Abstract
The invention provides a bone and meat food and a preparation method and application thereof. According to the bone and meat co-eating food and the preparation method and application thereof, hard bones can be made soft by the preparation method, and a food mass can be formed after chewing and is swallowed in the stomach and intestine, so that the purpose of digestion and absorption by the stomach and intestine can be achieved, the utilization rate of the existing raw material meat food is increased, and bone waste is reduced. Increases the source of nutrient substances needed by human health, reduces or eliminates the defects of human body caused by lack of bone nutrient substances, and improves the health level of human. The inventor has been eating the duck neck which is eaten together with bone and meat every day, and the subjective physical strength is increased, and the inventor does not need to take the calcium tablet three times a day.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of food, in particular to a bone and meat co-eating food and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The human beings have long taken meat of various vertebrates as food, but the prior art food which integrates bone and meat and is made by taking meat as food still remains to eat meat and leave bone, or meat and bone are eaten into a mouth, and the meat is swallowed and the bone is spit out after being chewed and stirred by a tongue. The bone is changed into garbage, and the possibility of secondary processing and utilization of the bone garbage is very low. It is not known that meat is needed as a nutrient substance for human life activities, and bones left by eating meat are also needed as nutrient substances for human life activities. The nutrient substances contained in the bone and meat which are given to the human by the animal can be obtained only by eating the bone and meat of the animal. Our ancestors have in classical discussions of traditional Chinese medicine a discussion about eating animal organs to compensate for the deficiencies of human organs. Modern researches show that the bone components contain minerals mainly comprising calcium and phosphorus, and organic nutrients such as protein and fat. These substances constituting bones are all nutrients required for human life activities. For example: calcium carbonate and calcium phosphate in bones are the calcium milk which is recommended by experts in nutrition and is prepared by adding milk to supplement calcium needed by human bodies. Doctors can directly prescribe calcium tablets to patients. In modern active people, the osteoporosis of the people is often heard to be calcium-deficient, and the children have bone dysplasia due to calcium deficiency. The calcium in the bone is not only related to the bone health of human beings, but also is an indispensable nutrient for human beings in healthy life activities.
Therefore, it is important to provide a food which makes full use of the nutrients contained in the bone.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a bone and meat co-eating food and a preparation method and application thereof, which aim to solve various body health problems caused by lack of nutrient substances contained in bones in human life activities, which are commonly caused by discarding the bones after eating meat in the existing meat food preparation technology.
In order to achieve the above object, the embodiments of the present invention provide the following technical solutions:
according to a first aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a method for preparing a bone and meat co-food product, comprising placing a bone and meat integrated food product into a high pressure container to cook until the bones are soft and edible.
Further, the high pressure vessel comprises a pressure cooker.
Further, the bone and meat integrated food is selected from any one of poultry, livestock and other edible vertebrates.
Further, the poultry includes any one of ducks, chickens and geese.
Further, the domestic animals include any one of pigs, cattle and sheep.
Further, the other edible vertebrates include, but are not limited to, fish and turtles.
Furthermore, the preparation method of the bone and meat co-eating food also comprises the steps of cooling and packaging the cooked food.
Further, the packaging method includes, but is not limited to, vacuum packaging.
According to a second aspect of embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a bone and meat co-feed food product made by the above method.
According to a third aspect of embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a health food comprising the aforesaid bone and meat co-feed food.
According to a fourth aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a frozen food product comprising the above described bone and meat co-feed food product.
The embodiment of the invention has the following advantages: the embodiment of the invention provides a bone and meat co-eating food and a preparation method and application thereof. Increases the source of nutrient substances needed by human health, reduces or eliminates the defects of human body caused by lack of bone nutrient substances, and is beneficial to improving the health level of human. The inventor has eaten the duck neck which is eaten with one piece of bone and meat every day, and in the past half a year, the inventor has increased physical strength by oneself and does not need to take the calcium tablet three times a day.
Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the following embodiments, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example 1
The embodiment provides a method for preparing a bone and meat co-eating food, which comprises the following steps:
(1) cleaning duck neck bones for later use;
(2) putting the duck neck bone into a pressure cooker, and steaming until the bone is soft and edible.
(3) The cooked bones are eaten together with the meat.
Example 2
The embodiment provides a method for preparing a bone and meat co-eating food, which comprises the following steps:
(1) cleaning chicken leg bones for later use;
(2) the chicken leg bone is put into a pressure cooker to be steamed and cooked until the bone is soft and edible.
(3) The cooked bones are eaten together with the meat.
Example 3
The embodiment provides a method for preparing a bone and meat co-eating food, which comprises the following steps:
(1) cleaning pig ribs for later use;
(2) the pig ribs are put into a pressure cooker to be cooked until the bones are soft and edible.
(3) The cooked ribs are eaten together with the meat.
Example 4
The embodiment provides a method for preparing a bone and meat co-eating food, which comprises the following steps:
(1) cleaning the beef steak bones for later use;
(2) putting the steak bone into a pressure cooker for cooking until the bone is soft and edible.
(3) The cooked bones are eaten together with the meat.
When preservation is needed, the bone and meat food prepared by the method of the embodiment 1 to 4 can be cooled and vacuum-packed. In addition, the bone and meat co-eaten food prepared by the method of the above examples 1 to 4 can be eaten as health food, frozen food, and the like.
The principle of the invention is as follows: the bone is hard because of the special structure formed by calcium carbonate and calcium phosphate as main calcium element and protein as main collagen as organic matter in special form. The destruction of the characteristic structures of calcium and protein in bone is the key to make hard bone soft. Under the conditions of long time and high pressure, the original structural form of the bone is damaged, and the hardness of the bone becomes chewable into a bolus to be digested and absorbed by the gastrointestinal tract.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
