Abstract
The invention discloses a method for treating the leakage stoppage of a horizontal parting seam of a foundation pit bottom plate, which comprises the steps of forming a water collecting hole pit on the upper surface of the bottom plate, on one hand, collecting leaked or poured accumulated water, on the other hand, drilling a plurality of grouting holes with different inclination angles in the water collecting hole pit, penetrating the bottom plate through the grouting holes, and penetrating partial grout after grouting into the upper side of the horizontal parting seam along the hole wall in the middle of the grouting holes penetrating the horizontal parting seam so as to seal the horizontal parting seam and seal the seam for stopping leakage; part of the slurry penetrates through the bottom plate and is sealed and plugged upwards from the lower port of the horizontal layer split along the lower edge of the bottom plate; part of the slurry and the gap under the bottom plate are leaked to discharge the slurry, so that the water is blocked. The method for plugging the horizontal parting seam of the foundation pit bottom plate seals the horizontal parting seam through a plurality of angles, a plurality of positions and a plurality of directions. The invention solves the problem of poor plugging effect of the traditional basement bottom plate crack plugging method.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a method for plugging a horizontal layer joint of a foundation pit bottom plate.
Background
The basement bottom plate concrete structures such as a water collecting well pit, an elevator well pit, a post-cast strip, a settlement joint and the like have insufficient strength of the bottom plate of the water collecting well due to incompact solidification caused by large-area layered casting and tamping, underground pressure water soaking in the bottom plate concrete casting process, insufficient strength of water-soaked concrete, cracking and leakage, cold joints and leakage of construction joints of the post-cast strip. The specific location of the horizontal layer seam in a floor leak is also not precisely ascertainable.
The traditional method for plugging the cracks of the bottom plate is to open a V-shaped groove on the upper side of the cracks of the bottom plate, the V-shaped groove is arranged along the length direction of the cracks of the bottom plate, and then cement slurry is prepared and poured into the V-shaped groove to plug the cracks of the bottom plate, so that the effects of water plugging and leakage stopping are achieved. The traditional bottom plate crack plugging method has poor plugging effect.

determining the position of a horizontal layer seam of a foundation pit bottom plate;
a plurality of water collecting hole pits are formed in the upper surface of the foundation pit bottom plate, and are arranged around the horizontal layer seam at intervals;
a plurality of grouting holes are formed in each water collecting hole pit, the grouting holes penetrate through the foundation pit bottom plate, the grouting holes and the horizontal layer joints are arranged at an angle, the grouting holes are arranged at intervals along the depth direction of the horizontal layer joints, and part of the grouting holes penetrate through the horizontal layer joints;
and installing grouting heads in each grouting hole, upwards grouting and plugging the lower side of the horizontal layering seam through partial grouting heads of the grouting holes aiming at the lower port of the horizontal layering seam, plugging the upper side of the horizontal layering seam through the grouting slurry in the grouting holes penetrating through the horizontal layering seam, upwards grouting and plugging the lower surface of the foundation pit bottom plate near the lower port of the horizontal layering seam through partial grouting heads of the grouting holes, and enabling the slurry to form a sealing layer taking the lower port of the horizontal layering seam as the center on the lower surface of the foundation pit bottom plate.
Further, when the step of determining the position of the horizontal layer joint of the foundation pit bottom plate is implemented, a cofferdam is arranged on the foundation pit bottom plate with water to remove the water accumulated on the foundation pit bottom plate, and the foundation pit bottom plate is cleaned to determine the position of the horizontal layer joint at the bottom of the foundation pit.

In a preferred embodiment, the water collection wells are round or square wells. The water collecting hole pit is along the direction of the horizontal layer seam or vertical to the direction of the horizontal layer seam.
The water collecting hole pit is arranged in the range of the cofferdam, seepage water in the range of the cofferdam flows to the water collecting hole pit, and then gathered water is drained from the water collecting hole pit.

A plurality of grouting holes can be drilled in the same water collecting hole pit along different directions, and the grouting holes are obliquely arranged. The concrete inclined hinge joint of the grouting hole ranges from-45 degrees to 45 degrees.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the slurry is poured in three directions a, the first direction a (located at the left side in the figure) is downward, forward and upward through the bottom plate; the second flow direction a (located at the middle position in the figure) enters between the concrete and the waterproof layer and moves forwards and backwards along the horizontal seam; the third flow direction a (at the right in the figure) is downward, forward, upward, into the horizontal slot.

S5: after grouting is completed in the grouting holes 5, plugging slurry is poured into the water collecting hole pits 4 to seal the water collecting hole pits 4.

a plurality of grouting holes are formed in each water collecting hole pit, the grouting holes penetrate through the foundation pit bottom plate, the grouting holes and the horizontal layer joints are arranged at an angle, the grouting holes are arranged at intervals along the depth direction of the horizontal layer joints, and part of the grouting holes penetrate through the horizontal layer joints;
and installing grouting heads in each grouting hole, upwards grouting and plugging the lower side of the horizontal layering seam through partial grouting heads of the grouting holes aiming at the lower port of the horizontal layering seam, plugging the upper side of the horizontal layering seam through the grouting slurry in the grouting holes penetrating through the horizontal layering seam, upwards grouting and plugging the lower surface of the foundation pit bottom plate near the lower port of the horizontal layering seam through partial grouting heads of the grouting holes, and enabling the slurry to form a sealing layer taking the lower port of the horizontal layering seam as the center on the lower surface of the foundation pit bottom plate.

The method for plugging and treating the horizontal parting line of the foundation pit bottom plate according to claim 1, wherein in the step of determining the position of the horizontal parting line of the foundation pit bottom plate, a cofferdam is arranged on the foundation pit bottom plate where water is accumulated to remove the water accumulated on the foundation pit bottom plate, and the foundation pit bottom plate is cleaned to determine the position of the horizontal parting line of the foundation pit bottom.
