, the lower left body, the upper right body and correspond on the lower right body all be equipped with the groove of stepping down in the position of backup pad.

The hand-customized suit model suitable for different body types according to claim 1, wherein mounting holes are formed in the front end of the left upper body, the front end of the left lower body, the front end of the right upper body and the front end of the right lower body in a penetrating manner, and mounting grooves are formed in the front end surface of the left upper body, the front end surface of the left lower body, the front end surface of the right upper body and the front end surface of the right lower body and surround the peripheries of the mounting holes; the hand-made suit model suitable for different body types further comprises an abdomen adjusting assembly, the abdomen adjusting assembly comprises a mounting plate, a connecting frame and a first air bag, and the back of the first air bag is arranged on the front of the mounting plate; the mounting plate is positioned inside the mounting groove; one end of the connecting frame is arranged on the back surface of the mounting plate, and the other end of the connecting frame is connected with the supporting frame through the mounting hole; the back of the first air bag is provided with a first inflation interface, and the first inflation interface penetrates through the body sequentially through the mounting plate and the connecting frame.

The hand-customized suit model suitable for different body types according to claim 1, wherein fixing grooves are formed in the front end face of the left upper body and the front end face of the right upper body; the manual customized suit model suitable for different body types further comprises a chest adjusting assembly, the chest adjusting assembly comprises two second air bags, the two second air bags are embedded in the two fixing grooves respectively, and the back surfaces of the two second air bags are provided with second inflation interfaces penetrating through the inside of the body.

The hand-made custom-made western-style clothes model suitable for different body types as claimed in claim 1, wherein the neck portion comprises a hollow tube, an upper limit ring, a lower limit ring and an annular third air bag, the lower end of the hollow tube is arranged on the support frame, the upper limit ring, the lower limit ring and the third air bag are all sleeved on the hollow tube, the third air bag is positioned between the upper limit ring and the lower limit ring, and the radial dimension of the third air bag is greater than or equal to that of the upper limit ring and the lower limit ring; the third air bag is arranged in the abdicating hole in a penetrating manner; and a third inflation connector is arranged on the inner ring surface of the third air bag and penetrates into the body through the hollow tube.

The hand-customized suit model for different body types according to claim 1, wherein fixing holes are formed in the left end of the left upper body and the right end of the right upper body; the arm comprises a connecting arm, a telescopic arm and a fourth air bag, the upper end of the connecting arm is bent to form a connecting part, and the connecting part is rotatably arranged in the fixing hole; the telescopic arm is telescopically arranged at the lower end of the connecting arm; the fourth air bag is sleeved on the connecting arm and the connecting portion, a fourth inflation interface is arranged on the fourth air bag, and the fourth inflation interface penetrates through the inside of the connecting portion to the inside of the body.
7. The model of claim 6, wherein a hollow shaft is provided on the connecting portion, and the hollow shaft is rotatably and detachably disposed in the fixing hole.
8. The hand-made custom suit model for different body types according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein said support frame is height-adjustable.
9. The hand-customized suit model for different body types according to any one of claims 1-7, wherein said hand-customized suit model for different body types further comprises an elastic sleeve, said elastic sleeve being provided on the outer surface of said body.
