Claims (10)

1. The assembled type suspension rod-free ceiling structure is characterized by comprising a side folding keel (2) and a plurality of C-shaped keels (4) which are horizontally arranged on one side of an original wall surface (1), a plurality of connecting pieces (5) which are hung on the C-shaped keels (4), I-shaped pieces (8) which are clamped with the bottoms of the connecting pieces (5), a plurality of decorative panels (6) which are horizontally arranged below the C-shaped keels (4) and a wallboard (3) which is vertically arranged on one side of the original wall surface (1), wherein the side folding keels (2) are provided with openings which are back to the original wall surface (1), two ends of the C-shaped keels (4) are respectively clamped in openings of the side folding keels (2) on the side walls of the original wall surface (1), the C-shaped keels (4) are vertically arranged with the side folding keels (2), and the wallboard (3) is positioned under the side folding keels (2), two adjacent decorative boards (6) are fixed through one I-shaped piece (8) in a clamping mode, and the outermost decorative board (6) is overlapped above the wallboard (3) through an edge folding strip (7).

The assembled suspensionless ceiling structure according to claim 1, wherein the connecting member (5) comprises a vertically arranged fixing plate (501), a horizontal plate (502) fixedly connected to the top end of the fixing plate (501), and a hanging plate (503) fixedly connected to one end of the fixing plate (501) and back to the horizontal plate (502), an open slot (504) adapted to the top end of the i-shaped member (8) is formed in the bottom of the fixing plate (501), horizontally arranged overlapping plates (505) are fixedly connected to both sides of the bottom of the fixing plate (501), and when the top end of the i-shaped member (8) is embedded into the open slot (504), both sides of the top end of the i-shaped member (8) are respectively overlapped on the two overlapping plates (505).
3. An assembled suspensionless ceiling structure according to claim 2, wherein the suspending plates (503) are fixedly connected to the horizontal plates (502) by means of arc-shaped connecting plates (506).
4. A fabricated suspensionless ceiling structure according to claim 3, wherein the arcuate connector plates (506) are plastic connector plates.
5. A fabricated suspensionless ceiling structure according to claim 1, wherein adjacent C-shaped joists (4) have opposing C-shaped open slots.
6. An assembled suspensionless ceiling structure according to claim 1, wherein the furring channel (2) is fixed to the original wall surface (1) side walls by screws.
7. An assembled suspensionless ceiling structure according to claim 1, wherein the edge banding (7) comprises a Z-shaped plate (701) and a buckle plate (702) fixedly connected with one end of the Z-shaped plate (701), one end of the Z-shaped plate (701) and the buckle plate (702) together form a hook structure to overlap the top end of the wall plate (3), and the upper surface of the other end of the Z-shaped plate (701) abuts against the bottom surface of the outermost veneer (6).
8. An assembled suspensionless ceiling structure according to claim 7 wherein the Z-shaped panel (701) top panel abuts the bottom surface of the furring channel (2).
9. An assembled suspensionless ceiling structure according to claim 1, wherein the base of the i-shaped element (8) is provided with a raised structure at both ends.
10. The method for installing an assembled suspensionless ceiling according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising in particular the steps of:
s1, installing a suspended ceiling structure: the wall plate (3) and the edge-closing keels (2) are fixedly installed on the side walls of the original wall surfaces (1) on the left side and the right side, the openings of the edge-closing keels (2) are back to one side of the original wall surfaces (1), the edge-closing keels (2) are installed right above the wall plate (3), the edge-closing keels (7) are fastened to the top ends of the wall plate (3), the edge-closing keels (7) are abutted to the side walls of the original wall surfaces (1), then one ends of the C-shaped keels (4) are inserted into the openings of the edge-closing keels (2) on the side wall of the original wall surface (1) on the left side, the other ends of the C-shaped keels (4) are inserted into the openings of the edge-closing keels (2) on the side wall surface (1) on the right side, the distance between every two adjacent C-shaped keels (4) is equal to the board width of the veneer (6), and the C-shaped open grooves of every two adjacent C-shaped keels (4) are oppositely arranged;
s2, installing a first veneer (6): firstly, embedding a top plate of a first I-shaped part (8) into the bottom of a connecting piece (5), wherein the number of the connecting piece (5) is the same as that of C-shaped keels (4), then embedding a bottom plate of the first I-shaped part (8) into the right side of a first veneer (6), lifting the first veneer (6), drawing out an edge folding strip (7) tightly attached to the side wall of an original wall surface (1) on the left side to a proper position, then overlapping the left side of the first veneer (6) above the edge folding strip (7), and then hanging the connecting piece (5) on the C-shaped keel (4) corresponding to the connecting piece in a hanging manner, so that the first veneer (6) is kept stable;
s3, installing a second veneer (6): embedding a second I-shaped part (8) top plate into the bottom of the connecting piece (5) according to the steps, wherein the number of the connecting pieces (5) is the same as that of the C-shaped keels (4), clamping and fixing the right side of the second veneer (6) with the bottom plate of the second I-shaped part (8), lifting the second veneer (6), clamping and fixing the left side of the second veneer (6) with the bottom plate of the first I-shaped part (8), and then hanging the connecting piece (5) on the C-shaped keel (4) corresponding to the connecting piece to enable the second veneer (6) to be stable;
s4, installing the last veneer (6) from left to right according to the steps, embedding the left side of the last veneer (6) into a bottom plate of the I-shaped part (8) on the rightmost side, drawing out the edge folding strips (7) tightly attached to the side wall of the original wall surface (1) on the right side to a proper position, and then overlapping the right side of the last veneer (6) above the edge folding strips (7), so that the last veneer (6) is kept stable, and the installation of the suspended ceiling is completed.
