Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides a wallboard assembly which can improve the waterproof effect of the joint between wallboards.
The invention also provides a building structure with the wallboard assembly.
A wall panel assembly according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the invention, comprising: the wall plate comprises a body, a left keel, a right keel, a ceiling keel and a ground keel, wherein the body comprises an interior decorative plate and an exterior decorative plate in the thickness direction, the left keel and the right keel are arranged on the left side and the right side of the body along the length direction, two ends of the left keel are respectively connected with the interior decorative plate and the exterior decorative plate, two ends of the right keel are respectively connected with the interior decorative plate and the exterior decorative plate, the ceiling keel and the ground keel are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the body along the height direction, two ends of the ceiling keel are respectively connected with the interior decorative plate and the exterior decorative plate, and two ends of the ground keel are respectively connected with the interior decorative plate and the exterior decorative plate; the first waterproof structure is arranged between the right keel of the first adjacent wallboard and the left keel of the second adjacent wallboard, and sequentially comprises a first sealant, a first filling rod, first fireproof cotton, a second filling rod and a second sealant from the thickness direction, the first sealant is mutually bonded with the first filling rod, and the second filling rod is mutually bonded with the second sealant; the second waterproof construction locates adjacent first ground keel and the third of wallboard between the heaven dragon bone of wallboard, follow the thickness direction includes sealed glue of third, third filling rod, the fireproof cotton of second, fourth filling rod and fourth sealed glue in proper order, the third sealant with the third filling rod bonds each other, the fourth filling rod with sealed mutual bonding of gluing of fourth.
The wallboard assembly according to embodiments of the present invention has at least the following benefits: the waterproof structure is arranged between the right keel of the first wallboard and the left keel of the second wallboard which are adjacent, and is used for preventing water, wherein the first waterproof structure comprises a first sealant, a first filling rod, first fireproof cotton, a second filling rod and a second sealant; the second waterproof structure is arranged between the ground keel of the first adjacent wallboard and the skynbone of the third wallboard, wherein the second waterproof structure comprises a third sealant, a third filling rod, a second fireproof cotton, a fourth filling rod and a fourth sealant, the third filling rod is used for positioning the filling depth of the third sealant, the fourth filling rod is used for positioning the filling depth of the fourth sealant, the third sealant and the fourth sealant are respectively bonded with the ground keel and the skynbone of the two wallboards above and below, so that the waterproof of the joint between the first upper wallboard and the third lower wallboard adjacent to each other is realized, the second fireproof cotton is arranged to realize the fireproof, the fireproof and the waterproof of the joint between the wallboards in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction are realized through the first waterproof structure and the second waterproof structure, and the water flow is prevented from flowing indoors, therefore, the aim of waterproofing at the splicing part of the wall boards is fulfilled.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the left keel comprises a first installation part, a first concave part and a second installation part which are sequentially connected, the first installation part is connected with the interior trim panel, the second installation part is connected with the exterior trim panel, the caliber of the first concave part gradually decreases towards the direction close to the right keel, the right keel comprises a third installation part, a second concave part and a fourth installation part which are sequentially connected, the third installation part is connected with the interior trim panel, the fourth installation part is connected with the exterior trim panel, the caliber of the second concave part gradually decreases towards the direction close to the left keel, and the first concave part, part of the second installation part, part of the fourth installation part, part of the second concave part and the first fireproof cotton are surrounded to form a first waterproof cavity.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the first recess of the second adjacent wall panel and the second recess of the first wall panel are symmetrically arranged along the thickness direction.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the ceiling keel comprises a first connection section, a first parallel section, a first inclined section, a second parallel section and a second connection section which are connected in sequence, the first connection section is connected with the exterior trim panel, the second connection section is connected with the interior trim panel, the first connection section and the first parallel section are vertically arranged, the first parallel section and the second parallel section are arranged in parallel, the second parallel section and the second connection section are vertically arranged, and the first inclined section is inclined from a lower left corner to an upper right corner; the ground keel comprises a third connecting section, a third parallel section, a second inclined section, a fourth parallel section and a fourth connecting section, the third connecting section is connected with the outer decorative plate, the fourth connecting section is connected with the inner decorative plate, the third connection segment and the third parallel segment are vertically arranged, the third parallel segment and the fourth parallel segment are arranged in parallel, the fourth parallel section and the fourth connecting section are vertically arranged, the second inclined section inclines from the lower left corner to the upper right corner, the fourth filling rod, the second fireproof cotton and the fourth sealant are arranged between the second parallel section and the fourth parallel section, the third filling rod, the second fireproof cotton, the first parallel section, the first inclined section, the third parallel section and the second inclined section are arranged in an enclosing mode to form a second waterproof cavity.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the ceiling keel is provided with a plurality of grouting holes.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the body further comprises a light steel keel, a light grouting layer and a waterproof coating from the thickness direction, two ends of the light steel keel are respectively connected with the interior trim panel and the exterior trim panel, the light grouting layer is filled between the interior trim panel and the exterior trim panel, and the waterproof coating is coated on one side of the exterior trim panel, and the one side of the waterproof coating is opposite to the interior trim panel.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the light steel keel comprises a first connecting plate, a web plate and a second connecting plate which are sequentially connected, the first connecting plate is connected with the interior trim panel, the second connecting plate is connected with the metal mesh layer, and the web plate is provided with a plurality of through holes along the height direction.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the first waterproof structure further comprises a first acoustic strip sandwiched between the left and right keels; the second waterproof construction includes that the second gives sound insulation the strip, the second gives sound insulation the strip and presss from both sides and locate the ground keel with between the ceiling keel. A building according to an embodiment of the second aspect of the invention comprises a panel assembly as described above.

Referring to fig. 1 to 11, a wall panel assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a plurality of wall panels 110, a first waterproof structure 120, and a second waterproof structure 130.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a plurality of wall panels 110 are arranged in a rectangular array, the wall panels 110 have a length direction a, a thickness direction b and a height direction h, each wall panel 110 includes a body 111, a left keel 112, a right keel 113, a ceiling keel 114 and a floor keel 115, the body 111 includes an interior trim panel 1111 and an exterior trim panel 1112 in the thickness direction b, the left keel 112 and the right keel 113 are disposed on the left and right sides of the body 111 along the length direction a, two ends of the left keel 112 are respectively connected with the interior trim panel 1111 and the exterior trim panel 1112, two ends of the right keel 113 are respectively connected with the interior trim panel 1111 and the exterior trim panel 1112, the ceiling keel 114 and the floor keel 115 are disposed on the upper and lower sides of the body 111 along the height direction h, two ends of the ceiling keel 114 are respectively connected with the interior trim panel 1111 and the exterior trim panel 1112, and two ends of the floor keel 115 are respectively connected with the interior trim panel 1111 and the exterior trim panel 1112; the first waterproof structure 120 is arranged between the right keel 117 of the first wallboard 110 and the left keel 116 of the second wallboard 110 which are adjacent to each other, and sequentially comprises a first sealant 121, a first filling rod 122, a first fireproof cotton 123, a second filling rod 124 and a second sealant 125 from the thickness direction b, wherein the first sealant 121 and the first filling rod 122 are mutually bonded, and the second filling rod 124 and the second sealant 125 are mutually bonded; the second waterproof structure 130 is disposed between the keel 119 of the first wall panel 110 and the keel 118 of the third wall panel 110, and includes a third sealant 131, a third filling rod 132, a second fireproof cotton 133, a fourth filling rod 134 and a fourth sealant 135 in sequence from the thickness direction b, the third sealant 131 and the third filling rod 132 are adhered to each other, and the fourth filling rod 134 and the fourth sealant 135 are adhered to each other.
In the wall panel assembly 100, the first waterproof structure 150 is arranged between the right keel 117 of the first wall panel 110 and the left keel 116 of the second wall panel 110 which are adjacent to each other, and the first waterproof structure 150 is used for waterproofing, wherein the first waterproof structure 120 comprises a first sealant 121, a first filling rod 122, a first fireproof cotton 123, a second filling rod 124 and a second sealant 125, the first filling rod 122 is used for positioning the filling depth of the first sealant 121, the second filling rod 124 is used for positioning the filling depth of the second sealant 125, and the first sealant 121 and the second sealant 125 are respectively bonded with the left keel 116 and the right keel 117 of the two wall panels 110 at two sides, so that waterproofing of a joint between the right keel 117 of the first wall panel 110 and the left keel 116 of the second wall panel 110 is realized, and the first fireproof cotton 123 is further arranged to realize fireproof; the second waterproof structure 130 is arranged between the ground keel 119 of the first wall panel 110 and the skullage 118 of the third wall panel 110, wherein the second waterproof structure 130 comprises a third sealant 131, a third filling rod 132, second fireproof cotton 133, a fourth filling rod 134 and a fourth sealant 135, the third filling rod 132 is used for positioning the filling depth of the third sealant 131, the fourth filling rod 134 is used for positioning the filling depth of the fourth sealant 135, the third sealant 131 and the fourth sealant 135 are respectively bonded with the ground keel 119 and the skullage 118 of the two wall panels 110 above and below, so as to realize the waterproof of the joint between the first wall panel 110 of the upper layer and the third wall panel 110 of the lower layer, and the second fireproof cotton 133 is arranged to realize the fireproof and waterproof of the joint between the wall panels 110 in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction through the first waterproof structure 150 and the second waterproof structure 130, the water flow is prevented from flowing into the room, thereby achieving the waterproof purpose of the splicing part of the wall plate 110.
Referring to fig. 2, a joint c is formed between the right keel 113 of the first adjacent wall panel 110 and the left keel 112 of the second wall panel 10, and a joint d is formed between the first adjacent wall panel 110 of the upper layer and the third adjacent wall panel 110 of the lower layer.
Referring to fig. 3, 5 and 6, in an embodiment of the present invention, the left keel 112 includes a first mounting portion 1121, a first recess 1122 and a second mounting portion 1123 connected in sequence, the first mounting portion 1121 is connected to the inner trim panel 1111, the second mounting portion 1123 is connected to the outer trim panel 1112, an aperture of the first recess 1122 gradually decreases toward a direction close to the right keel 113, the right keel 113 includes a third mounting portion 1131, a second recess 1132 and a fourth mounting portion 1133 connected in sequence, the third mounting portion 1131 is connected to the inner trim panel 1111, the fourth mounting portion 1133 is connected to the outer trim panel 1112, an aperture of the second recess 1132 gradually decreases toward the left keel 112, a portion of the first recess 1122, a portion of the second mounting portion 3, a portion of the fourth mounting portion 1133, a portion of the second recess 1132 and the first waterproof cotton are surrounded to form a first waterproof chamber 126, so that an area 1132 of the first recess 1122 and the second recess 112is enlarged in a width direction b, when water flows into the first waterproof cavity 126 along the first sealant 121 and the first filling rod 122, the first waterproof cavity 126 has an area with an enlarged cross section area, so that capillary action is reduced, infiltration pressure is reduced, the water flows downwards under the action of gravity, and the water does not seep towards the indoor direction, so that the waterproof effect is improved.
In the present embodiment, the first recess 1122 on the second wall panel 110 and the second recess 1132 on the first wall panel 110 which are adjacent to each other are symmetrically arranged in the thickness direction b. That is, the bell mouth formed by the first recess 1122 and the bell mouth formed by the second recess 1132 are symmetrically arranged, so that when water flows through the first sealant 121 and the first filling rod 122 to flow into the first waterproof cavity 126, the water encounters an area enlarged region, the infiltration pressure is reduced, the water flows downward under the action of gravity, and the water does not flow in the indoor direction, so that the waterproof effect is improved. In other embodiments, the bellmouths formed by the grooves of the first recesses 1122 and the bellmouths formed by the second recesses 1132 may be staggered or partially overlapped.
Referring to fig. 4, in an embodiment of the present invention, the wall plate 110 includes a ceiling keel 114 and a floor keel 115, and the ceiling keel 114 and the floor keel 115 are disposed on upper and lower sides of the body 111 along a height direction h.
Specifically, referring to fig. 7 and 8, the skulls 114 includes a first connection section 1141, a first parallel section 1142, a first inclined section 1143, a second parallel section 1144, and a second connection section 1145, which are connected in sequence, the first connection section 1141 is connected to the outer decorative plate 1112, the second connection section 1145 is connected to the inner decorative plate 1111, the first connection section 1141 and the first parallel section 1144 are vertically disposed, the first parallel section 1142 and the second parallel section 1144 are parallel disposed, the second parallel section 1144 and the second connection section 1145 are vertically disposed, and the first inclined section 1143 is bent from the lower left corner to the upper right corner.
Specifically, referring to fig. 9, the keel 115 includes a third connection segment 1151, a third parallel segment 1152, a second inclined segment 1153, a fourth parallel segment 1154 and a fourth connection segment 1155, the third connection segment 1151 is connected to the outer trim plate 1112, the fourth connection segment 1154 is connected to the inner trim plate 1111, the third connection segment 1151 and the third parallel segment 1152 are vertically disposed, the third parallel segment 1152 and the fourth parallel segment 1154 are parallel disposed, the fourth parallel segment 1154 and the fourth connection segment 1155 are vertically disposed, the second inclined segment 1153 is bent from a lower left corner to an upper right corner, the fourth filling bar 134, the second fireproof cotton 133 and the fourth sealant 135 are disposed between the second parallel segment 1144 and the fourth parallel segment 1154, and the third filling bar 132, the second fireproof cotton 133, the first parallel segment 1142, the first inclined segment 1143, the third parallel segment 1152 and the second inclined segment 1153 form a second waterproof chamber 136.
Therefore, when water flows from the outdoor to the indoor direction along the gaps between the third sealant 131, the third filling rod 132 and the wall plate 110, the first inclined section 1143 and the second inclined section 1153 are bent from the lower left corner to the upper right corner, that is, the water cannot flow from the lower position to the higher position, and thus the water cannot flow to the indoor direction.
The first filler rod 122, the second filler rod 124, the third filler rod 132 and the fourth filler rod 134 in this embodiment are all polyethylene foam rods, are circular before being installed, and are deformed into an oval shape under the extrusion between the wall panels after being installed between the wall panels, so as to be attached to the wall panels, thereby preventing water from flowing into the room from the outside and fixing the position of the water itself.
In addition, referring to fig. 3 and 4, in an embodiment of the present invention, the first waterproof structure 120 further includes a first soundproof strip 127, the first soundproof strip 127 is sandwiched between the left keel 112 and the right keel 113, and is located in the first waterproof chamber 126; second waterproof construction 130 includes a second sound insulating strip 137, second sound insulating strip 137 being sandwiched between floor keel 115 and ceiling keel 114 and being positioned within second waterproof cavity 136.
The first sound insulating strips 127 and the second sound insulating strips 137 in the embodiment are both in an 8 shape and are pressed and clamped by the two adjacent left and right wall boards 110 or the two adjacent upper and lower wall boards 110, so that waterproof and sound insulating effects can be achieved.
In this embodiment, the first soundproof strip 127 and the second soundproof strip 137 are both ethylene propylene diene monomer strips.
Referring to fig. 7, in an embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of grouting holes 1146 are formed on the dragon bone 114, so as to facilitate grouting into the body.
Referring to fig. 10, in an embodiment of the invention, the body 111 further includes a light steel keel 1113, a light grouting layer 1114 and a waterproof coating 1115 along a thickness direction, two ends of the light steel keel 1113 are respectively connected with the interior trim panel 1111 and the exterior trim panel 1112, the light grouting layer 1114 is filled between the interior trim panel 1111 and the exterior trim panel 1112, and the waterproof coating 1115 is coated on one side of the exterior trim panel 1112, wherein the side is opposite to the interior trim panel 1111.
The interior trimming panel 1111 may be a cement fiberboard or a gypsum board to ensure flatness of the surface and a nailing force when nailing a heavy object, and to facilitate facing construction on the surface thereof.
Wherein, the external decorative plate 1112 is a metal mesh layer, and an expansion net is adopted, because the expansion net has smaller meshes, the semi-solid slurry can not flow out from the meshes of the expansion net when the light grouting layer is grouted. In addition, the metal mesh layer has the capacity of improving the bearing capacity, cracking resistance and the like of the whole wallboard.
When the interior trimming plate 1111 and the metal mesh layer are respectively installed with the light steel keel 1113 in the middle, countersunk self-tapping screws are adopted for connection and fixation, so that smooth decoration of the inner side of the interior trimming plate 1111 and the outer side of the metal mesh layer can be guaranteed by adopting other materials.
Please refer to fig. 11, the light steel keel 1113 includes a first connection plate 11131, a web 11132 and a second connection plate 11133 which are connected in sequence, the first connection plate 11131 is connected with the interior trim board 1111, the second connection plate 11133 is connected with the metal mesh layer, the web 11132 is provided with a plurality of through holes 11132a along the length direction thereof, so that when the light grouting layer 1114 is adopted for grouting, the light grouting layer 1114 can flow through the through holes 11132a, so that the light grouting layer 1114 can be filled in each position, the filling compactness of the wall board is ensured, and the heat insulation effect of the whole wall board is ensured.
The lightweight grouting layer 1114 is polystyrene particle lightweight concrete, polystyrene particles are added into modified common concrete, the polystyrene particles are uniformly dispersed in lightweight concrete slurry, and after cement solidification, the polystyrene particles are wrapped by the lightweight concrete, so that the lightweight grouting layer has the effects of heat preservation and heat insulation.
To ensure the flatness of the entire wall panel, the body 111 further includes a leveling mortar layer 1116 disposed between the exterior trim panel 1112 and the waterproof coating 1115 to ensure the flatness of the exterior side of the wall panel 110 and facilitate the proper construction of the exterior waterproof coating 1115.
In addition, in an embodiment of the present invention, the body 111 further includes an exterior layer 1117, the exterior layer 1117 is disposed on the waterproof coating 1115 opposite to the exterior plate 1112, wherein the exterior layer 1117 may be a tile surface or a real stone paint surface. When a tile surface is adopted, a layer of tile glue is required to be coated outside the waterproof coating 1115, and then the tile is adhered to the surface of the tile glue; when the real stone paint is used for decorating, a layer of putty is required to be coated on the outer part of the waterproof coating, and then the real stone paint is sprayed.
