背景技术
胶带是由基材和胶黏剂两部分组成,通过粘接使两个或多个不相连的物体连接在一起,胶带已经完全融入到各行各业及人们日常生活的使用中,胶带应用极其广泛,且种类非常多;
现有技术中,将胶带粘在待粘接物体的表面时,由于该物体表面存在缝隙等,而胶带的粘胶剂一般为固态,无法塑性,这就造成粘接不完全,容易脱落,可靠性低,因此,本发明提出一种具有增强可靠性粘胶剂的胶带及应用方法以解决现有技术中存在的问题。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提出一种具有增强可靠性粘胶剂的胶带及应用方法,该具有增强可靠性粘胶剂的胶带通过高分子树脂层和纤维布层组成基材层,整体更加坚韧,通过在高分子树脂层下设置浸没入粘胶剂内的热膨胀微球,使得在粘接时,利用加热的效果可以驱使热膨胀微球膨胀,挤压粘胶剂,填充满需要粘合物体的表面缝隙,提高粘合的紧密性,更加可靠。
为实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种具有增强可靠性粘胶剂的胶带,包括防水膜、基材层和粘胶剂,所述防水膜涂覆在所述基材层的上表面,所述粘胶剂涂覆在所述基材层的下表面,所述基材层包括高分子树脂层和纤维布层,所述高分子树脂层的内部设有填充槽,所述纤维布层填充在填充槽的内部,所述高分子树脂层的底部粘接有热膨胀微球,且热膨胀微球设有多组,所述热膨胀微球浸没入粘胶剂的内部;
所述粘胶剂包括如下质量比成份:10-15份聚乙烯醇、15-20份糯米淀粉、20-25份明胶、4-6份羧甲基纤维素、10-20份热塑性树脂、10-30份热固型树脂、15-20份甘油、0.5-0.7份消泡剂、0.5-1份中和剂、0.1-0.3份聚氨酯、1-2份负离子粉、0.6-0.8份热稳定剂和0.2-0.3份防霉剂。
进一步改进在于:所述高分子树脂层由聚烯烃、聚酯、聚酰胺、聚酰亚胺、聚碳酸酯、乙烯—醋酸乙烯酯共聚物和乙烯—丙烯酸乙酯共聚物混合并凝固组成,且高分子树脂层的厚度为0.3-0.6mm。

一种具有增强可靠性粘胶剂的胶带的应用方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将胶带粘在需要粘合的物体上,按压胶带2-3min;
步骤二:启动加热器,对胶带加热,加热温度设置在70-95℃;
步骤三:热膨胀微球在加热的过程中膨胀,挤压粘胶剂,观察粘胶剂的膨胀情况,当粘胶剂填充满需要粘合物体的表面缝隙后,停止加热;
步骤四:当需要粘合物体的表面缝隙较深时,将加热温度提升至100-120℃,粘胶剂持续软化,按压胶带,填充满缝隙,然后停止加热,完成定型。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明通过高分子树脂层和纤维布层组成基材层,整体更加坚韧,通过在高分子树脂层下设置浸没入粘胶剂内的热膨胀微球,使得在粘接时,利用加热的效果可以驱使热膨胀微球膨胀,挤压粘胶剂,填充满需要粘合物体的表面缝隙,提高粘合的紧密性,更加可靠。
2、本发明以聚乙烯醇、糯米淀粉、明胶、热塑性树脂和热固型树脂作为胶黏剂,利用热塑性树脂受热软化效果,方便进一步填充粘接面缝隙,提高可靠性,配合氢氧化铵水溶液作为中和剂来中和材料的粘性效果,在受热的过程中保持粘结性,通过明胶的软化,在保证粘黏性的同时,减少粘胶剂的硬度,保证粘接性能,通过负离子粉的增加,可以释放负离子,具有环保性能。
3、本发明在基材层上设置防水膜,避免水汽渗入胶带内部,保证胶带的耐用性。
4、本发明通过丁晴胶片配合波浪凸起的作用,具有一定的减震性能,可以在粘接的同时,用作衬垫,功能多样化。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明做进一步详述,本实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
实施例一
根据图1、2、3所示,本实施例提出了一种具有增强可靠性粘胶剂的胶带,包括防水膜1、基材层和粘胶剂2,所述防水膜1涂覆在所述基材层的上表面,所述粘胶剂2涂覆在所述基材层的下表面,所述基材层包括高分子树脂层3和纤维布层4,所述高分子树脂层3的内部设有填充槽,所述纤维布层4填充在填充槽的内部,所述高分子树脂层3的底部粘接有热膨胀微球5,且热膨胀微球5设有多组,所述热膨胀微球5浸没入粘胶剂2的内部;通过高分子树脂层3和纤维布层4组成基材层,整体更加坚韧,通过在高分子树脂层3下设置浸没入粘胶剂2内的热膨胀微球5,使得在粘接时,利用加热的效果可以驱使热膨胀微球5膨胀,挤压粘胶剂2,填充满需要粘合物体的表面缝隙,提高粘合的紧密性;
所述粘胶剂2包括如下质量比成份:10份聚乙烯醇、15份糯米淀粉、20份明胶、4份羧甲基纤维素、10份热塑性树脂、10份热固型树脂、15份甘油、0.5份消泡剂、0.5份中和剂、0.1份聚氨酯、1份负离子粉、0.6份热稳定剂和0.2份防霉剂。
所述高分子树脂层3由聚烯烃、聚酯、聚酰胺、聚酰亚胺、聚碳酸酯、乙烯—醋酸乙烯酯共聚物和乙烯—丙烯酸乙酯共聚物混合并凝固组成,且高分子树脂层3的厚度为0.45mm。
所述纤维布层4为氨纶纤维布。
所述防水膜1为聚四氟乙烯膜,且防水膜1通过吸附胶吸附在基材层的上表面,所述防水膜1的厚度为0.15mm。避免水汽渗入胶带内部,保证胶带的耐用性。
所述热膨胀微球5的粒径为10μm,且热膨胀微球5膨胀的起始温度为60-90℃。
所述高分子树脂层3的上表面设有嵌槽,且嵌槽的内部设有丁晴胶片6,所述丁晴胶片6上设有波浪凸起7,且波浪凸起7等距设有多组。通过丁晴胶片6配合波浪凸起7的作用,具有一定的减震性能,可以在粘接的同时,用作衬垫。
所述粘胶剂2由聚乙烯醇、糯米淀粉、明胶、羧甲基纤维素、热塑性树脂、热固型树脂、甘油、消泡剂、中和剂、聚氨酯、负离子粉、热稳定剂和防霉剂配合去离子水加热搅拌混合制成。
所述热塑性树脂为聚丙烯酸酯型树脂,且聚丙烯酸酯型树脂的软化点在50-120℃,所述中和剂为氢氧化铵水溶液,所述消泡剂为高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物,所述热稳定剂为硼酸锌。
实施例二
根据图1、2、3所示,本实施例提出了一种具有增强可靠性粘胶剂的胶带,包括防水膜1、基材层和粘胶剂2,所述防水膜1涂覆在所述基材层的上表面,所述粘胶剂2涂覆在所述基材层的下表面,所述基材层包括高分子树脂层3和纤维布层4,所述高分子树脂层3的内部设有填充槽,所述纤维布层4填充在填充槽的内部,所述高分子树脂层3的底部粘接有热膨胀微球5,且热膨胀微球5设有多组,所述热膨胀微球5浸没入粘胶剂2的内部;通过高分子树脂层3和纤维布层4组成基材层,整体更加坚韧,通过在高分子树脂层3下设置浸没入粘胶剂2内的热膨胀微球5,使得在粘接时,利用加热的效果可以驱使热膨胀微球5膨胀,挤压粘胶剂2,填充满需要粘合物体的表面缝隙,提高粘合的紧密性;
所述粘胶剂2包括如下质量比成份:12份聚乙烯醇、16份糯米淀粉、22份明胶、5份羧甲基纤维素、15份热塑性树脂、20份热固型树脂、18份甘油、0.6份消泡剂、0.8份中和剂、0.2份聚氨酯、1.5份负离子粉、0.7份热稳定剂和0.25份防霉剂。
所述高分子树脂层3由聚烯烃、聚酯、聚酰胺、聚酰亚胺、聚碳酸酯、乙烯—醋酸乙烯酯共聚物和乙烯—丙烯酸乙酯共聚物混合并凝固组成,且高分子树脂层3的厚度为0.45mm。
所述纤维布层4为氨纶纤维布。
所述防水膜1为聚四氟乙烯膜,且防水膜1通过吸附胶吸附在基材层的上表面,所述防水膜1的厚度为0.15mm。避免水汽渗入胶带内部,保证胶带的耐用性。
所述热膨胀微球5的粒径为10μm,且热膨胀微球5膨胀的起始温度为60-90℃。

所述粘胶剂2由聚乙烯醇、糯米淀粉、明胶、羧甲基纤维素、热塑性树脂、热固型树脂、甘油、消泡剂、中和剂、聚氨酯、负离子粉、热稳定剂和防霉剂配合去离子水加热搅拌混合制成。
所述热塑性树脂为聚丙烯酸酯型树脂,且聚丙烯酸酯型树脂的软化点在50-120℃,所述中和剂为氢氧化铵水溶液,所述消泡剂为高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物,所述热稳定剂为硼酸锌。
实施例三
根据图1、2、3所示,本实施例提出了一种具有增强可靠性粘胶剂的胶带,包括防水膜1、基材层和粘胶剂2,所述防水膜1涂覆在所述基材层的上表面,所述粘胶剂2涂覆在所述基材层的下表面,所述基材层包括高分子树脂层3和纤维布层4,所述高分子树脂层3的内部设有填充槽,所述纤维布层4填充在填充槽的内部,所述高分子树脂层3的底部粘接有热膨胀微球5,且热膨胀微球5设有多组,所述热膨胀微球5浸没入粘胶剂2的内部;通过高分子树脂层3和纤维布层4组成基材层,整体更加坚韧,通过在高分子树脂层3下设置浸没入粘胶剂2内的热膨胀微球5,使得在粘接时,利用加热的效果可以驱使热膨胀微球5膨胀,挤压粘胶剂2,填充满需要粘合物体的表面缝隙,提高粘合的紧密性;
所述粘胶剂2包括如下质量比成份:15份聚乙烯醇、20份糯米淀粉、25份明胶、6份羧甲基纤维素、20份热塑性树脂、30份热固型树脂、20份甘油、0.7份消泡剂、1份中和剂、0.3份聚氨酯、2份负离子粉、0.8份热稳定剂和0.3份防霉剂。
所述高分子树脂层3由聚烯烃、聚酯、聚酰胺、聚酰亚胺、聚碳酸酯、乙烯—醋酸乙烯酯共聚物和乙烯—丙烯酸乙酯共聚物混合并凝固组成,且高分子树脂层3的厚度为0.45mm。
所述纤维布层4为氨纶纤维布。
所述防水膜1为聚四氟乙烯膜,且防水膜1通过吸附胶吸附在基材层的上表面,所述防水膜1的厚度为0.15mm。避免水汽渗入胶带内部,保证胶带的耐用性。

根据实施例一、实施例二和实施例三可以得出,本发明通过如下质量比成份:10-15份聚乙烯醇、15-20份糯米淀粉、20-25份明胶、4-6份羧甲基纤维素、10-20份热塑性树脂、10-30份热固型树脂、15-20份甘油、0.5-0.7份消泡剂、0.5-1份中和剂、0.1-0.3份聚氨酯、1-2份负离子粉、0.6-0.8份热稳定剂和0.2-0.3份防霉剂,制作出的粘胶剂2,在受热软化效果的过程中保持粘结性,在保证粘黏性的同时,减少粘胶剂的硬度,方便进一步填充粘接面缝隙,提高可靠性。
实施例四
本实施例提出了一种具有增强可靠性粘胶剂的胶带的应用方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将胶带粘在需要粘合的物体上,按压胶带2-3min;
步骤二:启动加热器,对胶带加热,加热温度设置在70-95℃;
步骤三:热膨胀微球5在加热的过程中膨胀,挤压粘胶剂2,观察粘胶剂2的膨胀情况,当粘胶剂2填充满需要粘合物体的表面缝隙后,停止加热;

本发明通过高分子树脂层3和纤维布层4组成基材层,整体更加坚韧,通过在高分子树脂层3下设置浸没入粘胶剂2内的热膨胀微球5,使得在粘接时,利用加热的效果可以驱使热膨胀微球5膨胀,挤压粘胶剂2,填充满需要粘合物体的表面缝隙,提高粘合的紧密性,更加可靠,且本发明以聚乙烯醇、糯米淀粉、明胶、热塑性树脂和热固型树脂作为胶黏剂,利用热塑性树脂受热软化效果,方便进一步填充粘接面缝隙,提高可靠性,配合氢氧化铵水溶液作为中和剂来中和材料的粘性效果,在受热的过程中保持粘结性,通过明胶的软化,在保证粘黏性的同时,减少粘胶剂的硬度,保证粘接性能,通过负离子粉的增加,可以释放负离子,具有环保性能,同时,本发明在基材层上设置防水膜1,避免水汽渗入胶带内部,保证胶带的耐用性,另外,本发明通过丁晴胶片6配合波浪凸起7的作用,具有一定的减震性能,可以在粘接的同时,用作衬垫,功能多样化。

1.一种具有增强可靠性粘胶剂的胶带,包括防水膜(1)、基材层和粘胶剂(2),其特征在于:所述防水膜(1)涂覆在所述基材层的上表面,所述粘胶剂(2)涂覆在所述基材层的下表面,所述基材层包括高分子树脂层(3)和纤维布层(4),所述高分子树脂层(3)的内部设有填充槽,所述纤维布层(4)填充在填充槽的内部,所述高分子树脂层(3)的底部粘接有热膨胀微球(5),且热膨胀微球(5)设有多组,所述热膨胀微球(5)浸没入粘胶剂(2)的内部;
所述粘胶剂(2)包括如下质量比成份:10-15份聚乙烯醇、15-20份糯米淀粉、20-25份明胶、4-6份羧甲基纤维素、10-20份热塑性树脂、10-30份热固型树脂、15-20份甘油、0.5-0.7份消泡剂、0.5-1份中和剂、0.1-0.3份聚氨酯、1-2份负离子粉、0.6-0.8份热稳定剂和0.2-0.3份防霉剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有增强可靠性粘胶剂的胶带,其特征在于:所述高分子树脂层(3)由聚烯烃、聚酯、聚酰胺、聚酰亚胺、聚碳酸酯、乙烯—醋酸乙烯酯共聚物和乙烯—丙烯酸乙酯共聚物混合并凝固组成,且高分子树脂层(3)的厚度为0.3-0.6mm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有增强可靠性粘胶剂的胶带,其特征在于:所述纤维布层(4)为丙纶纤维布、尼龙纤维布、维纶纤维布、涤棉纤维布、芳纶纤维布和氨纶纤维布中的一种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种具有增强可靠性粘胶剂的胶带,其特征在于:所述防水膜(1)为聚四氟乙烯膜,且防水膜(1)通过吸附胶吸附在基材层的上表面,所述防水膜(1)的厚度为0.1-0.25mm。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有增强可靠性粘胶剂的胶带,其特征在于:所述热膨胀微球(5)的粒径为5-20μm,且热膨胀微球(5)膨胀的起始温度为60-90℃。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种具有增强可靠性粘胶剂的胶带,其特征在于:所述高分子树脂层(3)的上表面设有嵌槽,且嵌槽的内部设有丁晴胶片(6),所述丁晴胶片(6)上设有波浪凸起(7),且波浪凸起(7)等距设有多组。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有增强可靠性粘胶剂的胶带,其特征在于:所述粘胶剂(2)由聚乙烯醇、糯米淀粉、明胶、羧甲基纤维素、热塑性树脂、热固型树脂、甘油、消泡剂、中和剂、聚氨酯、负离子粉、热稳定剂和防霉剂配合去离子水加热搅拌混合制成。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种具有增强可靠性粘胶剂的胶带,其特征在于:所述热塑性树脂为聚丙烯酸酯型树脂,且聚丙烯酸酯型树脂的软化点在50-120℃,所述中和剂为氢氧化铵水溶液,所述消泡剂为高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物,所述热稳定剂为硼酸锌。
9.一种具有增强可靠性粘胶剂的胶带的应用方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将胶带粘在需要粘合的物体上,按压胶带2-3min;
步骤二:启动加热器,对胶带加热,加热温度设置在70-95℃;
步骤三:热膨胀微球(5)在加热的过程中膨胀,挤压粘胶剂(2),观察粘胶剂(2)的膨胀情况,当粘胶剂(2)填充满需要粘合物体的表面缝隙后,停止加热;
步骤四:当需要粘合物体的表面缝隙较深时,将加热温度提升至100-120℃,粘胶剂(2)持续软化,按压胶带,填充满缝隙,然后停止加热,完成定型。
