The AI robot-based integrated energy efficiency bill pushing and interpretation system of claim 1 wherein said provincial companies rely on said provincial platform to utilize collected customer energy usage data to conduct analytical diagnosis of energy usage structure, energy consumption level, etc., automatically generating an integrated energy efficiency diagnosis report each season, and pushing the report to registered customers over said green national network.

The AI robot-based comprehensive energy efficiency bill pushing and interpretation system of claim 3, wherein the provincial-side comprehensive energy efficiency diagnosis and interpretation comprises that marketing front-end post personnel of the city and county company automatically screen comprehensive energy efficiency diagnosis reports monthly on a provincial platform to form a client list with energy efficiency improvement potential, and the comprehensive energy efficiency diagnosis reports are interpreted to potential clients on site by combining daily business, and relevant cases, solutions and the like are displayed to the clients by using the green network and the provincial platform to guide the clients to autonomously develop energy efficiency improvement services such as energy hosting, cold and hot supply and the like.

The AI robot based integrated energy efficiency bill pushing and interpretation system of claim 1 wherein said provincial company accesses energy monitoring data to said provincial platform for customers receiving services of provincial integrated energy company's operations and maintenance, energy hosting, demand response, etc.

The AI robot based integrated energy efficiency bill pushing and interpretation system of claim 1 wherein the smart energy control applications include command encryption, signature verification and control demand verification, the business management applications include smart operations, energy efficiency management, demand response and project management, and the external user interaction applications include smart operations, energy efficiency management, demand response.

The AI robot-based integrated energy efficiency bill pushing and reading system as in claim 1, wherein said master CPS and master-off CPS comprise commercial building CPS, community multi-energy CPS and industrial enterprise CPS, and wherein said commercial building CPS, community multi-energy CPS and industrial enterprise CPS are controlled for acquisition by external user interaction application.
