本发明涉及一种导线连接器,特别涉及一种双插电连接器。其结构包括相互插接的公端连接器和母端连接器,所述的公端连接器包括帽身,所述的帽身后方螺接有帽环,所述的帽身内部分别设置有相互卡接的上壳体和下壳体,帽身上方设置有弹性按压部,所述的上壳体上设置有两组上沟槽,所述的下壳体内部设置线端连接器主体,所述的线端连接器主体上设置有两组和所述上沟槽相对应的下沟槽,对应的上沟槽与下沟槽内设置有线端金属连接片,所述线端金属连接片的上边部正对所述弹性按压部的下端部,所述线端金属连接片的下边部的前部下面正对设置于所述下壳体内的线端金属导体的后端部,所述线端金属连接片的下边部的后部下面正对通过帽环插入所述下壳体内的导线。本发明的一种双插电连接器,其具有安装快速便捷,导线连接固定牢固,不易脱落,极大的方便了工人现场施工。

本发明涉及一种导线连接器,特别涉及一种双插电连接器。
背景技术
现有技术下的导线连接器,尤其是双插电连接器,其需要插头部分内置两个不同的连接端,分别连接两根不同的导线,并且连接方式繁琐,不利于现场快速施工,导线连接端结构简陋,很容易受力断开,造成线路断路,影响正常使用。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术的问题,本发明提供了一种双插电连接器,其具有安装快速便捷,导线连接固定牢固,不易脱落,极大的方便了工人现场施工。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种双插电连接器,包括相互插接的公端连接器和母端连接器,所述的公端连接器包括帽身,所述的帽身后方螺接有帽环,所述的帽身内部分别设置有相互卡接的上壳体和下壳体,帽身上方设置有弹性按压部,所述的上壳体上设置有两组上沟槽,所述的下壳体内部设置线端连接器主体,所述的线端连接器主体上设置有两组和所述上沟槽相对应的下沟槽,对应的上沟槽与下沟槽内设置有线端金属连接片,所述线端金属连接片的上边部正对所述弹性按压部的下端部,所述线端金属连接片的下边部的前部下面正对设置于所述下壳体内的线端金属导体的后端部,所述线端金属连接片的下边部的后部下面正对通过帽环插入所述下壳体内的导线。
母端连接器包括PCB板,所述的PCB板的上方插接板端连接器壳体,所述的板端连接器壳体内设置有板端连接器主体,所述的板端连接器主体内设置板端金属连接片,所述的母端连接器通过所述板端连接器主体的前端与所述公端连接器的下壳体实现插接后,所述的板端金属连接片与所述的线端金属导体相互接触实现电连接。
线端金属连接片包括连接片本体,所述的连接片本体下方分别设置有前方连接部和后方连接部,所述的前方连接部的下端尖刺状,所述的后方连接部分为三组,其下端亦为尖刺状。
帽身后方内部设置有束线环,所述的束线环包括上束环部和下束环部,所述的上束环部和下束环部之间相互插嵌,并通过卡扣实现固定。
上壳体前部设置探出部,所述的探出部卡嵌在所述的线端连接器主体的上表面,且所述的探出部的前端卡接在所述下壳体前部上方设置的卡紧部内。
卡紧部的上方垂直所述的探出部设置有折角部。
帽身的后端与所述帽环螺接处的后方为弧形弹性收敛部,帽环与所述帽身螺接后,所述的弧形弹性收敛部向内收敛,实现对导线的紧固。
本发明提供的技术方案带来的有益效果是:
本发明的双插电连接器具有高机械稳固性等特点,是满足工业需求的理想选择。产品可以插接两条线缆,实现数据传输、供电、适用于设备感应器动作的连接。供使用者布线连接更简单,适合各种应用工业、建筑、自动化机器、机械、汽车、航空等领域,公端线材连接采取按压连接式的端子与线材穿刺连接,母端则为PCB板端连接器,连接器公母设计有卡接设计,公端端子入口的设计采用针式线端金属导体,与母端板端金属连接片进行插入连接,帽身与帽环之间使用内、外螺牙相互螺固,可以更导线连接更加牢固,线材不易脱落,线尾螺帽套外圈凸肋设计,可以在使用产品时增加锁固止滑,帽环内部设计橡胶圈块与帽身后部同弧角,可以在螺接过程更夹紧线材,上、下壳体尾端增加设计束线环,实行卡扣方式,为避免上壳体上的探出部卡合部分的弹片弹开,故而设计折角部的防脱离机构。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明实施方式作进一步地详细描述。
实施例一:
如附图1-5所示,一种双插电连接器,包括相互插接的公端连接器和母端连接器,所述的公端连接器包括帽身1,所述的帽身1后方螺接有帽环2,所述的帽身1内部分别设置有相互卡接的上壳体3和下壳体4,帽身1上方设置有弹性按压部5,所述的上壳体3上设置有两组上沟槽6,所述的下壳体4内部设置线端连接器主体7,所述的线端连接器主体7上设置有两组和所述上沟槽6相对应的下沟槽8,对应的上沟槽6与下沟槽8内设置有线端金属连接片9,所述线端金属连接片9的上边部正对所述弹性按压部5的下端部,所述线端金属连接片9的下边部的前部下面正对设置于所述下壳体4内的线端金属导体10的后端部,所述线端金属连接片9的下边部的后部下面正对通过帽环2插入所述下壳体4内的导线11。
本实施例的母端连接器包括PCB板12,所述的PCB板12的上方插接板端连接器壳体
13,所述的板端连接器壳体13内设置有板端连接器主体14,所述的板端连接器主体14内设置板端金属连接片15,所述的母端连接器通过所述板端连接器主体14的前端与所述公端连接器的下壳体4实现插接后,所述的板端金属连接片14与所述的线端金属导体10相互接触实现电连接。
如附图6所示,线端金属连接片10包括连接片本体101,所述的连接片本体101下方分别设置有前方连接部102和后方连接部103,所述的前方连接部102的下端尖刺状,所述的后方连接部103分为三组,其下端亦为尖刺状。
如附图7所示,帽身1后方内部设置有束线环15,所述的束线环15包括上束环部151和下束环部152,所述的上束环部151和下束环部152之间相互插嵌,并通过卡扣153实现固定。
上壳体3前部设置探出部31,所述的探出部31卡嵌在所述的线端连接器主体7的上表面71,且所述的探出部31的前端卡接在所述下壳体4前部上方设置的卡紧部41内。
卡紧部41的上方垂直所述的探出部31设置有折角部42。
帽身1的后端与所述帽环2螺接处的后方为弧形弹性收敛部16,帽环2与所述帽身1螺接后,所述的弧形弹性收敛部16向内收敛,实现对导线11的紧固。

1.一种双插电连接器,包括相互插接的公端连接器和母端连接器,所述的公端连接器包括帽身,所述的帽身后方螺接有帽环,所述的帽身内部分别设置有相互卡接的上壳体和下壳体,其特征在于,所述的帽身上方设置有弹性按压部,所述的上壳体上设置有两组上沟槽,所述的下壳体内部设置线端连接器主体,所述的线端连接器主体上设置有两组和所述上沟槽相对应的下沟槽,对应的上沟槽与下沟槽内设置有线端金属连接片,所述线端金属连接片的上边部正对所述弹性按压部的下端部,所述线端金属连接片的下边部的前部下面正对设置于所述下壳体内的线端金属导体的后端部,所述线端金属连接片的下边部的后部下面正对通过帽环插入所述下壳体内的导线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双插电连接器,其特征在于,所述的母端连接器包括PCB板,所述的PCB板的上方插接板端连接器壳体,所述的板端连接器壳体内设置有板端连接器主体,所述的板端连接器主体内设置板端金属连接片,所述的母端连接器通过所述板端连接器主体的前端与所述公端连接器的下壳体实现插接后,所述的板端金属连接片与所述的线端金属导体相互接触实现电连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种双插电连接器,其特征在于,所述的线端金属连接片包括连接片本体,所述的连接片本体下方分别设置有前方连接部和后方连接部,所述的前方连接部的下端尖刺状,所述的后方连接部分为三组,其下端亦为尖刺状。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种双插电连接器,其特征在于,所述的帽身后方内部设置有束线环,所述的束线环包括上束环部和下束环部,所述的上束环部和下束环部之间相互插嵌,并通过卡扣实现固定。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种双插电连接器,其特征在于,所述的上壳体前部设置探出部,所述的探出部卡嵌在所述的线端连接器主体的上表面,且所述的探出部的前端卡接在所述下壳体前部上方设置的卡紧部内。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种双插电连接器,其特征在于,所述的卡紧部的上方垂直所述的探出部设置有折角部。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种双插电连接器,其特征在于,所述的帽身的后端与所述帽环螺接处的后方为弧形弹性收敛部,帽环与所述帽身螺接后,所述的弧形弹性收敛部向内收敛,实现对导线的紧固。
