本发明公开一种数据传输方法,包括:终端设备根据配置了重复传输的配置授权资源的重复传输位置确定目标位置;所述终端设备基于所述目标位置开始传输数据;所述目标位置的确定方式包括以下之一:所述终端设备与网络设备预先约定;所述网络设备指示;以及所述终端设备决定;其中,在所述确定方式为所述终端设备决定的情况下,所述终端设备将所述目标位置上报至所述网络设备。本发明还公开了一种终端设备、网络设备及存储介质。
