As shown in fig. 1 and 3, this embodiment is substantially the same as embodiment 1, and preferably, the centers of the front and rear end limiting columns 19 and the limiting hooks 20 are all on the same vertical line.
In this embodiment, the limiting post 19 and the limiting hook 20 are located on the same vertical line, so that the limiting post 19 can be smoothly abutted by the limiting hook 20 after moving upwards.

Claims (8)

1. The convenient stir-frying equipment for processing the snakegourd seeds comprises a screening dish (1), wherein supports are fixed at four corners of the bottom surface of the screening dish (1), and is characterized in that a mounting hole is formed in the middle of the top surface of the screening dish (1), a stir-frying cylinder (2) is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the mounting hole through screws, a heating pipe (3) is installed inside the inner side wall of the stir-frying cylinder (2), a servo motor I (4) is fixedly connected to the middle of the outer top surface of the stir-frying cylinder (2) through screws, the output end of the servo motor I (4) penetrates through the top surface of the stir-frying cylinder (2) and is fixed with stir-frying blades (5), feeding dishes (6) are connected to two sides of the top surface of the stir-frying cylinder (2) in a penetrating manner, a discharge hole is formed in the middle of the bottom end of the stir-frying cylinder (2), and a through-stop valve is installed on the inner wall of the discharge hole;
screening dish (1) front and back end inner wall upper portion sliding connection has screening dish (7), and screening groove has been seted up at bottom surface middle part in screening dish (7), and screening inslot wall is fixed with screen cloth (8), screening dish (7) bottom surface both sides still are fixed with vibrating motor (9), and screening dish (7) downside is provided with baffle (10), and baffle (10) splice is fixed on screening dish (1) front and back end inner wall, screening dish (1) bottom surface one side still is fixed with lifting plate (11), two lifting plate (11) are close to one end mutually and all have been seted up rectangular groove, and rectangular groove upper and lower side amount inner wall all rotates and is connected with threaded rod (12), two threaded rod (12) outer wall all is through the threaded fixation has mounting sleeve (13), two all rotate between mounting sleeve (13) and be connected with bull stick (14), fixedly connected with between two bull sticks (14) retrieves dish (15), two the lower extreme of threaded rod (12) all passes screening ware (1) bottom surface and rotates through conveyor belt (16) to be connected, the support inside wall still is fixed with accepts board (17), accepts board (17) top surface one side and has two (18) of servo motor through the screw rigid coupling, the output and one of them of two (18) of servo motor threaded rod (12) rotate through the gear train and connect, retrieve ware (15) and be close to screening ware (1) center one side upper portion front and back end and all be fixed with spacing post (19), screening ware (1) top surface is close to and retrieves ware (15) one end front and back side and still is fixed with spacing colluding (20), screening ware (1) interior bottom lifting plate (11) one side still is provided with and goes miscellaneous mechanism.

The convenient stir-frying equipment for processing the snakegourd seeds according to claim 1, wherein the air-cooling impurity removing mechanism comprises a mounting seat (21), a conveying belt (22) is fixedly mounted at the upper end of the mounting seat (21), baffles (23) are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the conveying belt (22), a condensation impurity removing box (24) is further erected in the middle of the conveying belt (22), strip-shaped grooves are formed in both sides of the condensation impurity removing box (24) in a penetrating manner, the conveying belt (22) is arranged in the strip-shaped grooves, a cylindrical hole is further formed in the top surface of the condensation impurity removing box (24), an electric telescopic rod (25) is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the cylindrical hole through screws, dispersing assemblies (26) are fixed to the output ends of the electric telescopic rods (25) in the same group, a hollow dish (27) is further fixed to the rear side of the top surface of the condensation impurity removing box (24), and a cyclone collector (28) is arranged on the rear side of the hollow dish (27), hollow ware (27) top surface still has air pump (29) through the fix with screw, air pump (29) input and output respectively with the input through connection of hollow ware (27) and cyclone collector (28), lateral wall still through connection has ash suction pipe (30) before hollow ware (27), and through connection has between ash suction pipe (30) bottom and the condensation miscellaneous case (24) top surface inhales material funnel (31), conveyer belt (22) deviate from screening ware (1) one side and still are provided with collection ware (32), and conveyer belt (22) are close to collection ware (32) one side and still install baffle disc (33).

The convenient stir-frying equipment for processing the snakegourd fruit seeds as claimed in claim 2, wherein four mounting seats (21) are arranged and fixed on the inner bottom surface and the working surface of the screening dish (1) in a rectangular shape, one ends, close to each other, of the two baffle plates (23) are attached to the conveying belt (22), and the two sides of each baffle plate (23) are fixed on the top surface of the mounting seat (21).

The convenient stir-frying equipment for processing the snakegourd fruit seeds as claimed in claim 2, wherein the cylindrical holes are provided with a plurality of groups and are distributed on the outer top surface of the condensing impurity removing box (24), and each group is arranged on the front side and the rear side of the condensing impurity removing box (24), the dispersing component (26) comprises a mounting bar (261), the mounting bar (261) is fixed on the output end of the electric telescopic rod (25), the bottom surface of the mounting bar (261) is also fixed with a dispersing rod (262), and the dispersing rod (262) is provided with a plurality of groups and is uniformly distributed on the bottom surface of the mounting bar (261).

The convenient stir-frying equipment for processing the snakegourd fruit seeds as claimed in claim 2, wherein the ash suction pipes (30) are provided with a plurality of ash suction pipes which are uniformly distributed on the front side wall of the hollow dish (27), the material suction hoppers (31) are provided with a plurality of ash suction pipes which are uniformly distributed on the bottom surface of the ash suction pipes (30), and the material guide discs (33) are fixed on the side wall of the mounting seat (21).

The convenient stir-frying equipment for processing the snakegourd fruit seeds as claimed in claim 1, wherein the screening disc (7) is in sliding limit connection with the inner walls of the front end and the rear end of the screening dish (1) through sliding blocks, and elastic parts are fixed on two sides of each sliding block.

The convenient stir-frying equipment for processing the snakegourd fruit seeds as claimed in claim 1, wherein the screening disc (7) is arranged by inclining downwards from one side of the lifting plate (11) to one side of the air-cooled impurity removing mechanism, one end of the screening disc (7) extends to the position on the upper side of the belt surface of the conveyor belt (22), the material guide plate (10) is arranged by inclining upwards from one side of the lifting plate (11) to one side of the air-cooled impurity removing mechanism, and one end of the material guide plate (10) extends to the upper side of the recovery dish (15).
