In some embodiments, compared to the application scenario of the above embodiment in which the same contact includes multiple pieces of number information, querying the address book information according to the voice communication request to obtain the contact information may further include multiple contact information records, and each contact information record may further include one or more pieces of number information. For example, if the voice communication request is "call three, the contact is" three "by semantic parsing and the action is performed as" call ", then according to" contact: the address book information of Zhang III inquires the telephone number of Zhang III. The contact information records with the name of Zhang III inquired in the address book information have 2, and two contact information records are stored under the same name. Therefore, by judging or processing the address book information query result, corresponding business processing can be carried out on the condition of a plurality of results, the business processing range of the communication method is increased to a certain extent, and the effectiveness and the coverage of the communication method are effectively improved.

Further, in step 14, a first execution instruction is sent to the vehicle to enable the vehicle to execute the first execution instruction to perform the first communication operation according to the connection state of the communication connection. And after the first execution instruction is generated, the first execution instruction is directly sent to the vehicle. Accordingly, in step 32, the vehicle receives the first execution instruction and determines the connection status of the communication connection.
Specifically, when the vehicle receives a first execution instruction such as "dial + zhang san 13522222222", the vehicle determines the connection state of the communication connection. The communication connection includes a wireless communication connection or a wired communication connection, and the wireless communication connection includes but is not limited to a bluetooth connection, a local area network connection and the like.
In one example, the user's cell phone is in a vehicle and establishes a bluetooth connection with the vehicle. Then when the vehicle receives a first execution instruction sent by the server, such as "dial + zhang san 13522222222". The connection state of the Bluetooth connection is judged, namely whether the connection is successful or not is judged, the vehicle end can comprise a sensing point of the Bluetooth connection state, and the Bluetooth connection state can be acquired by detecting the corresponding sensing point.
It can be understood that before the vehicle receives the first execution instruction information, the bluetooth connection may be disconnected due to an antenna matching problem, a signal instability problem, and the like, and at this time, if the vehicle executes operations such as dialing according to the first execution instruction of the server 100, the dialing may be failed. Therefore, before the vehicle executes the operation command, it is also required to detect whether the bluetooth connection is in a connected state, so as to ensure normal execution of the dialing operation.
Further, in step 33, when the connection state of the terminal and the vehicle communication connection is determined to be the established connection, a first execution instruction is executed to perform a first communication operation, such as dialing 13522222222 through the bluetooth connection terminal, thereby completing the first communication operation.
In this way, in the embodiment of the application, the server 100 receives a voice communication request uploaded by a vehicle, and determines whether the address book information uploaded by the terminal exists in the server according to the voice communication request, wherein the terminal is in communication connection with the vehicle, and in the case that the address book information exists, the address book information is queried and generated according to the voice communication request, and a first execution instruction is sent to the vehicle so that the vehicle can execute the first execution instruction according to the connection state of the communication connection to perform a first communication operation. Compared with the prior art that the vehicle state is inquired through interfaces such as a native api and the like in the server, the inquiry and the processing at the server are both local inquiry, so that the time for processing the communication request of the server is effectively saved, the communication flow is simplified, and the communication time is shortened. Meanwhile, due to the shortening of the communication time, the situation that the vehicle dials the object wrongly or even can not dial due to the change of the state of the vehicle caused by the overlong time of analyzing the voice to the dialing information by the server is avoided to a certain extent, the user experience is improved, and meanwhile, the effectiveness of communication processing is guaranteed. In addition, by utilizing cache or real-time synchronous address book information to perform query and result judgment processing, compared with other local processing modes, the implementation mode is simpler and more effective.
Meanwhile, in the embodiment of the present application, the vehicle 300 receives the first execution instruction and determines the connection state of the communication connection by sending the voice communication request to the server, and performs the first communication operation according to the first execution instruction if the connection state is connected. The communication is carried out by the vehicle 300 under the condition that the connection state of the communication connection is connected, so that the condition that the communication connection is disconnected or weak due to the mobility of the vehicle 300, and the server 100 is inconsistent with the vehicle 300 locally due to end cloud is avoided. And communication operation is carried out after the cloud of the verification end is consistent, so that the effectiveness and the real-time performance of communication are effectively improved. On the other hand, when the verification is performed locally in the vehicle 300, compared with the verification performed on the server side, the problem that the vehicle state changes due to network disconnection or weak network and the server side cannot be synchronized can be effectively avoided.
Referring to fig. 11, in some embodiments, step 33 further includes:
331: judging whether the synchronous operation of the address book information is finished or not under the condition that the communication connection state is connected;

In some embodiments, steps 331 and 332 may be implemented by execution module 330. Or, the executing module 330 is further configured to determine whether the synchronization operation of the address book information is completed when the communication connection state is connected, and perform the first communication operation according to the first executing instruction when the synchronization operation is completed.
In some embodiments, the processor is configured to determine whether a synchronization operation of the address book information is completed when the communication connection status is connected, and perform a first communication operation according to the first execution instruction when the synchronization operation is completed.
Specifically, when the vehicle 300, such as a vehicle, determines that a communication connection, such as a bluetooth connection, with the terminal is connected, it continues to determine whether the synchronization operation of the address book information is completed. The synchronization operation of the address book information includes a synchronization operation that the terminal uploads to the server 100 when establishing a bluetooth connection with the vehicle. After the terminal and the vehicle establish the bluetooth connection, the vehicle can receive the address book sent by the terminal and upload the address book to the server 100, so as to complete the synchronization of the address book information.
In one example, the vehicle end may include a sensing point of the address book information synchronization completion state, and whether the address book information is completed synchronously may be determined by detecting the corresponding sensing point.
In another example, when the terminal sends the address book information, the total number of contacts of the address book information may be sent at the same time, when the server 100 receives the address book information, whether the address book information is completed synchronously may be determined according to whether the number of the received contacts reaches the total number, and after the synchronization is completed, feedback information indicating that the address book information is synchronized is sent to the vehicle. Thus, the server 100 can accurately determine whether the address book information is completed synchronously, and the vehicle can query the address book information synchronization status in real time to determine whether the address book information is completed synchronously.
In another example, since the address book information of the terminal may be updated continuously, after the terminal and the vehicle bluetooth are disconnected, the vehicle may update the address book information synchronization state to be unsynchronized, and then after each time the terminal and the vehicle bluetooth are connected, the address book information synchronization state is updated to the server 100 and modified to be synchronized according to the feedback information, so as to ensure that the address book information synchronized by the server 100 is the latest address book information of the currently connected terminal, and ensure the accuracy of the synchronized address book information.
Further, when the communication connection is in a connected state and the synchronization operation is completed, the first communication operation is performed according to the first execution instruction.
It should be noted that, the present application does not limit the determination sequence of the connection state of the communication connection and the synchronization completion state of the address book information. In some embodiments, the vehicle 300 may also determine the synchronization completion status of the address book information, and determine whether the terminal and the vehicle 300 have established a connection after the address book information is synchronized.
In this way, verification of the synchronization completion state of the address book information is added on the basis of the connection state of the communication connection. The communication connection is in a connected state, so that normal execution of operation is ensured, and operation failure is avoided; and the result information is obtained according to the synchronized address list, so that the condition that the dialing object is wrong due to the fact that the result information only comprises one dialing object when the dialing objects corresponding to the input information are multiple is prevented, the accuracy and the real-time performance of the result information are effectively improved, the consistency of the terminal cloud is guaranteed to a certain extent, and the user experience is good.
Referring to fig. 12, in some embodiments, the communication method for the vehicle 300 further comprises:

Accordingly, referring to fig. 13, in some embodiments, the vehicle 300 further includes a second prompting module 340, and step 34 can be implemented by the second prompting module 340. Or, the second prompting module 340 is configured to generate corresponding prompting information and end the voice communication request when the communication connection status is unconnected and/or the synchronization operation is not completed.
In some embodiments, the processor is configured to generate a corresponding prompt message and end the voice communication request if the communication connection status is unconnected and/or the synchronization operation is not complete.
In one example, the determination is made only as to the communication connection state. If the communication connection state is not connected but not completed, the corresponding prompt message is generated and the voice communication request is ended.
In another example, the communication connection state and the address book information synchronization state are determined. Generating corresponding prompt information and ending the voice communication request under the condition that the communication connection state is not connected and the synchronous operation is not completed.
Further, corresponding prompt information is generated. Wherein, the prompt message includes the corresponding voice (TTS) played by the vehicle, such as "please connect Bluetooth To dial phone! Prompt information such as' and the like, or text forms and the like are provided for the user to refer to. The ending voice communication request includes ending the current voice communication request or ending all communication requests of the terminal.
Thus, when the communication connection status is not connected and/or the synchronous operation is not completed, the corresponding prompt message is generated and the voice communication request is ended, such as "please connect bluetooth to make a call! ", or" please wait for the address book synchronization to complete! ". On one hand, the accuracy of communication processing is guaranteed by ending the abnormal condition. On the other hand, the user can perform corresponding operation according to the prompt information through the prompt information, and the user experience is improved.
Referring to fig. 14, in some embodiments, the communication method for the server 100 further includes:

In some embodiments, the processor is configured to generate a judgment instruction in the presence of the address book information, and send the first execution instruction and the judgment instruction to the vehicle so that the vehicle can judge the connection state of the communication connection according to the judgment instruction and execute the first execution instruction to perform the first communication operation if the connection state is connected.
Specifically, when the server 100 determines that the address book information exists, the server 100 queries and generates a first execution instruction in the address book information according to the voice communication request, and at the same time, the server 100 generates a determination instruction. Wherein the judging instruction includes verifying a connection state of the communication connection of the vehicle and the terminal. When the vehicle receives the judgment instruction, the verification of the connection state of the communication connection is started according to the content of the judgment instruction. When it is verified that the connection status is connected, the first execution instruction is executed to perform the first communication operation.
In some embodiments, the determining instruction may also include an instruction not to verify a connection state of the communication connection of the vehicle and the terminal, and when the vehicle receives the determining instruction, the connection state of the communication connection is not verified, that is, when the first executing instruction is received, the first communication operation may be directly executed.
In this way, the server 100 initiates the verification compared to the vehicle 300 of the above embodiment by generating the determination instruction and issuing it to the vehicle 300 to make the vehicle 300 verify the connection state of the communication connection. For some voice communication requests which do not need to be subjected to communication connection state judgment, a judgment instruction which does not need to be subjected to communication connection state verification can be generated according to the voice communication requests. The service application range is expanded to a certain extent, and the processing capacity of the communication method is improved.
Preferably, referring to fig. 16, in some embodiments, step 14 further includes:

In certain embodiments, step 142 may be implemented by command generation module 130. In other words, the command generating module 130 is configured to send the first execution command and the determination command to the vehicle so that the vehicle can determine the connection state of the communication connection and the completion state of the address book information synchronization operation according to the determination command, and execute the first execution command to perform the first communication operation when the connection state is connected and the synchronization operation is completed.
In some embodiments, the processor is configured to send the first execution instruction and the determination instruction to the vehicle so that the vehicle can determine a connection state of the communication connection and a completion state of the address book information synchronization operation according to the determination instruction, and execute the first execution instruction to perform the first communication operation if the connection state is connected and the synchronization operation is completed.
Specifically, when the server 100 determines that the address book information exists, the server 100 queries and generates a first execution instruction in the address book information according to the voice communication request, and at the same time, the server 100 generates a determination instruction. The judgment instruction comprises a connection state for verifying the communication connection between the vehicle and the terminal and a completion state of address list information synchronous operation. When the vehicle receives the judgment instruction, verification of the connection state of the communication connection and the completion state of the address book information synchronous operation is started. When it is verified that the connection status is connected, the completion status of the address book information synchronization operation is continuously verified, and when the address book information synchronization operation is completed, the first execution instruction is executed to perform the first communication operation.
In some embodiments, the determining instruction may further include verifying any one of a connection state of the communication connection between the vehicle and the terminal and a completion state of the address book information synchronization operation, or neither the connection state of the communication connection between the vehicle and the terminal and the completion state of the address book information synchronization operation. When the vehicle receives the judgment instruction, the connection state of the communication connection and/or the completion state of the address book information synchronization operation are/is verified or not verified according to the content of the judgment instruction. For example, when the content of the instruction is judged that the connection state of the communication connection between the vehicle and the terminal and the completion state of the address book information synchronization operation are not verified, the connection state of the communication connection and the completion state of the address book information synchronization operation are not judged, that is, when the first execution instruction is received, the first communication operation can be directly executed.
Thus, compare to the above embodiments. The completion state of address list information synchronous operation is added to the judgment instruction, so that the communication connection is in a connected state, normal execution of the operation is ensured, and operation failure is avoided; and the result information is obtained according to the synchronized address list, so that the condition that the dialing object is wrong due to the fact that the result information only comprises one dialing object when the dialing objects corresponding to the input information are multiple is prevented, the accuracy and the real-time performance of the result information are effectively improved, the consistency of the terminal cloud is guaranteed to a certain extent, and the user experience is good.
Referring to fig. 17, the present application further provides a communication system 1000, where the communication system 1000 includes a terminal 200, a server 100 and a vehicle 300, and the vehicle 300 is configured to send a voice communication request to the server 100; the server 100 is used for judging whether the server 100 has address book information uploaded by a terminal in communication connection with a vehicle according to the voice communication request, and for inquiring in the address book information according to the voice communication request to generate a first execution instruction and transmitting the first execution instruction to the vehicle under the condition that the address book information exists; the vehicle 300 is configured to receive the first execution instruction and determine a connection state of the communication connection, and perform a first communication operation according to the first execution instruction if the connection state is connected.
The vehicle 300 includes, but is not limited to, automobiles, electric vehicles, high speed trains, flying cars, and the like. The communication operation comprises communication modes such as calling, sending information, sending mails, or user interaction operations such as opening a contact interface, opening a mailbox and the like. The server 100 includes a server in wireless remote or wired communication with the vehicle 300, such as a cloud center control server of the vehicle. The communication system 1000 may include a plurality of terminals 200. The relative positional relationship of the terminal 200 and the vehicle 300 is not limited.
The embodiment of the application also provides a computer readable storage medium. One or more non-transitory computer-readable storage media storing a computer program that, when executed by one or more processors, implements the communication method of any of the above embodiments. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes in the method for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer program instructing relevant software. The program may be stored in a non-volatile computer readable storage medium, which when executed, may include the flows of embodiments of the methods described above. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), or the like.

1. A communication method for a vehicle, for use with a server, comprising:
receiving a voice communication request uploaded by the vehicle;
judging whether address book information uploaded by a terminal exists in the server according to the voice communication request, wherein the terminal is in communication connection with the vehicle;
under the condition that the address book information exists, inquiring and generating a first execution instruction in the address book information according to the voice communication request;
and sending the first execution instruction to the vehicle so that the vehicle can execute the first execution instruction to perform a first communication operation according to the connection state of the communication connection.
2. The communication method according to claim 1, further comprising:
and carrying out semantic analysis on the voice communication request.
3. The communication method according to claim 1, further comprising:
and generating corresponding prompt information to be issued to the vehicle and ending the voice communication request under the condition that the address list information does not exist.
4. The communication method according to claim 1, further comprising:
generating a judgment instruction under the condition that the address book information exists;
the sending the first execution instruction to the vehicle to enable the vehicle to execute the first execution instruction to perform the first communication operation according to the connection state of the communication connection includes:

The communication method according to claim 4, wherein the sending the first execution instruction to the vehicle to enable the vehicle to execute the first execution instruction to perform the first communication operation according to the connection state of the communication connection further comprises:

6. The communication method according to claim 1, wherein the querying the address book information according to the voice communication request and generating a first execution instruction comprises:
inquiring the address book information according to the voice communication request to obtain contact person information, wherein the contact person information comprises at least one number information;
if the contact information comprises one number information, generating the first execution instruction according to the one number information;
and if the contact information comprises a plurality of number information, the number information is sent to the transportation means through a list, so that the transportation means can display the number information according to the list for a user to select.
7. The communication method according to claim 6, further comprising:
and receiving the interaction request uploaded by the vehicle and aiming at the list, generating a second execution instruction and sending the second execution instruction to the vehicle for a second communication operation.
8. A communication method for a vehicle, for use in a vehicle, comprising:
sending a voice communication request to a server, judging whether address list information uploaded by a terminal in communication connection with the transportation means exists in the server according to the voice communication request by the server, and inquiring the address list information according to the voice communication request to generate a first execution instruction and send the first execution instruction to the transportation means under the condition that the address list information exists;
receiving the first execution instruction and judging the connection state of the communication connection;
and under the condition that the connection state is connected, performing first communication operation according to the first execution instruction.
9. The communication method according to claim 8, wherein performing a first communication operation according to the first execution instruction when the connection status is connected comprises:
under the condition that the communication connection state is connected, judging whether the synchronous operation of the address book information is finished or not;
and under the condition that the synchronous operation is completed, performing the first communication operation according to the first execution instruction.
10. The communication method according to claim 9, further comprising:
and generating corresponding prompt information and ending the voice communication request under the condition that the communication connection state is not connected and/or the synchronous operation is not completed.
11. A server, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving the voice communication request uploaded by the vehicle in communication connection with the server;
the first judgment module is used for judging whether the address list information uploaded by a terminal in communication connection with the vehicle exists in the server according to the voice communication request;
the command generation module is used for inquiring and generating a first execution instruction in the address book information according to the voice communication request under the condition that the address book information exists, and sending the first execution instruction to the vehicle so that the vehicle can execute the first execution instruction to perform first communication operation according to the connection state of the communication connection.
12. A vehicle, comprising:
the system comprises a sending module, a server and a communication module, wherein the sending module is used for sending a voice communication request to the server in communication connection with the vehicle, the server is used for judging whether address book information uploaded by a terminal in communication connection with the vehicle exists according to the voice communication request, and inquiring the address book information according to the voice communication request to generate a first execution instruction and send the first execution instruction to the vehicle under the condition that the address book information exists;

the server is used for judging whether the server has address book information uploaded by a terminal in communication connection with the vehicle according to the voice communication request, and under the condition that the address book information exists, inquiring the address book information according to the voice communication request to generate a first execution instruction and sending the first execution instruction to the vehicle;
the vehicle is used for receiving the first execution instruction, judging the connection state of the communication connection, and performing first communication operation according to the first execution instruction under the condition that the connection state is connected.
